The Sunday Scaries or Blues as I call it is a real thing. You know that feeling. The pit in your stomach is followed by immense dread and/or anxiety because the start of your work week is right around the corner. You long for the weekends and days off, and when the weekend and days off are here, you spend much of it dreading your upcoming work week. It’s not a fun feeling at all and only robs you of joy and living in the present moment.
