The Reality of Stillness

The dialogue between ego and self-identity are essential to the psyche’s movement. Dialogue resembles the process by which individuals explore the meaning and understanding of time and reality as lived experience in the world. During this process, we are supported by the soul’s movement with time, where the idea of stillness radiates with a broader understanding that becomes a source of meaning. We often find ourselves in situations where the reality of stillness created an opening to a new space of time and reality. Where it appears the door opened for us, certain factors no longer play a significant role. One has the capacity to hold within the center of one’s identity a unique reflection of thought and love while the psyche shifts. These meaningful adventures teach us that the human condition is about asking the question: “what is my responsibility to evolve?” This important question helps us explore the meaning of time and reality as lived experience.
