This episode has been a long time coming. Zoe Ewart and I first met 2 years ago, when I made a
personal decision to take inventory on my life and pay more attention to what wasn’t serving my
highest Soul’s purpose.
I went down a path of learning new understanding of what the role of alcohol plays in our lives,
and our vitality. For me, although this wasn’t a big problem, I felt that alcohol had a
manipulative edge of making us think that it has our back. That it is a go to for relaxation and
social fun, yet any time I would ‘enjoy’some, it only led to anxiety, lack of sleep and a feeling of
lack of vibrancy, and procrastination in my purpose.
I started to notice the conversation and the data around this substance was shedding light on the
truth of its impact on the body, and more importantly, the brain.
I found Zoe through the book ‘THIS NAKED MIND’ by Annie Grace, and I chose to take it a
step further and join an amazing 90 day deep dive into the truth around alcohol, our relationship
to it, and the truth about our body, our mind and our spirit in its presence. What a conscious
community of aligned Souls, passionate about the same understanding.
Be prepared to gain new perspectives, and new compassion around the drink vs the person, as we
talk science, sanity and the safety (or lack thereof) of alcohol in our lives.
I hope and pray that this conversation reaches far and wide.
Share this with anyone that may be struggling not only with the substance of alcohol, but the
confusion of their relationship with it.
This conversation is a MUST listen. This part 1 is only a tip of the iceberg. Zoe will be back on
the show, we have so much more to cover.

___________
About Zoe:
Zoë is a trauma-informed Senior Life Coach and Breathwork Facilitator, certified in Affective
Liminal Psychology (ALP). Born in London in 1969 and raised in France, Zoë is also the proud
parent of four grown children and has nearly gathered enough animals to fill an ark—though she
admits she’s still working on it!
Her journey has been anything but easy. After 35 years of struggling with alcohol addiction, she
found herself trapped in a cycle of substance abuse, turning to Class A drugs and online
prescription meds just to cope. In the process, she lost her savings, her company, and her
relationships—but most importantly, she lost herself.

Between 2015 and 2019, Zoë broke free from alcohol, drugs, nicotine, and everything that had
held her back. It was a difficult and transformative process, but it changed her life. Step by step,
she began to rebuild herself from the ground up, ultimately embracing the truth that her scars
were not just signs of pain, but proof of healing.
Now, she is dedicated to helping others rebuild their lives as well. With a deep commitment to
supporting people in discovering their truth and stepping into their purpose, she helps them build
a life they love and never want to escape—from a place of self-love and authenticity.
