Cynthia is a passionate advocate for personal growth and empowerment, having overcome a challenging upbringing marked by low self-esteem and ineffective communication. Through years of self-reflection and transformation, she learned to confront limiting beliefs and embrace change. Inspired by thought leaders like Joe Dispenza, Wayne Dyer, and Eckhart Tolle, Cynthia believes in the power of releasing what no longer serves us to reclaim our authentic selves and break generational cycles. Her mother’s resilience, overcoming significant challenges to become a psychoanalyst, further influenced Cynthia’s journey, teaching her the power of courage with the mantra: “Feel the fear and do it anyway.”
As a certified Empathic Life Coach and former owner of Studio 44 Hair Design, Cynthia uses her deep empathy and insight to help others empower themselves. She is also dedicated to children's empowerment, believing in supporting kids to express their true selves. After relocating to California, she expanded her coaching services while continuing her passion for art and music. Cynthia also runs an online business, synergy44.com, offering organic hair care products, reflecting her holistic approach to transformation. She enjoys expressing creativity through dichroic glass, ceramics, music, and spending time in nature with her husband of 21 years.
