Her own 8 year struggle with infertility propelled her into the nutrition space where she vowed to learn more about her body in the hopes of conceiving naturally or at minimum— to understand why she and her husband were having difficulty getting pregnant. After 2 years of functional testing, specific diets and lifestyle changes along with holistic nutritional protocols, by God’s grace, she and her husband conceived naturally and have adopted a baby girl as well. Her son, Gideon, is 5 and daughter, August Madelyn, is 3 and they are currently in the process of adopting again. She lives with her children and husband of 14 years in San Diego, California and has the joy of working with couples virtually all over the US in preconception, pregnancy and postpartum wellness.
