From the East Coast to West Coast to the Midwest of the United States, Geoffrey Fenelus has spent the past decade as a teacher, school leader, executive director, and consultant for schools, non-profits, and small businesses. He has been responsible for leading stakeholders in addition to caring for children within the education ecosystem. Now, as a member of the NFP Indiana Team, he finds himself (again) helping people with their people problems. Shifting industries from the context of education to the context of human capital solutions, benefits, insurance, and compensation, he notes that both industries are complex, however, he has a deep passion for UN-complicating things for people and producing solutions that will make a transformative impact in schools, non-profits, and midsize professional firms.It was my pleasure to sit in space with Geoff after developing a collegial friendship over the past 6 years.
