Sitting with Karen Goslin, on this week’s episode felt like a vortex of goodness that brought
on grace, safety and self-awareness in my own life.
Inspired by her own life journey and decades of experience as a psychotherapist, Karen talks
about her new book Yellow Paint - Learning to Live Again—a book that offers a practical and
deeply personal guide to breaking free from self-sabotage by embracing growth through life’s
painful experiences. Rooted in her Accountable Therapy method, Karen and I chat about her
specific tools and strategies toward overcoming repetitive struggles, rewriting personal
narratives, and stepping into a life of clarity, confidence, and self-love.
With over 30 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s most difficult
challenges, Karen shares how she never imagined her book would be part of the Hollywood
elite’s Oscars weekend experience.
I feel so blessed to be able to take the time, to read her book and wipe away so many tears as I
felt the energy of her story, and my own. She has endorsements from top clinicians, mental
health professionals, and personal development leaders.
Her amazing book has gained recognition as a must-read for those seeking lasting
transformation. The book’s inclusion in the Oscars gift bags marked a significant milestone for
indie publishing, proving that self-published works can stand alongside major bestsellers.
Thank you, Karen, for sitting with me, and allowing me to open my own heart to heal.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
