There are some conversations we can have, that we don’t even realize touch us so deeply,
until they have ended, and we get on with our day, or our life.
This is one of them for me. I loved chatting this week with Constance Armstrong. Her story,
her bravery and her essence allowed me to truly reflect on my own qualities, and how I
decide to show up, from my own experiences, which haven’t been anything like hers.
I feel like maybe that’s the point. We are not meant to compare our stories to anyone
else’s. We are meant to listen to others, and what they have to share, and allow this sharing
to hit our hearts, so we can see just how connected we are.
No matter what you are going through, or have gone through, or will go through. I hope
Constance sharing her heart touches yours.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
