Simone upholds a special relationship with the Elements and Mother Earth. This relationship stems from many lifetimes of exploring rituals and undertaking sacred plant medicine ceremonies, following shamanic ancient traditions and the rites of passage and honouring his plants and human teachers.

He came into his body in the Northern Hemisphere, in a little town surrounded by mountains, rivers, forest and wildlife. Simone has been moving around since a young age looking for a place to call home, when he finally realised that this place is within him, in the heart centre, Anahata.

Simone is a space holder, ceremonialist and Reiki Master, who draws upon different tools in his offerings in reverence of the lineage that he has be initiated in.

The connection between Simone and Cacao medicine is profound, full of respect and reverence.

Speaker 1 (01:20):
So today on the podcast we have Simone . Hi,
Simone . Nice to have you here.
Can you tell us a bit about whoyou are and what you do in the
spiritual space?

Speaker 2 (01:34):
Hi , Mel . And hi everyone. It is , uh, here with
us today. Such a pleasure beinghere with you. And just share
some , uh, words , wisdom todaygonna come , uh, through in our
journey today. So as you say,I'm Simona and , uh, I'm from

(01:54):
Italy. So I come from , uh, thenorthern hemisphere in a little
town, close to the mountains, rivers, and , uh, such a
beautiful , uh, space andenergies and nature that is
very wide and , uh, wise, Iwould say, and what I do in

(02:15):
this spiritual , uh, world. Uh, I started , uh, my journey
with , uh, meditation and yoga,like , uh, learning. I'm not a
, a teacher, but , uh, learning, uh, for , uh, my inner
healing process and to releasea lot of , uh, things , uh,

(02:37):
traumatic experience from mypast , uh, and , uh, try my
best to open my heart. So myspiritual journey, start to
allow myself to open my heartto actually love myself and
actually receive love mothers ,which was like pretty hard for
me, for most of my life, honestly. And , um, what I'm

(03:03):
doing is , uh, I'm here toshare what I've been learning
in , uh, since I started myspiritual journey with other
people, to allow them to stepinto them heart space and open
them heart , uh, uh, on adeeper level, connect with
these , uh, beautiful, unconditional love. And , uh,

(03:25):
it's all about letting go stepout of , uh, fear, fear of
love, fear to connect withothers and themself on a deeper
level. And , uh, are wavingthrough different practices
that I've been , uh, uh,connected with and embody in
the last years of my , uh,spiritual journal, let's say.

(03:46):
And , uh, these practices thatare waving between , uh, caca .
Caca is my main medicine, cacaceremonies. And , um,
meditation is , uh, I really godeeper into my meditation
journey and sound and energyhealing. I start my energy

(04:07):
healing journey with myself toheal , uh, myself and to learn
how to tap this , uh, into thisdivine energy. And I ended up
finishing, like , uh, uh,connect with the reiki energy
and , uh, um, opening myself toreceive this , uh, divine , uh,

(04:28):
beautiful energy to allowmyself to heal and to allow to
channel this energy to, toother people. And so this is ,
uh, what I'm doing here rightnow. And , uh, yeah, it's a
beautiful , uh, it's abeautiful journey of , uh,

(04:48):
heart opening . I would say.

Speaker 1 (04:51):
I've actually done a journey with you, a cacao ,
shamanic journey with you. Itwas definitely so hard opening.
It was also so deep, like Iwasn't expecting to go so deep
into myself , um, and to reallydiscover some very new things

(05:11):
about myself as well. So I'mjust wondering , um, now that
we're talking about theshamanic journey and the work
that you do with others, I'mwondering if maybe you could
share a little bit more aboutyour spiritual awakening and
how that led you onto the pathof offering cacao and, and

(05:35):
offering , um, shamanicjourneying as well.

Speaker 2 (05:38):
Yeah, you are not the first one telling me that
there've been journey with kakawith me. And they, they went
like really deep into themwhole journey, like , uh, and
they actually weren't feelingthat , uh, this would happen
because I have been joined withmany , uh, source that have

(06:00):
been joined with caca withother facilitator before. And ,
uh, I feel that everyone has adifferent connection to the
medicine and also a different,a different call as well, how ,
why they are here to serve inthis man . So why they fed the
call , you know? And for me ,uh, my spiritual journey

(06:22):
actually started , uh, beforeKaka . Um , I was living , uh,
uh, away of life where I wasn'treally feeling connected to
spirit. I was reallydisconnected , uh, from myself,
from my heart space because Iwas , uh, feeling fear to, to

(06:43):
love myself, to love others toeven receive. I wasn't really
tapped into my heart anddisconnected from the spiritual
world. I was just connectedwith what was in front of me,
like in the 3D world. And , uh,and then I start meditation,
like , uh, because a friend ofmine, she was meditating and
she was like, oh, let'smeditate together. It was like,
I was like, yeah, let's , uh,let's try. I never did it. I

(07:06):
don't feel that I'm really intomeditation or I can see myself
doing yoga, for example, because I was always like doing
active things, like go to thegym and go mountain biking and
surfing and try to feel emotionthrough like , uh, adrenaline
sports. And , uh, and so I tryand I, after that , she

(07:28):
insisted a bit and I was like,okay, let's, let's do it. Let's
, uh, let's try, you know, andI'm open to, and we meditate
together, and we started tospeak about it. And at one
point , uh, she, she sharedwith me a book , uh, the book
is like , uh, many lives, manymasters from , uh, Dr . Brian .
We , and I was like, oh,interesting, okay. I'm not ,

(07:51):
uh, a really , uh, I wasn'treally reading much back then,
especially like my English was, uh, pretty bad , uh, at that
time. So I was like, ah , Iwanna try, you know, it's gonna
be good for me. And it openedmy mind and I start to read
this book, and as soon I startto read it , uh, what was
written there about , uh, pastlives, about what , uh, other

(08:15):
people have been experiencingand all , uh, everything that
this , uh, doctor actually ,um, was , uh, receiving from ,
uh, uh, the journey with thispatient that he was also
himself was surprised for whatwas happening. And he jumped ,
uh, from like , uh, connectinglike this lady to , uh, trauma

(08:36):
from her childhood, and shejumped into a past life and it
was like, oh, what's going on?
And I was actually, I wasn'treally surprised to read that.
I was like, really? Oh, thisis, I just felt that this was
the truth, like about pastlife. And before that I wasn't
really believing past life. Iwas like kind of a guy that
when you die, you die. Andthere is not , there is nothing

(09:00):
I , afterwards, you know, thereis no heaven, there is no hell
, there is just, that's , thisis the end and this book, and
my friend, she guide me to it .
But when I start to read thisbook, I was like, wow,
everything makes sense now .
What , whatever was writtenthere , it was just , uh, it
was just the truth for me. Iwas just, oh, I was just, I

(09:22):
felt that I was just sleepinguntil that moment, and then I
just woke up and I could , uh,reconnect with this spiritual
world that , uh, it was likesomething not new because I was
connected when I was a child.
Uh, I grew up as a Catholic andgoing to school with my
parents, my nna . And , uh, soI did all of those , uh, parts

(09:44):
in, in church and connectingwith God in that way. Uh , but
then through my teenager years, and when I was a young adult ,
I just let it go because oftraumatic experience that I've
been living . So I stopped tobelieve in all things, and I
was just believing what was infront of me. And then this
book, like opened myself againto my new beliefs, I would say,

(10:08):
and I could connect with thespiritual world. And this is
where I felt like a shiftwithin me and this spiritual
journey started to, I , Iwanted to investigate more into
this past life, what it is, andI want to connect more with my
ancestors, and I deepen mymeditation journey. And , uh, I

(10:29):
start to do more yoga and go,really, for me, yoga was like a
way to move the energy of thebody and then to allow myself
to come back to stillness. Andit was , uh, everything was
leading to the moment ofmeditation and just sit there
after moving all the energiesand just drop in and start my
meditation and go into mymeditation journeys. And , uh,

(10:51):
I felt the call to do , uh,past life regression with , uh,
my first yoga teacher, actually, his name is Ben. And
, um, he was guiding past liferegression. And , uh, I just
felt connected , uh, to him.
And I wanted to experience morebecause I know that there was
some wisdoms that there werethere from my previous life

(11:12):
that I couldn't assess , uh,uh, at that time. So , uh, I
just , uh, did a few past liferegression in like four in
total, like since then. And Icould , uh, actually heal a lot
of , uh, trauma that they werecoming, that they were stored
within me in my bones, in myblood, in my body, but they

(11:36):
were actually from thislifetime. And I could heal a
lot of things, and I couldactually open myself to shift
how I was perceiving things, how was feeling and how I was ,
uh, acting in the world and thethings that I was doing. And a
lot of things have been shiftedfrom that, from like , uh,

(11:57):
quitting , uh, um, coffee toquit , uh, to drink hardcore .
And I became vegetarian, andI'm basically vegan right now.
And a lot of things haveshifted. I dropped a lot of
things in my life that theyweren't really serving me and
to clear level of energy toreally allow me to connect on a

(12:21):
deeper level with, with what Iwas feeling called to do here
in , uh, in this life now ,like my dharma. And so I, I
connect with this past liferegression, and I start to go
deeper into , uh, feeling whatwas , uh, there for me, you
know? And I, the first timethat I felt the call from CACA

(12:45):
was actually pretty random. I ,I didn't know what the caca
ceremony were . I was like, Ijust went to the festival here
in Melbourne , uh, MINDBODYspirit. And , uh, and there was
like , uh, this , uh, nativeAmerican , uh, stand where
there was, I always beenfeeling attracted from Native

(13:06):
American energy. I have , Idiscovered afterwards, I have
like , past lives with , uh,when I was , uh, in tribe and ,
uh, in the , as a NativeAmerican man and , uh, a chief
of a tribe there. And , uh, Ijust felt connected. And there
was, there were like a serving, uh, few , uh, medicines from

(13:28):
, uh, them land . And there waslike this flyer of ACA
ceremonies , and I tried toconnect with them, but
unfortunately it was fullybooked. And so I just went
online and reached , I lookedfor other caca ceremonies in
the area . I was here inMelbourne. And , uh, I found
like , um, Renee thatafterwards became my teacher re

(13:50):
Renee McCrady . And , uh, andshe was doing a Pecos
ceremonies , uh, like after afew months, and I tried to
reach out and book in , and Ialso, this one was fully
booked. And , um, so I just letit go. I was like, okay, it's
not the time for me to receivethis man . She , I didn't know
anything. I didn't have anyexpectation. This is like my

(14:12):
way to , uh, connect with themedicine work. I don't have any
expectation from the beginning, just feel the call from a , a
plant. I just feel the callfrom a , a specific practice or
medicine journey. And then Ijust allow that this medicine
is coming to me. When is thetime, the right time? And so I

(14:34):
, I started to connect withRenee and she, and we, we, we ,
we bond, we were sharingmoments , uh, and , um, wisdom.
She was sharing wisdom with me.
I was like, the beginning Iwanted to learn was open to
learn everything, you know, Iwas like, where I am feeling
that I'm going, what I'mfeeling that I'm supposed to
do. And , uh, and at one pointI was, I bought like some

(14:58):
flower licenses from herbecause she, she's on air list
. She created herself. And, and, uh, she actually gift me some
cacao because we were speakingabout caca was like , ah , you
didn't come to the cinema fullbook . I just give you Sean
cacao . So cacao came to melike , uh, suddenly , uh, when
, uh, I wasn't like, I , Idropped like the expectation to
sit in a caca C because therewere any in the, in the moment.

(15:22):
And just cacao came to me, andI just asked her, okay, I have
the cow here, but how can I sitwith this medicine, like in a
ceremonial way, like in aritualistic way. Like, I wanna
sit with the right intentionand give , uh, with the
reverence , uh, for thismedicine. And so she showed me,
like , uh, she shared with mefew wisdoms how she was doing

(15:45):
it. And I started my journeywith myself with cacao . And I
didn't know what to expect. Ididn't know much about , uh,
what this will , uh, uh, openlike for myself in the future.
And I just felt the call fromthis medicine, and I start to
drink a cow, not every day ,because I've never been

(16:06):
drinking a cow every day . But, uh, maybe at the beginning I
was drinking a couple of timesa week, and then I purchased
more cacao . At that time itwas from Guatemala, and I just
felt like I was drinking cacaoand sitting like in meditation
and chanting mantras or playingsome shamanic , uh, music on
the background, like drummingand flutes, and really deep ,

(16:29):
uh, music from the heart . AndI was just journey with myself
without like , uh, um, reallyunderstand what was going on.
But I was just feeling like the, there was a shift , uh, uh,
around my heart space, and Iwas like, oh, this is good . I
was just feeling that energythere were shifting. And , uh,

(16:50):
so I felt like , uh, that kakawas a big calling for me, and I
just started to drink it formyself and to allow me to go
deeper into my , uh, journeyswhere, for me, it was always
like a meditation journey. Youknow, I sit with the medicine,
then I sit in silence, and Istart to play. Like, I had like

(17:10):
a Tibetan ball back then, and Istart to play my Tibetan ball .
And then I felt the call that Iwanted to connect with the
shaman drum. So I bought oneand, and everything start to
like , uh, start to , uh, cometogether, like slowly, you
know, an instrument camethrough, a practice came

(17:30):
through. I was chanting a lotof mantras back then, because I
was already connected withmeditation to mantras. So I had
like my mala , my ma beats , Iwas chanting in my 108 rounds
of different mantras in, inSanskrit. And yeah. And caca
really allowed me to go deeperin any of those practices that

(17:52):
I was doing, and , uh, reallyallow me to, to open my heart,
clear my heart, and , uh,really open myself to connect
back with the natural worldthat , uh, this is what I was
missing actually in my lifeback then. Open my heart,
connect with my heart, andconnect with modern nature.

Speaker 1 (18:14):
How interesting as well that you connected in
through the past lives, first, you know, with your book and ,
and with your friends, and doyou feel like maybe , um, in
this lifetime you have anyonearound you who is maybe also

(18:36):
from a past life?

Speaker 2 (18:38):
Uh , absolutely.

Speaker 1 (18:40):
Yeah, I do as well.
I do, I actually feel like manyof the spiritual people that
I've met over the last coupleof years, I've shared past
lives with also within theshamanic journey. So what came
up for me was a past, was a fewdifferent past lives as well
during the shamanic journeyingthat we had. So do you find

(19:02):
that that also happens forother people as well?

Speaker 2 (19:07):
Yeah, yeah, absolutely. Because for me,
like cacao is coming from , uh,I mean, I'm really connected
with this medicine when I, itis not like I'm just serving
it. I really use the medicinefor a way to connect with the
other person that I'm servingthe medicine with. And at the
beginning was just myself. Andthen I start to journey with

(19:28):
one friend, two friends, andthen after the years, I start
to hold space. Uh , I felt acall to hold space , uh, by the
people. And when I connect, Idrink the medicine with you.
For example, we have ourone-on-one, and , uh, I drink
the medicine with you and I ,and I use the medicine to
really allow me to connect ,uh, with you and whatever you

(19:53):
need to receive and whateverreceiving this in this , uh,
timeline right now. Meanwhile ,we are connecting shamanic
journey with the cacao or other, deep medicine is like other
past life that come true aswell because they wanna share,
like , uh, some wisdoms theywanna clear something around ,

(20:16):
uh, in , uh, your energy fieldor maybe, yeah, maybe some
guides , uh, that , uh, arearound you. They, they feel
that they , if you areconnected with a past life, you
are gonna gain some , uh, uh,wisdom right now. Anything that
you need to shift, you know, and this worked for me as well.
Like , uh, I connect with pastlife because , uh, I have , uh,

(20:39):
many things. Uh , the firsttime I connected with this ,
uh, this aggression, I havemany things I want to shift
from my life and understand, because I was feeling a lot of
things that I didn't know wherethey were coming from. And, and
I wanted to release many thingsand, and understand. So

(21:00):
connected with pastor reallyallow me to, to, to gain these
, uh, wisdoms. And it's prettynormal, like in , uh, in a caca
ceremony or shaman journey. Uh, I would say even like the
healing, like reiki energyhealing or meditation that past
life, they come and they showus something, you know? We

(21:23):
connect with people. I, Ireally felt what you say , like
, uh, many people, like, especially like in the last
years I've been connected withpeople that I have been , uh,
sharing life in the past. Likemy partner, Jasmine, we, the
first time we connected, wefelt that we had like, past
lives together. And one waslike one of the first lives

(21:46):
here as a human. Yeah. It waslike pretty deep, the
connection from the beginning,I was like, oh yeah, for sure.
We share like something beforebecause , uh, what we were
feeling right now, it's notjust coming from this moment,
it's coming from a previousconnection.

Speaker 1 (22:03):
Yeah. And that, that's interesting that you
just said that, because that'swhy I asked you, because they
showed me the connection thatyou had with Jasmine in your
past life, and it was actuallya beautiful indigenous type
connection. And , uh, themessage that I got is that they

(22:25):
showed me you guys together andyou looked completely different
to what you are now, but youguys were holding hands and
there was a river, and you guyshad a little place down by the
river and spent so much timetogether. So that's why
, that's why I asked. Um,'cause yeah, I just felt that
connection immediately.

Speaker 2 (22:47):
Thank you for sharing this. Yeah, it resonate
a lot because , um, yeah, we ,we work, both of us, we work
with the elements a lot. AndJasmine , uh, she's really
connected with the water in herhealing, and I'm really
connected with hurt . But I had, uh, a past life regression

(23:07):
journey like a couple of weeksago where , uh, I actually was
, uh, a woman in that life. Itwas my first time, experienced
myself as a woman, not as aman. Mm-Hmm , .
And I was really connected withthe river. I was like , uh,
somewhere around Egypt or , um,there was desert. So it was ,
uh, was around that , uh, thatarea. And it was in the past ,

(23:32):
uh, it was in like a recent liuh , life , and it was a woman
and I was really connected withthe river. We were like , uh,
connected with the river. Theriver was really healing, and
we were , um, we were creatingmedicine from like a lotus that
they were growing from the, therivers. And it was really

(23:53):
beautiful. And , um, I reallyfeel the connection with the ,
uh, the elements, like thewater for myself. I really feel
connected with her then Ireally, we can , uh, like
connecting with the elements,we can really allow , um, a
deep healing in our , uh,journey, depends which whatever

(24:17):
we are here to , to shift.

Speaker 1 (24:22):
Now that you're talking about the elements, did
you find that the connectionwith them and with Mother Earth
came with the wisdom that youwere learning about shamanic
journeying? Or do you feel likethat came at another time?

Speaker 2 (24:38):
The connection with Mother Herter came when I was a
, a little kid because I alwaysbeen like, connected with the
earth when I was in Italy, like, I was always going, like
, uh, helping my , uh,grandfather, like in the
garden. We were always going ,uh, uh, picking mushroom, like

(24:59):
a ine mushroom and together.
And I always felt like , uh, Iwas like a kind of kid. I
always want to be outside andplaying, connecting with her in
the ground and, and exploring.
And , um, but then I left , uh,I , I lost this connection ,
uh, through the years when Iwas , uh, growing up and, you

(25:21):
know, teenager. And I just ,uh, didn't want to be there.
And I reconnected with MotherHealth , uh, when I , uh,
actually start my journey withcaca , as I was saying before,
cacao really , uh, show me howto reconnect , uh, with mother
health and , uh, gain wisdomsfrom , uh, from , uh, from her

(25:45):
that , uh, they are , they'reavailable for everyone. If ,
uh, we can like , uh, uh, uh,let go a bit of , uh, the 3D
world , what we need to doevery day in life, and if we
can like , uh, uh, shift , uh,some energy and allow us our

(26:06):
ourself to go out and play, forexample, and connect it with ,
uh, with nature. Um , mothernature really allow me to, to,
with the connection with her, really allow me to reconnect
with , uh, myself, withinmyself and all , uh, the wisdom
of my heart. And , um, it was areally beautiful , uh, uh,

(26:31):
journey when I started, and itstarted with cacao. So I
started to drink a cow , and assoon I was drinking , caca was
feeling that I started like, into my room. I think it was
like locked down and , um,yeah, it was locked down when I
start . So, and then I feltthat I wanted to start to drink
a car outside. A car waspulling me out from the house ,

(26:53):
like, oh, go into a park, youknow , and sit under a tree,
you know? And , uh, and Iunderstood that the connection,
the cacao was , uh, was callingme back outside to reconnect
with that tree, for example, something that I wasn't doing
for a long time. Just put myhands on a tree and just share

(27:13):
energy with the tree and justfeel , uh, whatever is coming
through , let's go of the mindand just , uh, there is , uh,
there is nothing to reallyunderstand, you know, just feel
whatever is coming true andjust share energy with myself.
Just breathe was visualizingmyself breathing and sharing
the energy with the tree from a, from the branches down to the

(27:36):
roots, and feeling that I waslike , uh, giving a receive
energy with the tree. And, andlike this , I was like feeling
like as a child, I waswandering in the garden and
connected with all the elementsthat were there around me, you
know? And back then, I, Icouldn't really understand it .
Everything that was around mewas also within me, because I

(27:58):
was, at the beginning, Icouldn't really assess to those
, uh, wisdom of the elementalworld that were there actually
inside me. And this was a kindof activation, I would say, and
connected with the tree and thehurt , and then the element of
air and the wind and the birds, and then there was a sun and

(28:22):
fire and , uh, the water thatit was , uh, all around me or
from the sky, from below intomy cup, into my body. And so
this , uh, the connection withthe element really allow me to,
to feel , uh, wisdoms that ,uh, they're all around us and ,

(28:44):
uh, within us, if , uh, we can, uh, allow ourself to really
open to receive them in this ,uh, shamanic journey , uh, with
, uh, different medicines , uh,cacao , flower licenses , um,

(29:05):
tea as well, for example, wecan like really connect with ,
uh, the wisdoms of , uh, theelements around us and , uh,
allowing ourself to feel them ,uh, to feel them deeply. And
every element is bringingsomething different , uh, and ,

(29:27):
uh, different teachings.

Speaker 1 (29:29):
Yeah. So like, for you, connecting back to nature
is also connecting back to yourinner child essence as well.
And I really feel that formyself too. You know, as a
child, it's kind of like, not,not what it's like these days
we, I would spend like weeksand weeks and weeks every day

(29:52):
at the beach and, you know ,um, and , uh, the beach was
surrounded by trees and bushand, you know, we would go and
play an adventure in there aswell. So, and like, it's not,
wouldn't have been just for acouple of hours. It would , it
would be from like nine o'clockin the morning till six o'clock
at night. You know, I used tocome home and you see my skin

(30:14):
back then it was so tanned, , and yeah, it's just a
different experience to now. Somaybe, you know, it was like,
for you, a reconnection back toback to your inner child
nature. I feel like a lot of,you know, the threads that open

(30:35):
up for us now as adults , um,we already had them there. They
were already there , um, aschildren. And then somewhere
along the way we lost them. Andthen later on we pick them up
again when they become, whenthey become like, really
important. So, yeah. I lovethat. And so, within your
shamanic journeys, like how doyou structure these for those

(30:59):
who might be interested inbooking one?

Speaker 2 (31:03):
So I have a different , uh, offerings that
, um, are available for peopleto feel , uh, uh, what's the
best for them. And for example, like one is called a heart
activation, which is , uh, uh,caca ceremonies. So we connect
with , uh, cacao and , uh, weconnect with all the elements

(31:27):
through, through the opening ofthe space. When I open the
space and I connect with theother person or a group, for
example, or if it's like alarger group, like when I
collaborate with other peopleas well, and creating events .
And , uh, so what happen islike , uh, we drink a cow
together. We open , I open thespace, I call the elements, I

(31:50):
call the direction. And , uh, Icreate this , uh, safe space
container for the people to ,uh, feel like nurture and feel
like protected and safe intothe space from , uh, all the
energies that are around. Andthen we drink a cow, and there
is a moment of sharing wherepeople, they might share the

(32:12):
intention why they are there, what's, what's the call behind
the journey, what's, what, whatever they need to shift or,
or release or bring into themlife . And then we , after
drinking a car , after sharing, uh, I invite people to, to
connect , uh, uh, on a deeperlevel with them body , like

(32:35):
just, we do the ome exercise ,uh, breeding practices to just
ground and to feel like , uh,very present in the moment. And
, uh, allow with , uh, verybusy in their mind, or very
busy in the 3D words , uh,everything that , uh, they need
to do, everything that theyneed to rush afterwards or

(32:57):
before, you know, to just dropin and come back to the present
moment. And then I guide people, uh, into a meditation. There
might be some , uh, some , uh,sound with my , my drum or ,
uh, I use like ti bebo or aaraor different kind of
instruments that I bring intothe journey. It depends what is

(33:20):
, uh, um, what is , uh, comingthrough after we drink cow . I
can't , uh, there is not a realstructure behind, because I
always like in the flow withthe medicine and the energy
that is coming and the energyof the other person or the
group. So there is like astructure behind, like, there

(33:41):
is caca , there is a sound andmeditation and a bit of
grounding breath at the start.
But , uh, then everything iscoming through is like in the
moment, you know, I just, drinking a cow really allow me,
as you were saying before, toconnect with the , the energy
and connect , uh, with , uh,whatever need to , uh, happen

(34:04):
in, in the moment. And , um, Ilove , uh, I love , uh, I
really, I really connected withmy drum, which I, I made , uh,
few years ago. And so , um, bigpart of the journey most of the
time is like shamanic drumming.
So I bring with the drum , Istart to drum , and I bring

(34:26):
people into a meditation in the, uh, shamanic way to say , uh,
with the drama , we bring knowpeople into different layer of
reality. So we start from themiddle world , which is like ,
uh, where we are right now, like , uh, in , uh, our

(34:48):
physical body, like in this 3Ddimension. And then , uh, we,
with the drum , we bring peopleinto the lower world , like in
the, in the underworld toconnect with , uh, uh, a
different reality, which is notthe one that the people , uh,
the one that we are livingright now, but is a reality of

(35:10):
we can call imagination. We cancall , uh, uh, another
dimension. I would say there'sno real name. It's just , uh,
we bring people into the, thelower world where they can ,
uh, like really drop , uh, thephysical body and start a
journey. Well , in thisjourney, they're gonna connect
with different elements,different guides, different

(35:34):
ancestors, depends what ishappening for them and what
they need to receive. And , uh,and then we are gonna bring the
people , uh, to the upperworld, which is like connected
with the higher energy, like ,uh, uh, higher self, the divine
god, the universe , uh, other ,uh, other beings from other

(35:59):
planets or other realities toreceive other wisdoms that are
not available in this 3D world,or they're not present in the
underworld . And , um, yeah,it's a beautiful journey where
it is like guided where people, they go into different states
of reality. And then after awhile that I leave people,

(36:21):
their journey , uh, there is aguidance, of course, I, I guide
them through , uh, with mywalls , like , uh, into all
those spaces. And then I justdrum without , uh, any
guidance. I just let the drumplay by itself. I don't really
play the drum, but it is thedrum that plays through me.
And, and then after a whilewhen I feel that , uh, it is

(36:44):
time for them to come back, Ijust , uh, bring them back from
where they start. So we startfrom the wards , we go back to
the lower world , and they goback all the way that they
worked before. Like if it was aforest, if it was, depends on
the journey, a uh , a beach, a, a lake, whatever it is

(37:06):
usually is in nature, ofcourse. And they go back and
they come back up to the middleworld where they're gonna
connect back with them bodiesbefore. Uh , and it's very
important, I bring people intothis journey , uh, to allow
them to start the journey in away, and then go into a journey
and then come back in the sameway. So every part of , uh,

(37:30):
them consciousness is , uh,they know where they're going
and how they coming back, andthen they come back to the body
and present in the moment.

Speaker 1 (37:41):
I just wanna say from experience, you really
hold the space. You hold avery, very strong space. So
when you're journeying, likeyou're not feeling unsafe or
anything like that, you canjust kind of, well, for me, I
laid down and you can just kindof lay back and trust the path.

(38:02):
Um, and I think that's justbecause you're such a strong
space holder as well. I mean, Idon't often get healings from,
from people. Yeah. I could justtell, like with you, I, I was
just feeling so held. Thenafter we had, I was kind of
like really surprised actually, too, with how deep it took me

(38:27):
with everything that Iexplored. I think like, because
lots of different people willbe, will be familiar with
different experiences. I knowlike doing a lot of priestess
work, you're connecting in withthe higher realms a lot of the
time, not really journeyinginto that underworld, but the

(38:47):
underworld is a reallyimportant place to journey
because it holds a lot of ourfears and our shame and past
lives, and there's so much toheal down there, right? It's
such a healing place. So whenpeople visit you, like, what do
you find they usually visit youfor? Is it like an aspect of

(39:09):
themselves that they wannaheal, or do you find that they
just wanna experience somethinga bit different?

Speaker 2 (39:16):
So usually , uh, people, they come , uh, to see
me because they want toreconnect with them, heart
wisdoms or reconnect to love.
This is , uh, the main thread ,let's say in , uh, in the
one-on-one, or like , uh, inthe ceremonial spaces , like in

(39:36):
events with more people, likeup to 25, 30 depends on the
space that we hold incollaboration with other
facilitator, of course, notjust by myself. And so usually
the thread is like people thatthey want to open their heart
or reconnect to love or invitelove in from , uh, themself and

(40:01):
from others. And this is alwayslike , uh, the, the, the thread
, let's say it's because , uh,because of the medicine of
cacao is because of , uh, thehealing is all around the , the
heart space . And , uh, uh, asyou know, like , uh, when we

(40:22):
have like , uh, stuck energieseverywhere in our body, we want
to bring love into those stuckenergy in order to release
them. And this is , uh, whatpeople they're looking for. And
cacao is actually , uh, whatcame through for me is like,

(40:43):
why cacao is very popularnowadays. Like , uh, 10 years
ago was wasn't that popular, for example. And nowadays , uh,
there are many cacao cinemaseverywhere. A lot of people ,
uh, want to connect with cacao. And there's so many different
, uh, uh, collaboration offacilitator that they offering

(41:05):
cacao and sound , cacao andecstatic dance, cacao and sound
journey , um, cacao energyhealing or acupuncture. There's
so many different , uh, cacaowaving collaboration right now.
And the main reason for me,what I received from the

(41:26):
medicine is like, because CACAis here to opening the heart ,
the , all the, the heart of ,uh, uh, humanity and , uh,
allow them to reconnect withthe heart of the her and , um,
and reconnect with MotherNature. This is why CACA is a

(41:46):
very powerful medicine for allhumanity, to reconnect with
them heart space , and , uh,and it's great that , uh, there
is , uh, so many, for me, it'slike I see as a , a great way
to share this medicine with ,uh, everyone. And everyone can

(42:06):
feel like different , uh, uh,connection with it and want to
connect with this medicinedifferent ways. Uh , it is all
about healing the heart spaceand , uh, and reconnect with
mother nature, reconnect withthem , uh, uh, childlike joy

(42:27):
and , uh, you know, reconnectwith those parts of , uh,
ourself that are a bit , uh,lost. Uh , uh, because many
reason, and this is , uh, whypeople , uh, usually they, they
come to see me. They reallywant to shift , uh, those
energy and , uh, allow themselfto, to, to shift their , the

(42:52):
energy around them hard space.

Speaker 1 (42:55):
Mm . Because I remember now why I booked it
was because I was having someclearing , um, through my
father lineage, so through themasculine lineage. And , uh,
and I remember just like reallywanting to have a man come in

(43:20):
and step in and, and help clearthat energy. And it did. That's
what, that's what came up. Andit really did. And the other
thing that I wanted to mentionwas you actually hold the space
for a lot of people. I'mfinding like you're being very
humble at the moment, but youhold the space for a lot of
people I see online. Like howdid you get to the point where

(43:44):
you could hold ceremony for somany different people at one
time ?

Speaker 2 (43:50):
Well, it's , it's been like a real journey for me
as well, because I started withmyself to , when I started, I
was like, I don't feel that ,uh, I will hold the space for
other people. You know, Iwanted to hold space for
myself. And I sit with that ,uh, feeling for couple of

(44:11):
years. You know, it's not like,oh yeah, cacao, cacao is very
popular, and this is a way to,no , for me, it was like, I
need to hold space for myself.
I need to heal myself. Andcacao is a powerful tool for me
to do that and allow me to, toconnect deeper with my heart
space and their heartconsciousness. And this is how

(44:33):
it started . And then camethrough that a friend, she know
that I want, I was reallyconnected with cacao, and she
was like, oh, let's, and shewas drinking caca by herself,
and she was like, ah , we liketo drink a cow with juice . So
we drink a cow together, andfor a while we drink a cacao
just like we have cacaotogether. I wasn't holding
space for , we were like justhaving a ceremony together and

(44:55):
playing music and having cacaoand just sit there meditating
and play different instruments.
And this is what happened for a, for a while. And I want to ,
at one point, I just felt thecall , I wanted to hold space
for her. So I asked her, do youwant, do you feel safe if, and
you would like to be held forme? Like, I just felt like the

(45:19):
medicine was calling me to oldspace for her. And she was
like, yeah, I , we'd love to.
So I start to hold space forthis friend. And from that came
like , uh, another group offriends. So we start to journey
together, and I start to holdspace for them until , uh, um,
one day I was feeling like that, uh, I did like , um, caca

(45:41):
facilitator course with , uh,my main , uh, human teacher, or
I call her like , uh, Renee .
And , and also in that course Iwas like, this is like the
course , uh, for me not to holdspace for others. I didn't know
that I was , uh, really alreadystepping into that role because
for me it was just a friend , acouple of friends, you know. Uh

(46:02):
, but I did this course becauseI want to learn more how to
connect with the medicine, howto connect with the elements
and shamanic practices, becauseI was feeling really drawn to.
And so I did this course, andafter this , uh, this course ,
uh, I, I was sitting still withmyself and a couple of friends

(46:22):
until I , this course was inJanuary, and at the end of the
year, this was two years ago ,um, a dear brother , uh,
Frankie, which , uh, is , uh,many things. But , uh, the main
thing that I was connected withhim was because of shamanic
breath work journey, was ashamanic breath facilitator.
And I start to journey withhim. And at one point , uh, he

(46:47):
asked me, ah , you, you servecaca , you journey with cacao
with yourself, and also you dida course, you are CACA
facilitator, because this waslike the, the label . You know,
I , because I did that course,and it was like, yeah, I, I did
that course, and I, I feel thatthe medicine is pulling me to

(47:08):
start to serve more people, butI was asking actually the
universe, God and higher energyto show me up the path, you
know, because I was like my, Iwas playing myself really
small, and I didn't want tostep into that role because I
was afraid as, as a , as ahuman. And , uh, and Frankie

(47:29):
came to me and he was like ,uh, let's hold the space
together. I, let's do aceremony where you, you serve a
cow , and I bring people intoShamanic jo . Uh , shamanic ,
um, bread took journey, and weplay music. And , uh, and I was
like, and I say straight away ,I said, yes. I was really
afraid to do that because , uh,for many reason I was like, I

(47:53):
don't know if I can do it. Youknow, my mind was playing
myself really small, butstraight away I say, yes, this
is the universe. Because I wasasking for a few months, and
the universe just sent meFrankie to ask me this
question. I was like, I takeit. I don't know if I'm ready.
I , I don't know. But I feelthat this is my time to sit

(48:14):
with another facilitator thereas is very experienced and the
, all the health space for manypeople before. And I felt safe
in this space. So I was like, this is my time to actually
start. And I start was , uh,was , uh, December of two years

(48:36):
ago. And , uh, and there were25 people at that ceremony. And
I was like super nervous. And ,uh, I was , uh, I was , uh,
yeah, I was very nervous .
Didn't know if, how could Ihold space for all these
people? But then has happenedall the time that I feel like
nervous , even like before thispodcast today when I drink a

(49:00):
cow and I connect with theenergy of the medicine and my
heart wisdoms and the othersouls that are there ready to
journey with me and withthemselves , I just let go of
those fears and I just servethe medicine and I just channel

(49:21):
whatever is coming throughafter drinking the first sip of
cacao, you know, after openingthe space. And yeah, this is
how it started actually. Thisis , uh, was my first time. And
then after that othercollaboration started , uh, uh,
more with Frankie and , uh,other facilitators like , uh,

(49:42):
um, uh, sound healer or likewith my partner Jasmine , uh,
that she's guiding meditation, she's channel meditation and
yeah, and different journey ormy own ceremonies where I , uh,
is a cacao and , uh, shaman ,drum journeys and sound and

(50:05):
reiki energy healing is , arewaving of all the tools that
have been gathering in this ,uh, uh, in the last years and
gathering also , Iwould say. So all this space
for , uh, to come back to yourquestion, like all this space
for , uh, many people bebetween like 10 to 25. It

(50:28):
happened 30 in the past. It issomething that , uh, I've been
working not, I didn't start, like from day one, it was like
a building up, and now I feelcomfortable all space for more
people because I know how toconnect with the medicine,
connect with the higher energyand all the elements, and don't

(50:50):
, uh, allow the energy of thespace to, to, to drain me as
well. You know? Uh , at thebeginning I didn't know this
tools , uh, after all thisspace , uh, the first like five
or six ceremonies, I was reallyfeel like drain and pirate and
also physically in my bodybecause I, I was still working

(51:13):
the way to really channel theenergy, the energy from the
medicine of caca and themedicine from , uh, the Divines
channeling instead of likechanneling my own energy. All
was all like a part of learningfor me. And , um, and also
everything that I've beenlearning is , uh, like I need
to learn. Uh , I , I can'treally read a book that , uh,

(51:38):
show me the way or I can do acourse, but then I need to
experience on myself. So thisis why it's , it is been like a
very slow, slow brewingjourney.

Speaker 1 (51:53):
So would you say you've held the space for
hundreds of people

Speaker 2 (51:57):
In these years ? Uh , yeah. I think , uh, it came
to like 200 and something.
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (52:04):
Yeah, Yeah. That's a lot. That's a lot. And I could
feel that when I was in myjourney. That's why you could
hold such a strong space,because I feel like if you're a
healer and you've only juststarted, you haven't been on
that journey, you know, thatyou just spoke about , um, even

(52:25):
if you've done 10 or 20 or 20 healings, you still
haven't been through thatjourney. You can really feel
the difference between someonewho's experienced holding space
and someone who's, who's justbeginning. Um, and you had to
like really walk the path and,and go through certain things
to get to that point where youcan, when you , where you can

(52:49):
hold these beautiful ceremoniesfor so many different people. I
know you held a recent one withJasmine. Can you tell me a bit
more about that one? Was it,was it , uh, it was like a Twin
Souls one or Sacred Union?

Speaker 2 (53:04):
Yeah, we call it , uh, sacred Union. It was around
, uh, uh, Valentine Day.
Mm-Hmm, . And italso was , uh, uh, the day of ,
uh, our month anniversarybecause every month we
celebrate , uh, on the 10th wecelebrate , uh, our union as a
couple. So we felt like thataround the Valenti Day. We

(53:28):
wanted to hold space for souls, for hearts that they want to,
they are like in a couple, in aromantic relationship, or they
want to call in , uh, the rightpartner for them, or they want
to reconnect with this , uh,sacred union within the set ,
within them heart . So yeah, wecall it the Sacred Union, and ,

(53:50):
uh, was a really, reallybeautiful journey , uh, within
the heart and , uh, really ,uh, allow all the people that
were their journey with us to,to journey into feeling safe ,
uh, in them heart space andfeeling safe to feel , uh, love

(54:12):
and to be held in , uh, in aloving and safe space. And then
, uh, yeah, Jasmine , she, shechanneled the meditation, which
, uh, means that she connectwith the energy. It's not
something that she preparedbeforehand , but she connect
with the , the energy of thespace, the other people , uh,

(54:33):
that are the journey with us.
And , uh, she guide , uh, ajourney , guide people into a
journey that she, she saythings that specific , uh,
words or , uh, allow them toconnect with specific energy
that they need to receive inthat , uh, moment and , uh,

(54:54):
create , uh, healing from that.
And so I start with cacao as ,uh, usually in my cinema there
is always , uh, the cacaocomponent. And then there was
some drumming, there was some ,uh, we always playing a lot of
my Tibetan ball , which is Ijust recently connected with,
and I love the sound of it. SoI've been like going around and

(55:17):
clearing energy with the ballon top of the body of , uh, the
people journey with us. AndJeremy was, was guiding them
into meditation. It was reallylovely, really deep , uh,
healing for, for us, for , uh,for all the people they came.
And yeah, every time isdifferent, the collaboration

(55:40):
that , uh, I do and , uh, withJasmine , of course is like ,
uh, deeper for me because , uh,she's my partner in , uh, life
in , uh, love and in , uh, inthis lifetime and in a previous
life as well. So yeah, ourceremonies are very connected

(56:01):
and there is this sense of ,uh, deeper love and nurturing,
nurturing, healing love.

Speaker 1 (56:09):
So where can people find you and book in for your
services?

Speaker 2 (56:15):
So people can find me , uh, online. My, my soul
business name is Elemental , and , uh, they
can find me on Facebook orInstagram. Instagram is where
I'm more active. Also, Irecently , um, create a website
, uh, with a friend of mine.

(56:36):
She, she created a website inmy vision , which is called ,
uh, elemental love lawa.com .
And people, yeah, they can findme there in the website. They
are more in , uh, there ,they're written all the
offerings that I am , uh,holding right now in more
depth. So people, they can justlook in into the website and

(56:59):
just book straight away if theywant to do like a , a cow
ceremony or like, I haveanother offering is called
Alchemy of Love , which is likereiki energy healing and cacao
, which is, is not , is not areally deep caca , ceremony's ,
more like a reiki energyhealing . But as I was saying

(57:20):
in all the podcasts, like CACAis my main medicine , so I use
it all the time in my offering.
And is this is , uh, how Iallow people to connect with
me. I connect with them and weconnect with our hearts and
they heart of the hurt . Andthe other offering is a
shamanic vibration I call it,which , uh, is like a sound

(57:40):
healing, but , uh, a more , uh,uh, ly sounds , uh, like with
the Drum and the and I , I have a lot of
instrument creator like soundof the Earth , more than like a
sound here where there is justa crystal ball and is very

(58:00):
energetic . It's more like asound healing from the earth. I
would say. This is why I callit shamanic vibrations, because
reminds me all the shamanicjourneys that I've sited with
myself with plant medicinejourneys that I've , I , I
received from other facilitatorand from shamans and uh , yeah.

(58:24):
So people can find me there onthe website, on socials and
they can book my services.
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (58:32):
Beautiful. Well, thank you so much for coming on
the podcast.

Speaker 2 (58:36):
No , thank you for having me. And , uh, it's
beautiful to be here and shareand connect with you.
