entrepreneur.
He's got so much to talk aboutin his life and his past
and his present and his futurethat I just can't wait to have.

Hi, Raymond.
How are you today?
I enjoyed a lot.
Really Doing well.
And you?
Good.
I'm so happy that you'veaccepted to be on my show
because you are really lightinga fire here at Flagler
Beach, Florida.
And I just find it so intriguingand exciting.

And I know that our locallisteners really need to hear
what you've got to say.
And people who live far away,I'm sure they'll have
a take away from all of this.
So, Raymond, go ahead and startwith your past.
Where do you come from?
Go ahead.
As you can see, I don't doubtthe typical Floridian accent.

So I'm originally fromMontreal, Canada, and I used to
live in Quebec, which isa province.
It's kind of a state herein the U.S.
So Quebec is a French partof Canada.
So this is why I speak morethan English.
But since we arrivedyou two years ago now, we've

been speaking more Englishin French.
So we're learning and learning,but we're talking a different
language learning alsoa new culture, new weather.
Because while we're from,there's no beach there.
There's a lot of snow.
Yeah.
And that it's cold,but it's also really beautiful.

But yet I love it here.
It's really nice to be ableto enjoy it there.
This weather, the sun, the beachand also the nice people here.
It's like the beach.
That's beautiful.
So I see you have quitean education behind you.
Tell us about your educationand health and fitness app.
(03:05):
Different type of experiencein different fields, but why?
I studied in kinesiologyand University of Montreal,
and then also I had the chanceto pursue communication,
publicity and marketing.
At that time, I wasn't awarethat it was going to be useful
for what I'm doing today.
(03:27):
For some years also,I worked in the financial
industry.
It's really totally differentfrom what I learned at school
from my Chinese villagebackground.
And then one dayI just decided to
focus on myself, focus on what'swhat's been driving me for the
last years.
I used to be also afootball athlete at the
(03:49):
college level, so one dayI just decided to bet on me
and to to follow my passion,but also in a smart way
to be able to build a businessaround that.
So this is when I starteda personal training business
and from basically my fitnessand took ordinary
adventure began and I started tohelp.

People want the onegroup training with their
nutrition, with their fitness.
And with that I was ableto start to build a business
helping people also and tastic.
How long ago did you start that?
I started in 2014, so 2013 was abig year for me because at
(04:30):
that time I was working outof a marketing agency.
I didn't knew it, but it wasgoing to be my last job ever
and really unfortunate eventhappened to me.
But it was the best I would saywas the best.
The looking backwards forme because a chapter of my life
was but a new one that opensfor me.
(04:52):
I got fired from a job andI remember the feeling of being
helpless, of feeling like that.
I didn't have any controlover my life.
That's one of the worst feelingthat someone can have.
And also at thattime, I had huge, huge financial
problems.
I had a lot of debt.
(05:12):
So one day I just decidedinstead of going back
on the market to find a job,I was like, What could I do now?
What I have all the knowledgeI have with all my resources,
what can I how can I helpsomeone, but how can I help
myself Also?
So I just started to thinkabout what I could do.
(05:34):
I was looking to maybe yourpersonal trainer
in a regular gym, but Ididn't know that I had to
be or read and that rent was wayover there that I was
providing in my apartmentat that time.
And so I was like, I don't thinkI'm going to choose that route.
What could I do?
How could I treat peoplewithout being in the gym?
(05:56):
So just by asking the questionI answered myself.
So I started to work peoplein in their backyard,
in the parks, in their houses,and I started to build a service
around that.
And that led me to dosome trainings also also
to build a community, builda team of people helping people.
(06:18):
Yeah, you just saidsome powerful words.
How can I help others and helpmyself too?
Yeah.
And when you put that kindof drive behind what you want
to do or what you're trying tofigure out what you want to do,
isn't that amazing how it justcomes to you naturally?
(06:39):
Yeah.
And sometimes what Irealize also is that our end
users are are not that faraway from us.
It's just that sometimeswe're so caught up
in our problems, in our some,sometimes we their problems.
But also there I would say thatthey're more yet but it's all
a matter of perspectiveand when you take some time
(07:02):
to pull yourself back fromfrom your situation, from
from your life now you can seeanother perspective and you can
you can already find somesolutions to the problems
you have.
It's really about to havean open mind and realize that
sometimes life you gotwhat's on your on your back,
(07:25):
some obstacle that youhave to go through in
order to be the personyou need to be.
Did you have any mentorsthat inspired you when you were
at this point in your lifefrom being fired to trying
to figure out what's next?
Yeah, that's really interesting.
(07:45):
So I had a life coach,a life coach that really
helped me to literally changemy life, change my mindset.
It's so weird because when I metthis guy, I knew that
he was going to be my lifecoach.
When I approached him, it wasabout discussing some ideas
because at that time I wantedto write a book.
(08:07):
We started to talk and I thinkour first meeting
like lasted maybe 3 hours.
And I started to talk to himabout my situation, about what
I was going through.
And he decided to help meand the way I was talking
at that time and started to seesome of that pattern that I had
(08:30):
towards myself.
And yeah, me one simplequestion.
He was like, you told me that,you know, what just happened to
you, right?
It's maybe the greatestthing that happened to you,
but it's really a choice for youto take that as a gift or
to take that as a curse.
So are you going to repeatthe same things by looking for
(08:51):
another job over and over againand repeat the same situation
over and over again?
Or are you going to dosomething for you to build
something at your imageand to really study the people
with what you already had?
And when you asked methat question, I was
a little shocked and confused.
(09:14):
But I had been, you know,finding an answer.
And this is what happened.
I would say maybe 2to 3 weeks after, while I was
going, had a lot of financialsuccess in my life.
You told me you rather some morefinancial stress
or maybe a month a monthand a half, then being financial
(09:37):
comfortable but not happy foryour life for the rest
of your life.
And it was really hardto understand that concept
at that time.
But now, looking backwhere you was totally right.
Yeah, Sounds like you gotsome great advice there.
Yeah.
Do you still stay in contactwith that life coach
that helped you?
(09:58):
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I stayed back in Canada.
We talk here and there, but.
Yeah. Great.
Great friend.
Great, great mentor.
Yeah, well, you havea background in education
that really seemed to have ledyou in the right direction
because you've become extremelysuccessful in Canada and now
(10:20):
you've set up shop herein Florida and I see
the fast pace that you'removing out.
So you must be doing somethingright now.
I think so, yeah.
So you said helping othersto inspire and help others.
Yeah, talk about that, everyone.
I think personally that everyonehas the power to impact others.
(10:44):
But the thing is, in the societywe're living in right now,
we're so caught up with titles,with A, B in the box,
with education, with school,with the degree, with Qichen,
with paper and stuff like that,that sometimes the most
qualified person is maybenot going to be the most
(11:08):
helpful person.
And sometimes the lessqualified person
on paper will be the mostskilled to help others.
So what I like about whatI see is that let's see,
in the area of fitnessand nutrition, I can help
someone become theirbetter person physically
(11:30):
by being really got stablein their skin, by improving
their energy, their readinghabits, their lifestyle,
by reaching a weight loss goalthat what they want to reach.
But after that, I can help themto show other people how
to do the same.
And this is my opinion.
(11:50):
But I don't think that you needto go necessarily this route
to do that, to help other peoplejust to influence, then
start something better for them.
So this is what I like aboutwhat I do when it's really
outside of the box, but it worksbecause I've been with this
(12:11):
for the last seven years,and even if now I'm still I'm
here in Florida, I'm stillin contact with my team
in Canada.
We talk like every dayin different conversation.
We are on Facebook and I'mreally proud of them because a
lot of them became their ownleader, their own weight,
(12:32):
and now they're empoweringother people.
And sometimes I'm feelinguseless because they don't
need me.
But if it'll be me, it'sthat something good Apple
they became, they're old,they're all boss, They're
all neater.
Yes.
And that's what we wanted to do.
We want to help peoplebecome successful at what
they're doing so they can do iton their own.
(12:54):
And when they do call youand when you do see them,
you can talk about otherthings, right?
Because they're doing right byand Yeah, and I've seen
a picture.
You showed me a pictureof your team and my goodness,
how many peopleare on your team?
I would say I would saythey weren't even all on that
picture, but I would say easilysomething around five people.
(13:18):
Wow. Yeah.
So you've helped thatmany people, and now they're all
helping others.
Yeah, exactly.
I've helped some of them.
And after that, those other onesstarting to help other people
and other peoplethat are people.
And basically this is exactlywhat I'm recreating with my wife
(13:39):
and other friends, the C type.
But in fact, the communitythat we've been doing in Canada
and we're like now thatwe're here, we have access
to a beach, let's juststart from scratch and start
doing the same thing that we'vebeen doing for the last
seven years.
Talk a little bit about howyou get people to talk about
(14:03):
and work on it and reachtheir goals.
Maybe you have a couple ofsuccess stories that really
inspire you to keep on goingthat you can share with us.
First of all, it's always about,I think, to be able
to help someone in thebetter way.
It's to size that typeof personality you're
(14:24):
dealing with, because aswe know, not everyone is
the same.
So you can't coachor help people the same way
because it's not a one size fitsall approach.
And second of all,which is also one of the most
important point, it's tovalidate the why on that person,
because we all havedifferent type of why
(14:47):
some people that see otheris the goal goal.
You just want to feelcomfortable in their skin
that's good at their isyou want to be a role model
for your kid.
That's good.
Also some of the it'sreally related to their life
because they don't changetheir lifestyle, their doctors
(15:10):
not giving them more than10 to 15 years and they want
to be able to see their kidgrowing up, building
their family and stufflike that.
So that's another why burdenspeople.
So it's really about identifyingwhat's driving people
and after that it's to give themthe tools they need to be honest
(15:30):
with them, not to alwaystell them what they hear,
to hold them accountablein a good way.
So it's like it's a hard balancewith not being too hard
but not being too kind.
Also, the truth has to be saidyes, the truth that has to
be said and it was said,but always in a respectful
(15:50):
and good way.
So they're not going tofeel guilty or bad
about themselves becauseyou don't want to create that
just so that the personcan reflect.
So let's say I have a clientthat's like, great,
you're not going to stop me, butI'm going to use I'm going to
read this and I'mgoing to do this.
(16:11):
My approach is not goingto be bad at that person because
it's not going to help me.
It's not going to help them.
It's not my results.
It's their results,their their why.
But I'm going to tell themI have no problem with you
doing that.
But do you know what's going tobring you back closer to
your goal?
Were more further up your goal.
(16:33):
If you feel that it'sgoing to be well that to
your goal, do it.
I prefer people to startreflecting about what they need
to do so that they you there areall decision and it really
comes from there.
Yeah.
The psychologicalaspect, reaching your goals
is a huge thing and being ableto say the right things to get
(16:55):
them thinking in a way that willhelp them even when you're
not there because theyremember what what Ray
said to them.
And they can make betterdecisions on their day
to day decisions for eatingor drinking, for exercising
and getting things done.
Yeah, exactly.
So you take a niceround approach with your clients
(17:18):
that sign up for training,you do the whole plan, you do
the meal planning, you dothe exercise routines.
Do you also work with themone on one or not?
Not on the physical part.
On the nutrition part, yes.
One on one.
On the physical part.
I really prefer to dogroup training because I have
(17:41):
this feeling that I can helpmore people in an hour
than doing one on one.
Because one on one you havea maximum capacity of helping,
let's say, 15 people per day.
If you're having backto back clients, or I can help
15 people in an hour or 30or 50 or 55.
(18:04):
And with our beach workoutthat we started this year
in February, already, the goalis to 150 to 200 people
on the beach on a Saturdaymorning.
That would be awesome to be ableto help that amount of people.
At the same time in one hourand people attract people.
So I think that the more peopleyou're able to help during
(18:27):
the same time, it'sgoing to attract other people.
That kind of the same mindsetand that want to also be
in a place that whereyou can evolve and change.
Yeah.
So to my listeners, you all needto come out on Saturday morning
at the corner.
Well, it's not, you know,it's a corner.
A-1 day and North seventh Streetright there on the beach.

And Ray is out therewith Jessie's out there.
Right.
And her husband,what's his name?
Brant.
Brant and my wife Emily.
Yes.
And well, the crowd is growing.
I haven't been there yet,but I've seen the pictures
on Facebook and it looksamazing.
I do want to come outone morning and be out there
(19:11):
with all of you, just the energyof being on the beach
with so many people doingcircuit training is what
it looks like.
Correct?
Yeah.
So it is circuit training, butwe don't always the same type
of workouts one Saturdaytogether.
But the main conceptis it's adapted for everyone.
(19:32):
It's treat.
So there's no there's noexcuses.
It's adapted for everyfitness level.
And our goal, it's not tokill anyone in a boot camp.
It's really moreto empower people and to make
them realize thatthey can do it.
So it's really about, yes,challenging there, but also
(19:53):
especially if it's your firstworkout to make them go at
their own pace so that atthe end of their workout, the
they feel good about themselves,they're proud of themselves
and they're like, you know what?
I was able to finish it.
So okay, now I'mgoing to stick to coming back
every week so they can startbuilding on that.
(20:13):
And by doing that we can start.
ABC has gained a certainmomentum and when you start
moving, like let's say when youcome back from a workout,
you arrive back home.
Now you want to clean your hole,you want to do this,
you want to do that, and nowyou want to start eating better.
So this is reallyjust start a fire to change
(20:36):
your lifestyle.
So this is really whatwe're trying to accomplish.
Yes, lifestyle changes areeverything.
It's not something we want to dotemporarily when it comes to
working out, when it comes toeating better.
You want to make thoselifestyle changes a little
at a time so that you can becomea healthy, happier person
(20:56):
and live a better life.
Definitely.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And to see all the differentlevels of fitness with of
the people that are enjoyingyour workouts on Saturday
mornings is amazing.
I even saw there that you hada mom with a baby and she was
lifting her baby up and down.
I thought that was so coolthat the energy event
(21:18):
that the kids sometimes youwork out together.
So they go, they take a littlepiece of the beat there
and they do their own workout.
So that's cool for them also.
Oh, that is neat.
I like that.
Yeah.
Kids need to learn very youngabout fitness and how fun
can be.
Yeah, it's not something that wehave to do and make ourselves
(21:42):
crazy over.
It can be fun too.
Yeah, sure.
Yeah.
So also right thereon the corner of North
seventh Street and A-one ais the business that you
and your wife just opened.
Beach front Nutrition.
Yes. Yeah.
It's what a beautiful locationyou have.
You're so lucky to havecome into that.

Let's talk a little bitabout your your business there
that you've startedbasically, it's before it was
totally empty, so everythingwas all concrete.
We had to do the oldbuild out from eight is the
so the literally the placewas leased then December 2022
(22:25):
and we opened in September 2023.
So we had a lot of challengesto build out with the
contractors, with the layburn bit.
But finally we were ableto make it for September
and luckily since Februarywe started to get the beach
worked out.
So we were ableto start to build a community
(22:47):
or the opening of the of thesmoothie bar.
So that really, really helped.
So as soon as we opened,we already had an
influx of people that werecoming in to get
their smoothies, their D'sor waffles or stuff like that.
So that really helped.
Then it really created a vibe.
So now we're we're in there oursecond month and it's going
(23:12):
really well.
Every time my wife and I,we come to this shop,
we don't even feel likewe're working because we're
right in front of the ocean.
So it's it's really nice.
We get to see the sunriseevery morning so you can't
complain.
It's a beautiful location.

So people can do their workout on the beach and then

walk right across the street.
And there you guys arewith these healthy, delicious
nutritional drinks andnow you're adding some food
to your menu.
That's great.
Yeah. Yeah.
I'll healthy optionsdepending on what your
what you're looking foron that day, but definitely
worthwhile to goand check it out.

Also, I was just thereto replace the other night.
You had an informative meeting.
This is something new thatyou're starting.

So every month we're goingto host an event.
So we hosted one this usedate last Tuesday.
So we were talking aboutbasic basic things about

nutrition and because likemyths and facts about nutrition
and fitness, because peoplestill think, let's say,
for example, you need to eatonly salad to lose weight,
totally fall.
I need to do cardio if I want tolose weight.
Only cardio, totally false.
You need weights also.
So it was really interestingto give some knowledge

about those points to the peoplethat were here last Tuesday.
It was a really nice event.
We were like 5050 on the beach,not on the beach,
but in the shop.
So it was a really great buy.
People get to meet,mingle together.
We also had a little tasting ofsome our some of our recipes,

so it was really nice.
The next one is going to be,I would say, around the
same date in that in November.
So we're going to doone like that every month.
In our next one, we're goingto speak about how to read
a food label, because alot of us, we go to the grocery
and we think that this orthat is healthy, but sometimes

not totally, totally healthy.
So we're going to givesome knowledge to people about
what's the best way to readthe label.
So they're going to bewell informed about what
they buy at the grocery storeroom.

They are about when theinformative meetings
are correct.

In these struggling situationon the Facebook and also on that

Yeah, I get and thosemeetings are free
free information and then peoplecan come out and and gain
knowledge and meet otherswho are like minded about

getting healthy and meetingtheir fitness goals, whatever
they might be, whether it'sfor losing weight, sports,
health, better health becauseyour doctor told you, but you
better start working outor else.
So whatever the goals are.
The other night you alsomentioned or you all were
talking about digestion,digestion issues
(26:32):
and how important they arewhen it comes to when you're
trying to get healthy.
And we have signs, you know,with our digestion that are
trying to that your body'strying to talk to us and tell us
things that are not right and wedon't always listen.
Instead, we're tryingto get a fast fix
through Medicaid, someover-the-counter drugs to try to
(26:55):
fix problems instead oflistening to the body
and trying to make changes.
And that's also somethingthat people can come to you all
and talk to, talk aboutsometimes embarrassing
digestion issues.
But we got to talk about itand try to find answers
so that we can get ona healthy track.
I thought that conversationwas really interesting
(27:18):
on Tuesday night too.
Yeah, exactly.
Because people, let's say 80% ofthe population as a weight
loss goal, but a lot of themgo straight to weight loss,
but they don't even thinkabout digestion and the
weight loss always startwith your digestion and a lot of
people at digestion problem,but they're sometimes not
(27:40):
even aware.
So it's it's a reallyimportant issue to look at
at the get go when we starta meal plan, when you start
a weight loss process becauseeverything starts with also
our digestion.
So we help people with that,with their energy,
with their their eating habits,with their exercise habits also.

So it's really like we saidthe other night, it's really
about buying a new lifestylewhen it comes to digestion.
Also not only aboutlosing weight but also
gaining weight.
Some people are trying togain weight and they can't
gain weight because of differentdigestive issues.
Yeah, exactly.
So talk talking aboutthese things, whether it's,

you know, with your doctor orwith your coach, so important
to try to get the body on theright track.
So that you can meet your goals.
All right.
So you're also going to offerdifferent classes on the beach
besides Saturday morning.
Tell us about this.
Yes, we're starting conditioningclasses on Tuesday and Thursday

at noon.
So we thought that itcould be good to just implement
new slots for people because noteveryone is available on
the Saturday morning.
A lot of people are workingat that time.
So we thought about putting outsomething together.
We're going to havealso November the first and then
(29:11):
then Latin class on the beachat the 630.
So and it's going to be nicebecause people are
going to be able to outglowing bracelets on the beach.
It's going to createa nice vibe, even though the sun
will come down.
Yeah, it's just to try to putsome different things
(29:33):
at different moments of the weekand the day so that we can reach
as many people as possible.
Sounds like fun.
A dance class on the beach.
And it doesn't matterif you don't know how to dance.
Just come out and move, right?
All right.
Exactly.
Because you know what?
Not everyone likes towork out, but some people like
to swim, others like tojog, Others others like to walk,

Others like to dance.
And dancing is reallyis really great because you
get to move you you breaka good sweat.
Yeah.
We're trying to do somethingabout that also with dance fun.
Absolutely.
And what about the BridgewaterOaks?
Yes, the residual.
It's so we have morning Walk onthe Monday morning at 630

and also on the Wednesday 2630people usually the goal
they walk they meet upat the bridge and then after
they come right backat the shop, that's
really interesting.
So if there's other peoplethat want to join the walk,
they could just simply writeto the beach, up beach from
nutrition, either on Facebookor Instagram and they're

going out.

So sports.
You were a football coach.
I also have seen you boxingon Facebook.

Yeah.
Let's talk about sport.
Not only or you beinginvolved in, but also
how great sportsare for activity and something
fun to do.
Yeah, sports are are so great.
They help me a lot becausewhen I was in school, let's say
when I was in high school,I played basketball and then
(31:26):
late, late in my high schoolprocess, I started to
play football.
But it really gave me like outof a purpose to pursue school
because as you know, a lot ofkids, yes, we go to school, but
it can get really boring fast,and especially if you don't
exactly know what you'regoing to do after school.
(31:47):
And I was one of those kids,so I was I was good at school,
but I didn't do what Iwas going to do.
But when I when I gotinto football, I was like, okay,
how can I still play footballafter high school?
Well, you have to do this.
You have to do that.
Okay.
Well, I want to playat the college collegiate
level quickly.
So you still have to maintaingood grades and you've
(32:10):
got to be able to go to college.
Okay, go.
I'm good.
I'm going to plea to college.
So by going to college, I'mgoing to the elite
just to study.
Different things are learningdifferent things.
And it really, really helped menot only with school but also
with discipline,with how to deal with the
competition, withself-confidence.
(32:31):
It gave me also great traininghabits.
Yeah, I would say I recommendeveryone that we are
a team sport or an individualsport to do it because it's
one of my greatestthe asset that I had that should
develop when I was younger.
Mm hmm.
That doesn't have to stop.
(32:52):
You know, even as we get older,it doesn't have to be
the same kind of sport.
It can be something different.
I know right now,pickleball is up and coming.
Everybody wants to playpickleball.
You know, there's a lotof people out there having fun
with that that had quitplaying sports for so long.
You now said, Just finda passion, something that
you enjoy and get out thereand do it right.
(33:13):
Exactly.
And bring your friends with youbecause that's so important
to get your tribe,get your people, you know,
have fun together, the beachworkouts, bring your friends.
And why not?
It's getting helpingyour friends get healthier, too.
And also being accountablefor each other.
Being there for each other,right? Yes.
(33:36):
Because with your friends,you can go to the movie theater.
You can go to the barand to go to the restaurant
and it's all fine.
But why don't we go work outtogether?
Also, that could be it could becould be different.
And also, if you're doing itwith your friend,
you're not doing it all.
If all of your friends are goingto work out, you have more,
(33:58):
more chances.
Also, you are going to work out.
And after that you can gohave a run somewhere together.
So it makes reallynice activities and not
not always about eatingand drinking and this and that.
Now we're taking care ofourselves together.
So I think that it could bea good group habit.
(34:20):
And if you're doing it with yourfriends, well, you're going
to be more accountableto each other.
You're going to start having thesame passions and interests
also.
Yeah, that's a wonderful thing.
So do you find that women enjoyworking out more with other
women and men work out eitherwith other men or on their own?
(34:45):
What do you think about that?
That's a really good question.
I think that a lot of womenprefer to work out together
than alone.
Of course, there's always peoplethat refer to do their
own things alone.
But in Canada and evenhere in Florida, it's the same.
It's the same thing.
(35:06):
If you look at the work outyou got, you're always
going to see, I would say,90% women, 10% men.
And sometimes not even becauseI don't know, women like to do
things together and it's moreeasier for then men like to
(35:26):
to work out.
They like to work out aloneor with some friends.
The thing is, men don't liketo work out.
Men like to perform in general.
They like to do a sport.
So let's say that theyplay basketball, they like to do
their own thing.
And I think for a lot of them,they don't like doing
the same thing that womenare doing.

Yeah, well, this is whyletting a group work out.
You're not typically you're notgoing to see a lot of
guys, but still some of them arecoming in there.
They're doing great.
And the workouts are eitherthe workouts that we're doing
are either for boys or girls.
I think it's likethat everywhere and but

it's okay.
And also I think that women haveit's easier for them
to ask for help, whether isthey want to do their
their things, their alongtheir own way.
And sometimes it's good,but sometimes it's not good
because some of them needsome of them need help,
but they're trying so hardto do everything by themselves
(36:33):
that they end up not gettingany result.
I think it would be a reallygood idea to have an informative
meeting for men.
Yes, because I see most men,they have one kind of workout.
It's either lifting weights,strength training or strictly
(36:56):
cardio.
Yeah, strictly playing tennisor playing basketball
or just running.
And we need a roundworkout schedule.
We can't do the same thingall the time because that's
how injuries happen.
If the body isn't beingbalanced out.
(37:19):
And I don't know, mensee they seem like, you know,
they just don't want to be toldwhat to do.
They're stubborn, but they knowthey're going to listen.
The thing is, is menthey're going to listen to just
someone that has authorityin their field.
So let's say a guy is doingstrength training.
(37:42):
So you got to listen maybe toa top strain training coach or
an influencer or he's going tofollow an influencer and do
what they're doing. Butyeah, usually, usually it's
it's like that.
And some of them, they're justgoing to do their own thing
their own way.
So it's important that we'reall moving in some kind of way.

Yeah, I just it does bothers me,you know, as a trainer myself
to see people working outso hard.
It's just one thing.
And then later on down the road,there's injuries because of it,
because it's not a rounded.
They're not working theirentire body the way it needs
to be worked.
How fun would it be to havean informative meeting for men?
The wives might have to dragor the girlfriends might have to
(38:29):
drag them there.
But what they do, I really likewho is going to tell me what
to do that I drop it, tell themwhat to do.
It's more about giving themthe choice.
Yes, sometimes it's moreabout giving the choice
and B choose what theywant to do.
But now they have better,better knowledge, better options

and tips and tools.
Yeah, you had spokena little bit one time about
maybe having a men's workoutgroup there.
Yeah.
Sunday mornings.
Are you still considering that?
I'm still considering it.
It's just the spine, I would saythe right time, but also to see
if there's really a demandfor that because some days

are church day.
I think there a service around
8 (39:18):
00 in the morning and another
one out there.
So it's really to find the findthe right time.
But so far I've talkedto a few men that are coming
at the beach, stroke nutrition.
I spoke to them about that.
There were they were alllike, yeah, sure,
it would be nice.
But I haven't really feltbig demand for now

around that, so I'm justletting it at as steels for now.
But yeah, it could be nice.

they want to achieve itbecause you're why is going
to will all the thingsyou have to do in order to reach

your goal.
And the second thing I would sayis not to keep them
for themselves, butto talk about it maybe
to their wife or their husbandor a good friend so that
person can keep them accountableand ask for help.
Ask for help.
Listen to yourself, listen toyour body and are

really important to go onestep at a time.
It's better to start morethan trying to do everything at
the same time when they'rebeginning, because the
best way to ruin the momentumis really to try to
to do too much at the same timeat first.
So it's really just startone thing after the other,

implement one thingafter the other.
This is going to builda better chance to gain momentum
and develop solid habitsand build the success.

That's wonderful.
And that doesn't alwayshave to be only have to be,
