Speaker 1 (00:00):
Today on the podcast we have the beautiful and
amazing Elsa Fields . Hi Elsa, and welcome to the podcast.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
Hi, Mel. Thank you so much for having me. Such a
pleasure to be here.

Speaker 1 (00:14):
Dr. Elsa Field is a PhD scientist, priestess of
Avalon and sacred sound anddevotional musician. Her joy
and passion is to guide womento come home, to be the divine
channel that they naturallyare. Drawing on an ancient
priestess path of the temple, singer and musician, Elsa's
community is on a divinelyguided mission to reawaken the

(00:36):
lineage of the priestess soundhealer, the priestess of sacred
sound. For the modern day, alifelong musician Elsa's
journey began as a classicallytrained vocalist and recording
artist. She has been developingthe sacred practices of the
devotional singer for the past10 years within the healing
lineage of Avalon weaving herstory, sound, healing ceremony

(00:58):
and sound science. Elsa is theS transformational group and
one-on-one programs thatempower you to unlock your
devotional voice and service asa priestess of sacred sound.
Elsa, from the moment Idiscovered your priestess work
through listening to the Hathorand Mary Magdalene frequencies
on Spotify and then throughInstagram, I was drawn in by

(01:21):
your natural ability to teachwomen the gifts of using their
soul voice. Could you tell us abit about yourself and this
amazing work you share?

Speaker 2 (01:30):
I never expected that my work would be focused
around sound music and myvoice. Honestly, it is always
been such a huge part of mylife, but I never expected that
it would be the kind of breadand butter of my daily

(01:51):
existence in the way that it isnow. I, from a very young age,
was on a very academic path, and I was always a very
studious child. I have astellium of planets in
Capricorn in the 10th house, soI have this, yeah, very kind of

(02:12):
almost perfectionist, quitehigh achieving standards for
myself and for what I create inthe world. And for the first
part of my adult life, I reallythought that would be science
and , uh, scientific research.
But what unfolded was that Ihad my spiritual awakening

(02:35):
, as many, many peopledo. And that happened for me
the first time that I visitedthe beautiful landscape where I
now live, which is Glastonburyin England, in Somerset, which
for, for most British people iskind of like a, yeah, somewhere

(02:58):
in the middle of thecountryside that not many
people go to, but many, manypeople around the world in the
spiritual community know it asthis place of pilgrimage, this
place, which is known to beincredibly sacred and connected
to the mysteries of Avalon. Andmany people feel that Avalon is

(03:21):
at least one of the heartchakras of Gaia , right? So
when I first came toGlastonbury, which was a very
kind of spontaneous calling, Ireally immediately felt this,
this voice, this energy of thegoddess in the landscape here.

(03:42):
And she was really telling me,she was asking me quite
strongly to devote to mypriestess path. And this took,
I would say about three or fouryears to really kind of
decondition myself from thevery high achieving academic

(04:03):
world that I had found myselfin, and actually really
surrender to that voice andthat part of my life that was
equally as important to me. Andthrough that process of trust
and surrender in what somemight call the goddess or, you
know, she's really our ownhigher self presence, priestess

(04:28):
presence, soul presence.
Through listening to thatvoice, I really found the path
that I'm on now sharing thiswork of the sacred singer and
and devotional song with otherwomen around the world. So I'm
eternally grateful to thissacred land here that really
anchors all of my teachings andeverything that I create. Even

(04:52):
though I love to pilgrimage toother sacred sites around the
world, I feel like I, Iprobably don't really emphasize
enough how connected I feel tothe land of Avalon as a
resident priestess here now forsix years that I've been living
here full-time. So that's alittle bit of background about

(05:12):
me and how I found my way tothis work.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
That's really beautiful. And when we get
pulled onto this priestesspath, I know for me, similar to
you, I've had at least 10 yearsin academic studies. And when
you move to this different kindof place where you are pulled
into the spiritual worldthrough your awakening, I find

(05:38):
that, you know, you really haveto come to such a deep space of
surrender. And so for you, thatwas connecting with the lands
of Avalon. And I love that.
'cause my, my teenagerawakening was actually on a
trip to England, but uh, Ididn't actually visit Avalon. I

(05:58):
wish I did, and I hope that Ican within the next couple of
years, I'm definitely feelingthat pull . I can really build
that connection with you havingto make that transition from, I
guess, what's expected of usand then moving into something
that's a little bit different.

Speaker 2 (06:17):
Yeah. It's a really, really big one, right? And I
think that there are, there areso many layers to that kind of
like as you, as you start thatjourney, for some of us, it's ,
uh, finding that we need toshift what job we have in the

(06:39):
world to become more alignedfor others of us. It might be a
, a relationship that's comingto an end, or it might be the
place that we live. But I thinkthese reflections in our
external reality that often areflection of that inner
descent and ascent of thesoul's journey where we are

(06:59):
really aligning with our truepath. And if more of us
actually listened to thosenudges and did that deep work,
which is not easy, but I knowmany of the listeners, your ,
of your podcast know, know whatI'm talking about. I really
can't feel how, how much morejoy and aliveness we would have

(07:22):
in the world today. Right. Andthe voice is such a profound
guide on that journey becausewhen we really tune in and
listen to our voice as thisreal instrument, as this vessel
of what we are being called tocreate in the world, she's such

(07:44):
a profound guide for us becauseshe becomes that external
reflection of the inner voiceand inner listenings of our
soul. So I really see thethroat chakra as just such a
core piece as it's always beenfor women's empowerment, right?
But I feel that in thespiritual community, it's
becoming more and more of a , apowerful and potent tool. More

(08:07):
and more women are being drawnto this work of awakening their
voice.

Speaker 1 (08:13):
Yes, for sure. I've, I mean, I've certainly felt it.
I know through , uh, some ofthe spiritual work that I've
done , uh, over the last coupleof years has all been focused
on the voice clearing out thatthroat chakra. I will say there
has been many, many, manydifficult layers to that. So it

(08:33):
hasn't been one dimensional.
And just recently, I had areally, really big one over the
last month , um, where Iactually ended up with chronic
laryngitis because I wasreally, I could feel it
clearing , um, and my guideswere saying, it's okay, we're
just, we are clearing this andit's gonna be better for you.

(08:54):
But it's such a hard processmoving in and feeling into that
throat chakra. Is it, is it,isn't it, and I feel like , uh,
with Avalon and the priestessof Avalon, does she really, I'm
not sure, but does she reallycorrespond to that blue
frequency? I sort of see her asa bit of a blue, a blue light?

Speaker 2 (09:16):
Ooh , what a lovely question. Yeah. So I would say
that in the Priestess of Avaloncommunity that lives here,
there are many differentexpressions of this, but , uh,
and the Avalon priestesscommunity around the world, but
in the lineage that I wastrained in, which is , uh,

(09:37):
vocalized here in Glastonbury,it's not so much blue, but
violet purple light, she'sconnected with the violet flame
energy, which is a really highfrequency band of light. And
the Lady of Avalon is thatviolet frequency. So we often

(09:58):
see her here in the landscapeof Avalon in the mist that
cover the land for a , a largepart of the year. And in the
sunset period, often whathappens is we get this really
beautiful incandescent kind ofrosy violet hue to the sunset
and to the mist, which reallytells us of her presence. So

(10:23):
the blue frequency is, I feelit's, this is one of the oldest
kind of color frequenciesassociated with the divine
feminine. So the color blue isa very, you know , a very royal
frequency. That's kind of howwe see it in the modern age.

(10:47):
It's often associated with thatkingly, queenly kind of energy.
And in the Christian Church, you know, they, they began
really using it sometime in themedieval period to really , uh,
to , to really depict MotherMary and also Yeshua in this
blue frequency. But if we lookback and we trace this further

(11:12):
back, this, this blue frequencywas used by many ancient
cultures in their depictions ofthe divine feminine. So I
really feel that this blueenergy is actually one of the
kind of hallmarks of thatsacredness, that energy of the
cosmic mother that over timereally came through in a, in a

(11:34):
intact wisdom stream. Somemight call it the rose lineage
into Christianity. So theancient Egyptians were pretty
obsessed with the color blue, and they used it throughout all
of the temples , uh, in thebeautiful ways that they
adorned and painted thetemples. And we can see this

(11:55):
through the restoration workthat's been done. And if you
visit some of the temples wherethe original painting is
intact, and it's often used todepict that cosmic womb of the
mother and goddess is such ashor the great cow mother , uh,
and the goddess nut as well, who's the sky goddess. So the

(12:16):
blue frequency for me is reallyconnected to this ancient
lineage of priestesses, of hathor priestesses of Isis. We see
Mother Mary and Mary Magdaleneand other women, other biblical
women often depicted, dressedin blue in stained glass
windows and depictions of them, which really indicate that

(12:38):
they're connected to thisancient lineage. And even
further back than that, when wethink about cosmically, what
blue is connected to, many, many , uh, many spiritual
teachers believe that this bluefrequency is connected to the
constellation of Sirius inparticular. And this is , uh,

(13:02):
this is thought to be and feltto be where, where Hor and the
Hathor beings originate from isserious . They're connected to
several differentconstellations. But many people
who are incarnating now withstar seeds really feel that
connection with Sirius and theSeven Hathor who are these

(13:24):
sonic beings who are deeplyconnected with the mysteries of
sound are really connected toSirius . So many of us who are
called to this path of soundand voice are really connected
with Sirius as well. So thatwas a long answer to your
question, but I wanted to givethe full spiel about how
obsessed I am with the ColorBlue and why ?

Speaker 1 (13:46):
No, I love it. And also it's so fascinating, isn't
it? Because, you know, that'swhat I love about being able to
do this podcast and being ableto speak to so many, so many
women with , uh, differentexperiences, is that we get to
hear everybody's personalexperience. I haven't done much

(14:07):
connecting , uh, with thePriestess of Avalon, but I do
hope to, you know, my mainguide , uh, for a very long
time has been Mother Mary andmainly working within that holy
lineage. And so I'm constantlyshown that blue light
frequency. Um, I haven't asmuch worked with Hathor very
much, mainly, mainly the HolyGuides. Um, but it was actually

(14:32):
interesting because thebeautiful lady that I
interviewed last week, her mainguide is actually Krishna and
he comes in on the bluefrequency as well. So there's
been so much, so for me, I'vebeen really traveling through
the shadows over the last monthand the black rose, and now I

(14:52):
can just feel this beautifulblue frequency coming in so
strongly. I've actually changedmy altar quite a bit. I went
out and bought all these bluecandles on the weekend , um,
and I can feel it, I can feelit coming through so strongly
now. 'cause it's such a healinglight, isn't it? Particularly
when we are walking throughthat shadow time or through

(15:13):
that place where we've gottawalk into healing, particularly
with this throat chakra, because the blue connects in
with the, with throat chakra aswell, doesn't it?

Speaker 2 (15:23):
Yeah, absolutely.
And I love that you brought inhow you've been transmuting
energy and really feeling thaton the other side of that, you
can now open to that bluefrequency and really call in
that blue healing light foryour own throat center. And
that's a really importantpiece, is that the layers, the

(15:47):
different layers of healingthat we, that we get to go
through on this exciting journey of, of
self-healing in order to reallyaccess that limitless energy.
And so I said earlier that bluereally is representative of the
cosmic womb of the mother. Ofcourse, you know, we have a

(16:08):
blue sky, right? In our , uh,on our earth, blue is the color
of the oceans as well. So bothof these , uh, both of these
incredible dimen elementaldimensions where we originate
from as a humanity, right? Thestars and the oceans of the
earth have this color. And sofor us as, as humans, the blue

(16:33):
frequency spectrum is all aboutreconnecting with that
primordial energy of what itmeans to be a conscious being,
what it means to be a livedrepresentation of the divine.
So it's such a healingfrequency in so many ways, and
it's such a soothing frequencyfor the throat chakra as well.

(16:54):
Uh, and it really shows us thatthat deep connection that the
throat center has with thepower of creation, the power to
create and manifest your lifein the external three D reality
and across all dimensions.

Speaker 1 (17:10):
So what was your inspiration into creating such
a potent body of work wherewomen would have the
opportunity to move deeply intotheir inner world and discover
that when they tap into thepower of using their voice,
they can be more authenticallyseen and heard, and this would
allow their true authenticexpression to come through.

Speaker 2 (17:31):
As, as I've kind of already mentioned, for me, this
work with the voice is not justabout personal
self-empowerment. It's aboutreally bringing and birthing
your divine dream for your lifeinto reality. And so the first

(17:53):
piece of that work isself-healing around your own
throat chakra, around your ownthroat center, around the
wounds of the voice that manyof us carry. And we, we have to
do that essential work if we'regoing to be able to creatively

(18:16):
express in the world, right? Soa core piece where we can see
the kind of shadow of the voiceis the sisterhood wound, right?
This feeling of jealousy andcomparison between women,
especially if we see otherwomen sharing their work with

(18:38):
the world, sharing their voicewith the world, and we don't
feel creatively expressed or inour power. And how do we heal
the sisterhood wound? The firststep is to heal our connection
with our own voices andcreative expression, right?
Because when we really reclaimall of our power, how, why

(19:01):
would we feel threatened byanyone else , right? And
subtly, when we engage in thatfrequency of jealousy in
comparison, what we are doingis giving away our power in a
very subtle way, right? Sothat's one example of, of how
and why this work with thevoice is so important. And
honestly, in my experience, thePriestess community is, is a

(19:27):
microcosm of the macrocosmwithin the priestess community.
We're doing so much healingwork around the sisterhood
wound, both locally in ourindividual communities. It's
definitely like that for mycommunity here in the UK and,
you know, in the , in theglobal community. And so I
think that for me, kind ofsubconsciously was a really

(19:51):
core motivation to sharing thiswork around The voice was
really understanding andfeeling the work that I had
done personally to really ownand reclaim my power and the
power in what I had to sharewith the world, and really

(20:12):
seeing how, how this work wasneeded. So actually what
happened was, I said at thebeginning, you know, I never
really, it never really , uh,was a plan. It never was my, my
master plan to createany of what I've created. It
really happened because womenstarted asking me to , uh, to

(20:35):
do voice work and voice healingsessions with them. That's what
happened. I started recordingmy music, recording my sacred
music, and , uh, putting it outthere. And it really , uh, that
frequency activated somethingin me and in the people around

(20:56):
me that they could really feelthis energy of, of sound and
voice and the healing potentialthere that was coming through.
And the way that I always feelabout it is, it's a community,
a collective. I might be theizer for now, but there's
something happeningcollectively. And as priestess

(21:17):
is , as , as women connectedwith the sacred, what we get to
be is then we get to be the,the vessels and the vocalizes
for that movement to come tothe fore. Just like you were
doing with this beautifulpodcast, right, Mel, your words
and your efforts and your voiceare becoming an expression of
what your community needs. Sothat was really how it

(21:40):
happened. And then over time,I, I heard that voice, the
voice of the goddess more andmore strongly. She was just
guiding me every step of theway. And I see all goddesses
for me, they all come back tothis one divine mother presence

(22:00):
that I call hor, right? She'sone of the most ancient
goddesses that humanity hasworked with. And so I, I can
hear hor guiding me in what I'mcreating. I'm sure perhaps you
feel similarly about your workwith Mother Mary, right? And
birthing your creations. Andthis is another core piece of

(22:21):
what I teach, is about reallybecoming a divine channel,
really understanding thatthat's a natural birthright
that we all have to beconnected with these immense
guides that aren't separatefrom us. And so she's really
been guiding me, and I'm alwaysin communion with her. I've

(22:43):
actually just over the last fewdays, you know, you mentioned
the portal wasreally big for you, and it was
for me as well over the lastfew days, I can really see how
she's guiding me to come backto my original , uh, assignment
as it were. And she's showingme the ways that my ego maybe
has got a little bit involvedin recent weeks and months. And

(23:06):
so she's really helping me tostrip away the dross and to
simplify again. So it's, it's aconstant work. And I think all
of us who are leaders, vocalizes who are coming
forward to facilitatecommunity, it's so important
for us to be connected to thatfaith, whether that's
connection to divine guides orconnection to our higher self,

(23:28):
hopefully both, right? Sothat's, that's how this
movement kind of came to bebirthed.

Speaker 3 (23:35):
I almost felt brought to tears with that
. I think I actually am.

Speaker 1 (23:39):
Yeah. I mean, I speak to so many women who are
trying to move into a differentplace and a different space,
but it's not easy, right? It'sreally not easy, particularly
if you're coming from, you know, uh, a very traditional
background , uh, where certainthings are expected of you from

(24:04):
family or , um, you know, you've worked really hard on
your career for many, manyyears, and now you're being
called into the goddess or intothe priestess. It can be such a
scary thing to step into. Andso I think what you're saying
with this voice work andhealing the throat chakra, that

(24:28):
is, that can be a place wherewe can start to really open up
our, our expression to what itis that's really coming from
the heart, you know, ratherthan following these certain ,
uh, traditions. And I know ,uh, over the last couple of

(24:50):
weeks, I've definitely hadquite a few friends who have
stepped into the shadow work ,um, and have really been called
into that path. And it's beenreally challenging because a
lot of what's coming up is likewhat you said, healing the
sister wound and healing thethroat chakra. And so they

(25:12):
might've been pulled into a bitof sickness, you know, having
to go back and rest , um, toallow that , uh, to allow that
healing to process and comethrough. And, you know,
similar, similar to me as well.
And so, can you tell us a bitmore about how , uh, your

(25:34):
Myrtle Grove Sacred SoundMystery School can really
support women to move throughthat process?

Speaker 2 (25:42):
Our mystery school is really about remembrance.
It's really connected toremembering who you are and
remembering that we are onewith the divine. And through
that process, we can rememberand reclaim aspects of our

(26:06):
voice that represent differentparts of our soul essence. That
perhaps along the way we'vebecome disconnected from, or ,
uh, disassociated from that

Speaker 1 (26:21):
We

Speaker 2 (26:22):
Now are being called to really bring back into our
embodied presence in the world.
We need all aspects of ourvoice in order to heal the
sisterhood wound in order tostep forward in the fullness of
our creative expression. And sothe way that I have designed
the mystery school curriculums,or I say I, but really it's hor

(26:45):
working through me, andher design, is that there is
this really very simple coretwo-part journey to it. The
first step, as I've alreadymentioned, is working with your
own voice, self-healing, reallyfocusing on that, giving
ourselves space and time toreally work on this. And this

(27:11):
is represented by our, our corefoundational offerings,
including the Cosmic VoiceProgram, which is a six week
program that , uh, is, is alive taught program at the
moment. It's live taught in anycase. And so what we journey
through in that program isreally , uh, facilitating a

(27:36):
healing around differentaspects of your soul voice. So
we work with the voice of yourinner child, really connecting
with her. We work with thevoice of priestess past lives,
calling them back in. So insidethe cosmic voice, we're working
with reclaiming and healingdifferent aspects of your
soul's voice, voice . And thenwhat I find is that upon

(28:01):
completing that program, womeneither feel called to continue
that self-healing work, or theyreally feel at, well , and or
'cause we are alwaysself-healing. They feel called
to, to support others in doingthat work. And that is the role

(28:25):
of our practitioner training, which is the Priestess of
Sacred Sound PractitionerTraining, which is a six month
journey online. And then I alsohold in-person immersions for
our priestess students to godeeper. So the Priestess of
Sacred Sound Program is thisamazing vessel, really for you

(28:52):
to explore the ways that yousonically want to create in the
world. So what's always amazingto me is that the expressions
of our priestesses that wehighlight once a year, when we
do our collective concert atthe end of the journey, they're
always so different. Some womenare called to really empower

(29:13):
their speaking voice throughceremony, through ritual,
through the ways that they areexpressing in the world,
perhaps in calling in their ownsoul language, their light
language. Because this is soactivating for others to hear
as it's that pure expression ofdivine energy moving through
us. For others, it's throughsong, through writing song,

(29:35):
through composing chant, through really embracing the
songwriter, the muse. Forothers, it's through the
creation of sound ceremony, sound journeys, sound baths,
working with the crystallineenergies, working with the
frequencies of their voice. Andso we cover all of this in the
training, and the idea is thatit enhances and for one of a

(29:59):
better word up levels , all ofthe offerings that you're
creating in the world, becausewhen we actually have the full
presence of our voice in ourofferings, so much more can be
transmitted and activated inothers. So some of the women
are in the healing realmalready. For others, it's the

(30:20):
first foray into doing healingwork for others. And our
priestess training is open topeople , uh, wherever they are
in their journey. You don'thave to have taken the
preliminary cosmic voicejourney, although I really
recommend it as a prerequisite.
And I also support a smallnumber of women, one-to-one who

(30:40):
really desire support withbirthing their creative
offerings into the world. Uh,so it's a really full spectrum
of different offerings that wehave. And all of it is really
guided by this connection withthis very ancient lineage of

(31:02):
the musician priestess that wesee across the ancient world,
across all cultures that I havelooked at and researched so
far, at least, there is thatarchetype, not only of the
priestess of the, the femalespiritual leader, but the one
who's empowered in using thearts of sound of healing sound.

(31:25):
So I bring in a lot of that, Icall it herstory as opposed to
history, right? I bring in alot of that into what I teach
to provide a context , uh,because I just feel it's so
powerful and many of us who aredrawn to that work have lived
life lifetimes upon lifetimesserving in these ancient
temples. And we feel thatremembrance in our DNA and we

(31:49):
can inspire each other throughthe remembrances that come
through.

Speaker 1 (31:55):
And so with these , um, different transformations,
so over here we have, it's alittle bit different. We don't
have , um, like a strongpriestess leading each over
here. And so we might have ,uh, sound healing events and
things like that that we canattend to be able to connect to

(32:17):
the sound frequency. And so Ithink what you're saying is
there's, there's much more toexplore on this path if you are
interested in sound andinterested in moving into that
, uh, frequency more. And forthose who are called onto the

(32:37):
sound path , I have agirlfriend who's very
interested in , uh, learningmore about using sound within
her , uh, healing space. Ithink what you're saying is
there's so much more to thisjourney. So if you are being
called on it, there's probably,there's a remembrance
happening.

Speaker 2 (32:57):
Yes, for sure. And sound is an ancient tool for
healing that has been used formany millennia. And we see this
in the construction of ancientsacred sites around the world
that have a specific resonantfrequency that matches

(33:18):
frequencies that we know nowhave a healing effect on the
body from medical science, right? So I'm talking about
spaces like New Grange inIreland, or the ancient hyper
GM on the island of Malta, ormany of the sonic temples of
Egypt. It's actually my beliefthat in, in Egypt, all of the

(33:41):
temples were built to preciseacoustic proportions for
specific sound healingpurposes, not just for the
Pharaoh and the, you know, thehigh nobility, but in the old
kingdom and pre astic time forthe healing of the community.
And so these are ancientmysteries, and we come back

(34:01):
again to that connection toserious and hor . And what
these beings are actuallygifting us in their connection
with Earth is that knowledge ofusing crystals, of using earth
materials to create spaces thatare really a reflection of the
resonant chambers of our ownbody, which is what the throat

(34:25):
center and the womb center forwomen especially are. So our
trainings are really all aboutconnecting that divine template
of the body with the workingsof the voice and your own soul.
And I really think this is workthat is immediately

(34:47):
transformational, because onceyou kind of know it, like even
in in sharing this, in thisconversation, I've shared in a
lot more depth than I have doneon other podcasts, you know,
which is a testament to yourbeautiful questions, Mel. It's,
it's, it's really that, thatflavor of the teachings, once
you know that, once you knowthat your body is, is a

(35:10):
reflection of the divine, right? You can't unknow that
, you're never gonnaforget it probably, right?
Especially if we engage inregular spiritual practice and
, and presence, practice,mindfulness practice. So it's
not really about teaching abunch of super in-depth science
and super in-depth practices.

(35:31):
The practices that I teach aregenerally really simple, but
there's that resonance thatpeople feel with them where
they know that it's connectingthem with something ancient and
a part of themselves that hadpreviously not been fully
embodied gets the opportunityto come fully in and support
you on your life's journey witheverything that you create.

Speaker 1 (35:55):
Mm-Hmm . And it's so fascinating, isn't it? Like I'm
really fascinated by, by all ofthe background research that
you've given as well. And thatimmediately really connects me
to thinking about , uh, whenyou're talking about the
journey of the soul, and we'retalking about women who are

(36:16):
moving into their spiritualjourney, who are on, who all
who are on their spiritualpath, and they already have a
spiritual business, but youknow, perhaps they're feeling
blocked creatively. They don'tknow why they , uh, can't , uh,
I guess make a business out ofit, bring in income. So they

(36:38):
have to juggle many different ,uh, many different jobs and or
they feel like, you know, they've been on this path for a
while and they've got theirbusiness and it's just not
going anywhere, and they don'tknow where to turn . Those are
some of the, I guess, theblocks and challenges that I
think about when, when , uh,when you speak about this sound

(37:01):
path . So how can this workhelp women who wish to create a
spiritual business, but feellike there have been so many
different fears and blockscoming up for them?

Speaker 2 (37:12):
I love that you've asked me about the business
piece, , thank you forasking about that. When I was
on my retreat last weekend withour year two priestess
students, I actually did aworkshop really focused on this
for them. And it's a reallyimportant piece actually, and

(37:36):
something that I get askedabout a lot. And the key piece
that I can share from seeinghow this work impacts women who
have spiritual businesses isfaith and embodiment. So when

(37:58):
we are hitting a block in theroad, we are hitting a fork in
the road, which I think all ofus who have spiritual
businesses have experienced atsome point, it's an invitation
to even more fully embody thevoice of your soul. And guess

(38:19):
what? Over time those nudgesmight change the way that you,
the way that your voice wantsto really speak through you
into the world gets to changeover time with how we grow and
develop as divine beings. Sowhen I look back to the very

(38:40):
beginning of my business, thewomen that I was serving, then
it subtly shifted, you know, over time it subtly shifted. I
still have the same coremessage and the same core
values that I bring in and, andall of that. But there's a

(39:01):
piece about faith that hasalways come in for me when I've
been at these blocks and these, these roadblocks, which is I
get to ask for support here andask my divine team for support
in really seeing and sensinghow does my voice want to
express in the world? What arethe ways where maybe I am

(39:26):
changing or, or modifying myvoice, keeping my voice hidden
or small in some way to pleaseothers or to please my business
coach, or because I thinkthat's what's going to bring in
more income or , uh, I'mfollowing a strategy that
someone's given me, but I'm notfeeling a hundred percent

(39:48):
resonance with it. Trust thosemoments, those moments are such
gold. They're such gold. And inmy business, the times when
I've been in full creativeexpression and flow with my
voice have a hundred percentbeen been the moments where the
universe has met me with moreabundance. And I don't see the

(40:12):
times where that hasn'thappened as bad or wrong. I
really embrace, you know, whatwe might call failures because
they're showing me the waysthat I can come more fully into
alignment with my voice. Andthis is the key difference
between spiritual entrepreneursand regular entrepreneurs. For

(40:33):
regular entrepreneurs, the maingoal motivation is most likely
service, but also making money, right? For spiritual
entrepreneurs, it's helpingpeople with their soul. That's
the key piece, right? We'reactually working on this
different etheric level ineverything that we do. So the

(40:54):
regular business strategies arenot going to work for us the
majority of the time, right? Ifwe just take them as red, we
have to tweak them, we have toinfuse them with our own voice.
So I love working with womenwho are on this path of, of
birthing businesses. I find itso exciting, honestly, I I just

(41:15):
think women spiritualentrepreneurs are trailblazing
the future of business for ourworld. And the voice is such a
key piece, trusting in yourvoice, embodying these new
pieces of wisdom that arecoming in from her in any given
moment. Such a core piece onthe entrepreneurial path.

Speaker 1 (41:40):
Yeah. And I just absolutely love what you've
just said because I just thinkwomen in general who, who are
creating spiritual businesses, are so brave. And when often it
takes time to go through therelearning process, because

(42:03):
like you said, it's not likeoperating a normal business.
It's not like working in thecorporate world. It's not like
, uh, you know , uh, having atraditional role. Um, and so
often these teachings , uh,aren't readily available to us,

(42:24):
so we don't know where to gofor help. So I love everything
you've just said because aswell, I, I felt that shift
myself from when we wentthrough Covid to now many years
later. Uh, we are really beingasked to step up so deeply, and
it's not always easy to stepup. It's not easy to take that

(42:45):
next step, and it's not easy togo through that relearning of
where , of how we need tocreate in the world. Um, not in
the masculine way , um, but inthe divine feminine way that
was a part of society thousandsof years ago. Um, so we are
relearning all of thosedifferent teachings, and I feel

(43:06):
like within your course , youknow, you provide an such a
great grounding for that work.

Speaker 2 (43:14):
Oh , thank you.
Thank you. That's a reallybeautiful compliment. I have a
couple more pieces to sharearound that. Is it okay to
share? Yes. So , uh, the firstpiece is about doubt, which is
something that I think a lot offemale spiritual entrepreneurs,
well, entrepreneurs in general, but from speaking to a lot of

(43:34):
sisters, I know this is a corepiece that many of us face is
which step do we take next? Itcan feel overwhelming, right?
There's so many different tasksto do, which tasks are gonna
move the needle forward as theysay, which tasks are gonna make
a difference to growing ourcommunities? And what I often

(43:56):
see is, and what I haveexperienced is a paralysis that
happens where we getoverwhelmed and we don't know
which step to take. So we endup not taking action on our
dreams and our creativevisions, whether that is a
creative project, right? Like, like , uh, recording an album
or a business project likelaunching a course. If we, if

(44:20):
we let doubt take over, we canenter this paralysis place,
right? It's one of the mostdifficult human emotions to
face, I feel. And so when I'mtalking about listening to the
voice, the full voice of yoursoul, and trusting in that and
acting from that place, sometimes this is really
difficult to do because theanswer might not come straight

(44:43):
away. We might not really beready to receive that message
on a conscious level. It mightbe so deep in our subconscious
that it takes a while for ourconscious mind to really catch
up with what our priestess pathour next step is gonna be. And
so when this happens, we canget caught in that cycle of

(45:07):
doubt , right? And so I'm notby any means suggesting that we
have to feel in a hundredpercent alignment with
everything we do before we doit, and we can't make a
decision in our business beforewe feel the full voice of our
soul coming in, because thatwould be really challenging,
right? But it's a good rule ofthumb. And at the same time,

(45:29):
it's better to take some actionand learn from the experience
if it doesn't work out the waythat you envisaged that will
help you to get one step closerto what that true voice is. So
this is what I'm alwaysencouraging my clients to do,
is take some action, really, really make, make an effort in

(45:52):
the , in the three D world, notjust on the internal, right? It
has to be reflected on theexternal if we're talking about
spiritual business, because youcan do all of the manifestation
meditations you want, right?
But if we don't actually takesome action, we are not gonna
learn any, anything about howthings are gonna unfold. So

(46:12):
that's a really core piece isto take action, even if you're
not a hundred percent sure, because it will help you to get
more sure about your next stepand then to help you to do
that. Astrology is such apowerful tool. It's something
that I bring in now to all ofmy one-to-One Sessions is, is

(46:33):
an understanding of our natalblueprint. And I'd love to hear
your opinion on this Mel aswell. 'cause I feel like, I
feel like you're gonna have anopinion, but I feel like
astrology, and if you're notinto astrology, then you know,
another tool like human designor gene keys , something that
can really help you to tune inwith your unique expression and

(46:53):
the ways that your soul enjoysto express in the world is so
important. You might not besuper called to create a
YouTube channel or create apodcast the way that your voice
wants to express might bethrough a different lens, a
different medium. Andunderstanding the core

(47:14):
placements in your birth chartaround voice, around expression
in the outer world, all of thatis gonna really help all
spiritual entrepreneurs to getto get on track really with how
their soul truly wants toexpress in the world.

Speaker 1 (47:33):
Yeah, I love that you've mentioned astrology. Um,
I gifted both myself and mydaughter. She turned 21 this
year and last year , uh, yeah, last year I gifted her with an
astrology reading and myself,so we both had one in the same
week. She's a Virgo, and , uh,she's got a lot of earthy

(47:55):
signs. Um, she's very , uh,psychic. She's already on the
path, but she is studying law,so , but I can feel
she's, it's, it's gonna clickfor her even though she's on a
very academic path right now.
Um, and she hasn't heard thepriest desk call yet. She's
only, she's only 21. But , uh,we need more

Speaker 2 (48:16):
Conscious lawyers though.

Speaker 1 (48:17):
That's, we do,

Speaker 2 (48:18):
That's a very important service for sure .

Speaker 1 (48:20):
Well, she's, she's in her third year of study now
and e every single night. We,we have tarot time, we call it,
and we sit there and we do give, give readings to each other.
So she's been learning thetarot for a long time
now. Amazing. Um, through me.
And she get , obviously gets tosee my work. And so I studied

(48:41):
Laura as well, by the way. Um,and so, but I, I, I, I didn't
continue. Um, but she's in herthird year and she's doing so
well, and she's so academic andokay, so I gifted her with the
astrology reading, and she wasso thankful for it, because the

(49:01):
guidance that she receivedreflected her path back to what
her intuition was telling her.
So her intuition was reallytelling her, and my intuition
as well, when she's asked mewhat path should I follow, was
to really move down into thatinternational human rights law
field. Mm-Hmm . rather than , uh, moving into

(49:23):
this corporate path, which weknow brings all of the money.
So moving into thisheart-centered path. And the
astrologer affirmed that in herchart. She was going to have a
lot of international travelwith her job, and she was going
to be working in those areas, and it, it , it's just, it , it

(49:44):
, it just solidified that forher. Mm . And so she actually
ended up winning the humanrights Mooting Trophy this year
at university. And Mooting is ,uh, like mock court. Some
people might not know whatMooting is, but it's a
competition between hundreds ofstudents at university. And she
ended up winning that. And sothat showed her that it showed

(50:08):
her something really special, and that was that her path or
her soul or her destiny wasreally written in the element
of the stars and, and that shecould use that , uh, she could
use that now. And how beautifulis it that she's learnt that so
young? And so for me, it reallyshowed the opposite because

(50:31):
she's a very earthy nature andI'm all Pisces and
water. And so , um, we balanceeach other out quite a bit, but
mine was the opposite. And somine was a lot of , uh, I think
it was like a lot of 11th and12th house kind of stuff, very,
very spiritual. Um, and sheaffirmed to me and said , uh,

(50:53):
that, you know, your path isreally within this spiritual,
spiritual realm and withinspiritual business, it just
made me feel like I was on theright path. And so I've been,
it's funny that you mentionedthat tonight because I'm
wanting to learn a lot moreabout astrology over the next
couple of years. And it'sdefinitely something that I've

(51:15):
put on the forefront , uh, withgoing back and doing a bit of
research. And I was actuallygoing to ask her today and sent
her a message, where can Ilearn more about, about the
astrology within the roselineage , um, because that's
something I'm really going intodeeply, you know, next year.
And so I wanted to find outwhere I get that information

(51:36):
from. So I'm really excitedabout the astrology part. And
then my girlfriend very, she'svery earthy as well. She is a
Taurus , and she did the samething, and she was just, yeah,
she just couldn't believe whatcame up.

Speaker 2 (51:52):
It's so fascinating.
There's always, there's alwaysa message in the stars. And as
someone with a scientificbackground, I was previously
really quite skeptical ofastrology and . I mean,
I know it's the world's oldestscience now. I really feel

(52:15):
that. I feel the amount ofresearch that the ancients put
into this incredible system, which just makes sense. It
makes total sense. Somethingthat my family and I love to
do. Uh, it's a fun game, for anyone who loves
astrology , uh, which helps youto hone your kind of

(52:36):
astrological instincts is , um,when I'm at home with my
family, we, and we're a littlebit bored, we sometimes play
this game where we think of acelebrity that we all like, and
we try and guess their starsign and, you know, see how
well we do. It keeps usentertained for like,
shockingly hours on end. And,you know, often we're actually

(52:57):
quite accurate, you know, . Yeah . It's, it's so
interesting. Um , and I alsolove , uh, when, you know, you
know, your sun sign, yourrising sign, maybe your moon
sign as well, it can befascinating to look up which
famous people have a similarblueprint to you throughout
history. Uh, and yeah, see ifyou feel a resonance with them

(53:21):
because it's, it really is likethis, these archetypes, these
archetypes that move throughhumanity that really help us to
learn more about ourselves andour core motivations throughout
our lives. So yeah, I, I loveastrology as a tool and I bring
in a beautiful astrologer.
Maria Jones, who's anotherpriestess of Avalon star

(53:45):
priestess, I bring her into mypriestess program. She does a
whole masterclass for us on theastrology of the voice, which
is a really powerful groundingfor the women at the start of
the training because it's sucha powerful tool to, to fall
back on as well throughout ourpriestess journey whenever
we're needing insights andclarity about anything that

(54:07):
comes up.

Speaker 1 (54:09):
Yeah, I'll definitely have to reach out to
her because I'm, yeah , I'mdefinitely up for a new reading
as she's

Speaker 2 (54:15):
Amazing.

Speaker 1 (54:15):
I'm definitely up for a new reading as well. I
only wish that I received thatinformation 20 years earlier,
like my daughter. So talkingabout the path of creation and
learning how to use the sourceof creation to, within our
spiritual business, how doesthe voice connect into the

(54:37):
healing journey of the womb, the priestess path, and also
the fear of being seen in ourauthenticity?

Speaker 2 (54:45):
Such a , a multilayered question. Yeah.
Thank you. So for men andwomen, the sacral chakra, the
horror is where our creativelife force energy is generated
and stored. And this is a veryancient teaching that comes

(55:10):
from many different spirituallineages, right? So my personal
preference, what I activelystudy, it's the Daoist lineage
find , I find it endlesslyfascinating. And so this, this
region of the body, which forwomen is the womb space,
whether we have a physical wombor not, this is a profound

(55:36):
center for connecting with ourcreativity. It's the core
center for doing that. The rootchakra as well. The root chakra
is, is really more aboutsafety, stability, our , our
actual physical manifestation, physical embodiment here on
earth. And the sacral center isdeeply connected with then how

(55:57):
we harness that creative lifeforce energy from the earth. We
bring it up through the rootchakra, through our connection
to earth, through visualizingthat earth energy coming up
into the body. And then in , inthe sacral center, that energy
gets to be activated andcirculated around the body. And
so the, the teachings that Ishare are really all about

(56:23):
reconnecting that channel ofenergy between the womb space,
which is where your creativeenergy is birthed generated,
and the throat center, which iswhere your creative energy then
gets to express out into theworld. So it's a very simple
concept, but one that I guessmost of the time in our

(56:43):
society, in our westernsociety, in our creations in
the world, we don't reallyoften think about it in that
sense of a deeper embodiment ofour creative energy that comes
from the sacral. And actuallygoing back to the path of the
spiritual entrepreneur, this isa really core piece, is

(57:04):
bringing this womb centeredwisdom up from the womb space
to the throat through ourcreations. And that that gets
to be a pathway through whichwe connect with our authentic
expression. So I often workwith different guides in
connection with the womb space.
For me personally, on my wombhealing journey, Mary Magdalene

(57:28):
has been such a core guide forme. And it was actually through
my own womb healing journeywhen I was healing from
fibroids in my womb that Ichanneled the Mary Magdalene
frequency. That was how thatsong came through, was through
really asking Mary Magdalenefor support in healing my womb.

(57:51):
And so you can see how sheresponded to me with a message
of voice activation, right?
That two-way harmonic resonancebetween the voice and the womb.
And I know from speaking toother women that that song,
which I don't think of as mysong, you know, it's, it's the
it's magdalene's song. It is,it , it is helping other women

(58:16):
to activate their voice. That'sone of the, one of the gifts of
that song. So that's a , that'sa bit of a piece about the
connection with the womb here, which is, is so important. And
through our connection with ourown womb space , of course,
part of the healing ofdisconnection that many of us

(58:39):
feel with the womb space comesfrom connecting with the cosmic
mother and the womb of thecosmic mother, and healing our
own relationship with thisconcept of mother. Whether we
have a great relationship withour biological mother in this
lifetime or not, we're allchildren of the divine mother.

(59:02):
So it's, it's feeling how weare one with her through our
own womb space. And so a lot ofthe journeys that I take people
on are really working with thatconcept of healing within the
womb of the great mother, because she not only helps us
to embody our divine essence, but she also helps us to heal

(59:24):
our physical body. So many ofthe women who are drawn to this
voice work and womb work areexperiencing physical disease
or pain in their throat center, maybe in their thyroid and or
in their womb space, in theirsacral chakra. And so these
teachings, I know becausethey're how I healed my own

(59:46):
thyroid disease, I know howprofound they are for working
with the physical body. Andit's, it's really essential
work to really have that, thatfull Embodied sense of knowing
that we are healing is when wemake that connection between
our emotions, our emotionalbody, and physical healing as

(01:00:09):
well.

Speaker 1 (01:00:10):
Yes, I've definitely connected with Mary Magdalene ,
uh, with healing and clearingout my womb trauma over the
last couple of years. She'ssuch a strong guide that I
always felt held and I alwaysfelt protected while I was
going through and clearing thatout. And I did notice that, as
you said, it wasn't just , uh,healing that womb center, I

(01:00:36):
noticed that I had a channelthat was opening up from my
womb to my throat, and that, again, was very painful as
well. So yeah. So for me, it'salso very similar. I had the
womb pain and I had some , uh,ovary pain, and, and that was
why I'd in , I initially wenton that wound clearing journey

(01:00:59):
with Mary Magdalene. Uh, and Iwould say it took a good two
years, to be honest, to movethrough that journey, which is
a really long time. It feelslike a long time, but then when
I think back, it's not really,I feel like I'm probably more
of an older soul. So I had somuch to clear and saw so many
past lives there that I had towork through. And then clearing

(01:01:21):
the channel up and down thethroat center, I always find
the throat. It just gets meevery time clearing out, then
clearing out that throatcenter. My thyroid issues came
back from like 20 years ago.
And so I'm, I've really, I , Ifeel like over the last month
they've given me healing towork with those thyroid issues.

(01:01:43):
And I did go into the doctor.
Um, I will say it wasn't a veryproductive meeting. The meeting
, the meeting with myguides was definitely a lot
more productive. But , uh, yeah, so I feel like that's what
I've been healing and clearingout right now is, is the
thyroid and the throat centerover the last month. So I'm
really glad that you mentionedthat. And I will say that

(01:02:05):
Magdalene frequency , um, I,'cause I've been writing books
this year, I've gone backreally into my sort of
journalism. I studiedjournalism and media, and so my
calling was to channel andshare through, through books.
And so that was the call that Ihad last year. And it was quite

(01:02:25):
a difficult call to stop seeingmy clients and to stop doing
that and, and move into this ,uh, creation portal, this
creation channeling portal likeyou're saying. And I had to
relearn how to create throughthe womb center and how to
bring that up, but also how tobirth it out into the world.

(01:02:45):
And that's the hardest part, isnot like having that expression
within yourself, right? Butthen birthing it out into the
worlds is such a challenge.
learning how to relearnto do that is such a challenge
because I feel like so manypeople have so many ideas, but

(01:03:09):
you've got to, you've gotta beable to birth it onto the
earth, don't you? And so that, that's what I had to relearn
this year. A a lot of, a lot ofthat kind of work.

Speaker 2 (01:03:20):
Yeah . That's amazing that you are writing
many multiple books, not justone book,

Speaker 1 (01:03:28):
Multiple books .
Yes. I brave , I braved up,listened to my , uh, I will say
it took a while. I did get themessage probably a couple of
years ago to stop seeingclients. Um, so it took a
little while for me to moveinto that transition and to
brave up and to , uh, to learnhow to ride in a different way.

(01:03:52):
'cause I've always been in thatcreative expression, you know,
studying journalism and being awriter and, and all of that. So
I've always felt that higherconnection. But when it
actually comes to , uh, workingwith that womb space , it's a
different process. It's not thesame process as if I was say ,
uh, writing for a mediaorganization. You know, this is

(01:04:14):
really strong , uh, work , uh,that I am trying to bring out
into the world. It's work ofthe higher universe. It's, it's
not really the work of me, eventhough I have to do that
transformation in order to, to,to , uh, get the writing. Uh,
so yeah, it's been supertransformational. Um, I'm glad

(01:04:38):
I'm, I'm on the other side ofthat journey, . I'm on.
I've, I've definitely been toldthat I'm on the end of that
eight year cycle and we'll bemoving into my new cycle next
year. So I am so lookingforward to that. 'cause I've
done so much hard work,.

Speaker 2 (01:04:56):
Yeah. I really feel that from what you've shared
and celebrating you andhonoring that journey that
you've been on of birthing abook, I feel like writing a
book is a legacy work, right?
It's, it's part of creatingyour legacy. And so it , it's,
it's one of these creativemarathons that I, I feel like

(01:05:19):
it's unrivaled, you know, itreally is. I mean, recording,
recording music and recordingalbums is also a challenge. But
even, I mean, unless you areyour own music producer , uh,
even in that case, it's oftencollaborative, right? You're
working with other musicians oryou're working with a producer,

(01:05:40):
but writing a book is this verysolo journey. I, I remember
really feeling that during myPhD and writing my PhD. It was
like, no one else is gonna sitdown and write those words like

Speaker 1 (01:05:52):
.

Speaker 2 (01:05:53):
And it's incredible training in mental discipline
as well, which, you know, itwas a Capricorn, I love a bit
of mental discipline. Yeah .

Speaker 1 (01:06:01):
. I so felt that, yeah . And that's
actually that the point I, Ithink I didn't mention the
point that I was getting at,which was in one of the parts
of the book, when I speak aboutMary Magdalene, when I speak
about all of this wound work ,I was listening to your
Magdalene frequency and, andchanneling through all this

(01:06:23):
beautiful, all these beautifulwords. And so , uh, yeah, I
just, that, I think that waswhere I first came across your
work was , uh, being called tothe Magdalene frequency. And I
found it by accident.

Speaker 2 (01:06:39):
Oh, wow. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:06:41):
I didn't go looking for it up ,

Speaker 2 (01:06:43):
It just,

Speaker 1 (01:06:44):
It just literally came up. I was on that part
where I was writing , uh, thatpart of the book and it came up
and I thought, wow, you know ,I'm gonna put this on. And as
you said, it's a soloexperience, solo experiences,
, you know, aren't thateasy. Um, and so I, I try and

(01:07:04):
put music on as much as I canto help that channeling come
through.

Speaker 2 (01:07:10):
I think that's really why Jerome, my partner
and myself, we felt called tocreate those frequencies, was
to create, they're almost likemini snippets that just help
you connect with that templesacred energy and, and uh, call
in the presence of that guideinto the moment. And so they're

(01:07:33):
like, they're like reminders onthe path. So I really, really
love that you shared that andI'm so happy that it supported
you in that moment.

Speaker 1 (01:07:42):
Yes, it definitely did. Just what you, just what
you just said. And I have quitea few girlfriends who listen to
the frequencies as well. Oh .
So where can people discovermore about your work and get
into contact with you to learnmore about the Priestess of
Sacred Sound?

Speaker 2 (01:07:59):

to share about what we'recreating at Myrtle Grove . So
you can go to my website, whichis elsa field.co uk. Elsa is
like the Disney Princess, Elsa,ELSA,

Speaker 1 (01:08:16):
.

Speaker 2 (01:08:18):
Uh, I was not named after the Disney character, by
the way. I'm much older thanthat. But , um, it was quite
funny 'cause when that moviecame out. I did have bleached
blonde peroxide hair ,and of course I wear a lot of
blue, so it was like, did they, you know, did they name the
film after me? , maybe. Anyway, yeah, Elsa field.co
uk. I'm on Instagram, Elsaunderscore field . Uh , I'm on

(01:08:42):
YouTube. You can listen to allof my music on YouTube. On
Spotify , uh, wherever youlisten to music. And on my
website I also have long playmeditation soundscapes
available for download as well.

I think, yeah, I think that'sit. And yeah, look forward to

(01:09:05):
connecting with those who feelcalled to find out more about
this pathway of the divinefeminine voice.

Speaker 1 (01:09:13):
Thank you so much for coming on the podcast
today, and I really appreciate, uh, your in depth of
knowledge that you've brought ,uh, to us today as well.
