Leadership means taking people where they, and even you, haven’t been. You are influencing somebody, but are you leading them? How can you combine kindness with goals? Jesus shows us that real leadership requires service, strategy, and strength. Through the life of Jesus, we can see that God’s mission includes confrontation, but it doesn’t include selfishness. No matter who you are, when you choose to put others first, you can change the world.
