Love is the greatest thing in the world and fundamental to human existence. We are true expressions of divinity and love is our natural state of being. Love is not just a mere sentiment or offhand casual remark without much thought. Do your really feel the love in your heart for those whom you're expressing love to or is it just an expected response based on conditions? During this conversation, Dr. Jean will share insights on conscious loving.

We are always creating with our thoughts, feelings and actions. How can we consciously create in the spirit of love? A question posed by a listener, "How can I let go of the past, let go of fear and begin again"? Masters teacher say that we're either in love or fear. Love influences the consciousness of everything and impacts our world. Achieving a higher level of consciousness is to live in the vibration of love.  Let's consider the concept of conscious loving. It is being aware of how you are feeling, what you are thinking and how you are acting; to shift from habitual and unconscious ways of relating; and to be the true essence of divine expression of love to yourself and others.

Dr. Jean Marie shares "Four Universal Principles of Conscious Loving" from an article she published in Sivana East including:  Love Yourself, Live Your Potential, Love Wholeheartedly and Live by Higher Ideals. Aspiring to live and love consciously is essential for spiritual evolution. Being compassionate and in harmony with ourselves begin with being present and aware of how we are being every moment.

She gives insights on how to turn the page, get unstuck and begin anew. Turn the page and create a new chapter with the "Power of Sankofa" that she adopts from the Akan tribe in Ghana recognized in Eastern traditions. This is an empowering strategy to learn from the past, bring forth what is useful and take steps forward to reclaim your power. She shares insights from her article previously published in Sivana East, "The Power of a New Chapter" highlighting: Choose Freedom, Dream Big, Flow with Life and Live by Higher Ideals.

The assignment for listeners is to be present and aware of when your're slipping into the past with an empowering journaling exercise for self-reflection and how to connect with present moment sensory awareness. She concludes with an excerpt on "SELF-BEST".
