the Luke Mind Power podcast. Who dares wins?
I was talking about life. And if you don't take the
chance, you'll lose the greatness that you have within
yourself, you know, So wherever you're tuning in right now,
welcome to the Luke Pine Power podcast.
You know, I just was talking about the Formula One.
I'm watching the Hungarian Formula One.
(02:09):
And I was like, OK, I have a choice, you know, because I grew
up playing, you know, Formula One 9798, Formula 199, Formula
One 2000. And with all of the racing car
drivers, you know, Damon Hill and Mika Hakkinen, David
Coulthard, Michael Schumacher, Eddie Irvine, the least can go
on, Gerhard Berger. You know, I used to watch the
(02:29):
Formula One and race those cars on PlayStation when I was a
teenager, right? And so, you know, recently I've
been allowing myself to, you know, enjoy the Formula One and
enjoy, you know, the the race and the championship.
And amazingly enough, I'm actually working with a racing
car driver in Australia who's inthe V8 Supercars, which is
(02:51):
pretty amazing. And I never imagined myself to
be a coach or a mentor, Not a mentor coach for a racing car
driver, which is extraordinary. It's a dream come true for me
because I've always loved cars and I was just watching the
Formula One and I thought to myself, and this is the
challenge as an entrepreneur, assomeone who is, you know, really
investing in building their own businesses and company and, and,
(03:14):
and like success and all that kind of stuff.
I'm not working for someone else.
You know, I'm working some it's a passion project for me.
I'm doing something that I enjoy.
I'm leaning into that investing a lot of time into it and I'm
building something. It's a journey, you know, it's A
and I'm not trying to get somewhere.
I'm just enjoying life, you know, so it's a blessing.
But at the same time, I just want to kind of take you into my
(03:35):
world to help you understand themental challenges that I kind of
deal with right now with who I am, my responsibilities or my
clients that I work with, my coaching institute, my coaching
programmes, you know, on my social media platforms, the
podcast, you know, I'm sitting down having some lunch and I'm
watching the start of the F1 in Hungary.
(03:55):
And I was actually going to go. I was thinking of going, I was
looking for tickets and stuff because like I'm an hour away
and and then I was like, I've got so many things to do.
It's probably just not going to work, right?
But most importantly, I'm watching it on TV and I'm
sitting there and it's about 3-4laps in and I'm like, OK.
(04:15):
And then my mind's like, OK, areyou going to watch this race
until the end, like it goes for a couple of hours, like 70 laps?
Or are you going to like let it run, go and do some work and
then come back and watch the endlike last five laps?
That's how my mind's thinking. It's like, because I know that
I've got a podcast to record. I know that I've got content to
(04:38):
create. I know that all the projects to
work on, I know that I've got clients to get back to, you
know, I know that I've got all these things that I need to do.
And I know today is actually Sunday and normally on Sundays,
all right, Please, God forgive me.
I do slow down 100%, you know, and a lot of my clients that I
work with realise that and they feel it because I don't reply to
them on a Sunday, you know, but these are the challenges, you
(05:01):
know what I mean? And, and I'm genuinely conscious
of my balance of trying to take some time off.
And I hope that by what I'm sharing with you, you can find
more balance in your routine, your lifestyle, you know, to be
able to slow down, switch off, reset, reboot, restart.
So that when you come to the start of the week, which for me
there isn't really a week, thereis part of the programming of
(05:23):
who I used to be that worked the9:00 to 5:00 or Monday to Friday
or Monday to Saturday even, because I was doing overtime on
Saturdays to make more money, you know, and then you get
programmed for this, like, I can't wait till Friday, can't
wait for the weekend, you know, and it's like, can't wait for
the weekend for what? Well, I can't wait for the
weekend because I'm not going tobe working anymore and I can
fucking do whatever I want. It's like when you start running
(05:44):
your own show like I am, you know, there's no weekend.
You know, it's not like, Oh my gosh, I can't wait for Saturday.
It's like Saturday just comes around.
You don't even realise it's fucking Saturday because you're
investing your time into building something and, and, and
you're passionate about what you're doing.
You know, So for me, it's like just being conscious of like,
OK, I know that it's Sunday and I know that give me Sunday to
(06:05):
like slow down and just have a, a day where I don't do as much
work, you know, So I'm definitely conscious of that.
I'm definitely, you know, implementing that into my life
to like have a balance and slow down.
Because, you know, recently we've been doing a lot more
travelling and, you know, just came back from Italy as well,
which was absolutely incredible.I would have mentioned that
(06:26):
maybe early on my podcast, but Inever knew how amazing Italy
was. I've seen pictures and all that
kind of stuff. And a lot of my friends used to
travel to Europe when I was in Australia growing up as a
teenager. But you know, I was into going
to the pub and playing pokies and losing my money on the poker
machines and smoking weed with my friends that I was
surrounding myself with. But I had another group of
(06:47):
friends that also, you know, were doing these Euro trips and
travelling and stuff and they were going to the Grand Prix in
Melbourne and, and overseas. And, you know, and for me, I
couldn't even fathom that kind of expenses because, you know, I
was in debt the whole time. You know, all my money was going
towards cars that were just getting me into more and more
debt. And, and I used to gamble all
(07:07):
the time, you know, so I didn't travel right.
And so I've definitely been a little bit, I guess, limited in
what I was doing when I was younger because I was just, I
was a gambler, gambler and just using drugs and shit, you know,
So now because of my success that I've built over the last
(07:28):
eight years, now I have this flexibility and amazing
lifestyle to be able to go, Hey,you know, work hard for, you
know, 2 weeks, 3 weeks. And, and I said this to my wife,
I said, Hey, man, I said, you know, our lifestyle.
I said, I don't want to be fucking slave in my ass all the
time. And just working, working,
working. I get it.
There's a phase of life of journey that you have to invest
(07:50):
energy into. And you got to hustle and hustle
and hustle to get yourself into better situations so that you
can, you know, spend more time and I believe spend more time
doing what you really enjoy. You know, and for a lot of
people, that's travelling. And I got to say, being in Italy
for three nights, just three nights was like when I arrived
and I saw the countryside and the, the hotel, the resort we're
(08:12):
staying at and Lake Garda and just driving around the
mountains. And I was like, wow, what am I
missing out on? You know, And it's not about,
you know, the fear of missing out.
It's not about that. It's about living, you know, and
no matter where you are, like I'm thinking about it, I already
said to my wife, I said, man, I said, this is our schedule.
(08:33):
I said, I'm fucking hustling. You know, I'm going all in for a
couple weeks, you know, 14 days,18 days.
But after that, boom, we're out of here.
You know, like I want three nights in Italy, I want three
nights in France, I want three nights in Greece.
I want to fucking get out and actually live, you know, enjoy
(08:54):
life. And no matter where you are, you
can do the same thing. And it's interesting because
when I think about like majorityof how I was living the other
life, you know, there was like once a year or once every two
years we'll go on a holiday. Or when it's a special occasion
or something like that, I'm like, fuck, man.
I'm like definitely able to be going on a holiday more often.
(09:19):
Why not, you know, and give yourself permission to actually
find more balance. And that's why I told you this
before with, you know, your subconscious mind and changing
your environment and, and allowing your brain to expand
because you go into unfamiliar environments, which is actually
healthy for your brain because it teaches your brain that
getting out of your comfort zoneand out of the familiar, out of
the same norm of shit that you're being programmed to do
(09:41):
over and over and over and over again, that restricts you in the
long run because you just get stuck in a rut of who you've
always been. So you're less likely to be open
to new opportunities and new possibilities and new dreams or
new things that you could achieve in your life.
You know, so are you robbing yourself of greatness that you
have within yourself of potential that maybe you're not
tapping into because you're not getting out of your comfort zone
(10:02):
enough and you're not training your brain that you're not
training your brain that it's OKto be in unfamiliar
environments? You know?
And so I see this and I'm just like, oh, man, like when I came
back from Italy, I'm like, I'm going to Mykonos in fucking two
weeks. Super excited for that.
And then I'm going to Spain, youknow, and then I'm flying back
to the UAE, back to Dubai, you know, and like, man, like, you
(10:26):
know, life, LG, this is not an advertisement.
Life is good. Life's good, you know, but you
make it good, you know? You make it good by how you show
up, how you show up for yourself, how you change, you
know, when things aren't going your way, how you look for
answers. You know, this life that I live
now is like I am kind of like I do.
(10:47):
I'm reminding myself of how I'm living and how I used to live.
And I'm not saying I'm blessed, you know, or I'm lucky because I
did the work, you know, I showedup for myself.
I believed in myself even when Idoubted myself, even when I
didn't know how it was going to work out.
I kept believing, kept believing, kept believing.
And let me tell you, ladies and gentlemen, whether you believe
(11:10):
in this or not, I'm going to tell you a secret right now.
If you're listening, turn the fucking volume up, OK?
And get a piece of paper and a pen.
Maybe you need to write this down.
Synchronicities are messages from God, whether you believe it
or not. Just open your mind.
They're everywhere and whether you choose to believe it or not,
(11:31):
now you're going to start seeingmore and more and more
synchronicities in your life. But remember this.
What do I mean by synchronicities?
If you see a frog out of the blue, you see a frog.
Like seriously, what the Hell's the frog doing?
Where'd the frog come from? You know, my story was the frog
was in the cupboard at my parents house.
(11:54):
Gilrod. There's a podcast episode about
it. Search it up.
If you continuously see consecutive numbers, triple
fours, 11 elevens, 12 twelves, triple threes, triple twos,
like, you know, you can easily take them lightly.
Like if you have moments in yourlife that just don't make sense
(12:14):
and things just fall into place or maybe things don't happen
that could have happened. You know, I remember in Chicago,
I was driving down the highway in downtown Chicago and I'm
looking at my Google Maps and man, the highway is in the US,
of course. And obviously in even in Dubai,
like, fuck me, turn left and there's another turn right, a
(12:38):
turn right, there's another turnright.
Fucking right after it. If you're not watching the map
Google Maps and you miss it, allof a sudden fucking takes you 20
minutes to get back to the road that you're trying to get on.
Ridiculous, crazy shit. You know, if you don't know your
way around. And I remember being in Chicago,
this exactly happened. I'm following Google Maps and
it's telling me to turn off the next exit and I missed the exit.
(13:00):
Anyone ever done that? You ever missed an exit and
Google Maps and you're just like, oh shit, man.
And then it's rerouting it and then it says fucking 8 minutes
longer because it's taking you down another Rd.
How annoying is that? A especially if you're in a
hurry, man. All that's testing your
patience, you know? But again, mindset, ladies and
gentlemen, when those things happen and then you get
(13:21):
frustrated, that's just God saying, hey, I'm going to make
you avoid this, this road because maybe there's something
there, you know, there, maybe there's an accident, maybe
there's something that could have happened.
It's a mindset, ladies and gentlemen.
You can say, oh, that's stupid. Why would you think like that?
Yeah, whatever, man, you know? But again, it's a mindset.
And the mindset creates peace inyour life, you know?
(13:43):
And I know that when there's a car in front of me that I can't
overtake and he's driving like asnail, I know that's a gift from
God, you know? And, and it's just like, Hey,
I'm going to try and test your patience and see how patience.
Obviously, if there's a possibility of overtaking
illegally, you can do it, whatever, then, you know, do it.
But sometimes, like I remember being on a road in Australia and
(14:05):
being behind this car and I was like, hurry up.
I'm like, why are you going so slow?
Like, shit, man, go. But then eventually I shifted my
mindset to like, Nana Luke, thisis testing your patience.
Chill, if they're going fast enough, just slow down.
You don't have to overtake, you don't have to shift.
So just a mindset shift of, OK, I'm, I'm getting taught some
(14:26):
patience here. Maybe I'm impatient, you know,
because success does require some patience.
You know, you're not going to get to where you want to be
straight away. You're not always going to get
what you want straight away. There's always a test, there's
always a journey. There's always some mountain you
need to climb first before you get to the peak and you can lift
your hands in the air and go, yeah, yeah, I did it, you know.
So patience is something that you got to tolerate, you know,
(14:48):
and I'll tell you, I'm good at that.
I'm fucking good at patients, eh, like ask my wife.
But there's going back what I was talking about, you know,
getting off the wrong exit. Google reroutes and I'm annoyed
and I'm just like far out, man stupid.
Anyway, So what happens? I stop at the next traffic
(15:09):
lights and the car at the lightsin front of me.
The number plate is it says blessed.
I know I said I'm not blessed. I made my choices.
It got me to where I'm at today.I decided to take action, you
know, but it's a blessing to be alive, you know, thank you God
for my life. Thank you for this gift that I
have to be able to bless others and to speak and motivate and,
(15:34):
and coach and lead and be an inspiration.
Thank you God for the I'm blessed, right?
OK, I, I can see it. I appreciate it, but I'm just
saying like don't expect yourself to be blessed if you
haven't blessed yourself, you know, by taking some sort of
action so that you can get out of the situation or something
that has got you to where you are right now.
That's not serving you. For example, you know, you got
(15:55):
to bless yourself, you know, andblessing yourself is showing up
for yourself. It's loving yourself, it's
appreciating yourself, it's respecting yourself.
You know, it's funny, when we were in Italy, it was the I've
never, and only in Italy, you know, only in Italy.
Like, you know, I'm driving through Milan and there's a guy
talking to a girl, right? And he's doing these ones.
(16:17):
It's just like he's just standing there doing these ones,
you know? And I was just like, oh, there
you go. There's the talking with the
hands, You know, he was just doing these ones while he's
talking, while he's talking, youknow, I was like, yeah, they
really do talk with their hands, you know, it's so funny.
But anyway, so I see this car and I'm talking about
synchronicities. What helped me to get here?
(16:39):
It's your mindset, but my mindset of belief in little
moments that you go through every single day.
And one of those moments was stopping at the traffic lights,
going off the wrong exit for notknowing why I had to go that
way. But I made a mistake.
I thought I did. So are we divinely guided maybe,
do you think? The other day we were in Warsaw,
(17:01):
in the Old Town. I was going to get parked in
this parking spot. I turned around.
As I turned around, someone quitwhen on the other side of they
took the car spot. And then guess what?
My wife got angry at me. She's like, hurry up.
Like you could have got that spot.
They took our spot, right? So I turned around, we went get
driving. Guess what?
We've got a spot 100 metres downfurther closer to the restaurant
(17:21):
we were going to. And then what?
We would have been parked up there, we'd have to walk all
that way. But instead I missed the parking
spot. Someone else took it, we drove
down further, there was a parking spot.
Do you know what I mean? So like, you could complain
about shit and all of a sudden you don't realise that that's
happening for a reason and there's something else further
ahead that's better for you. Crazy a mindset, ladies and
(17:44):
gentlemen. But I'm just not like aggressive
in that way. I'm just like, no, hey, that's
my fucking car spot. Like go off, take the car spot.
I couldn't give a fuck, you knowwhat I mean?
Like I am a bit of a like you could say, like I'm an older
person driving the car. Like I'm just relaxed.
Like my wife is constantly going, hurry up, go faster.
I'm like, all right, sometimes Ido put my foot down, you know,
(18:06):
but I'm just chilled because I'mnot in a hurry.
I'm I don't want, I'm like, Nah,like fucking calm down, man,
Relax. Like shit, man, you know, like I
don't want, I'm not in a hurry. I don't know why you fucking put
your foot all the way on the floor.
Like for what? Burn more fucking petrol gas?
(18:27):
Anyway, get the point right. So, and I think it just comes
from me doing my driving. Like I used to be a chauffeur
driver and I just like I was, myjob was to tap to take the
pilots home safely. I wasn't whipping around the
fucking roads trying to hurry upand quickly get there, you know
what I mean? Like I was just like, my job was
to bring them home safely, you know?
So maybe that's where I get it from.
(18:50):
But most importantly, carry a lot of peace in myself, of who I
am. And if someone wants to overtake
me, I'll let them. I'll fucking slow down so they
can overtake me. You know, I'll move over for
them, you know? Yeah, it's good.
It's just, it's good to be peaceful, man.
But anyway, so let me take you back to the blessed car right in
Chicago. Stop at the lights, the number
(19:12):
plate. It reads blessed.
What do I think of it? I'm just like, Oh yeah, that's
interesting. Anyway, so I'm following the map
and it tells me to do AU turn. I have to do a full U turn, go
back onto the highway, go drive, keep going up.
Anyway, I'm following the road. It tells me to take this exit,
get off another ramp, get on that.
Then I'm driving. And then as I'm turning the
corner, as I'm driving, I'm holding the keys to I don't know
(19:37):
why I was holding them or they fell.
They were on the, yeah, as I turned the corner, they were in
the centre console and somehow they fell off and they fell
under where my feet and the pedals were.
So a bit of a distraction, right, Because they fell all the
way there. And so the natural thing for me
(19:58):
to do was I was like, well, you're driving, so fix it later.
But they were under the pedals and I was like, well, try and
get them. So I started to reach down to
get them and as I as I was reaching down to get the keys.
I basically came up to a trafficlight that was red, and I drove
(20:18):
through the traffic light. I was doing about 20 miles an
hour, probably like I wasn't going that fast, but I just
wasn't looking because my attention was looking, trying to
grab the keys, you know? And then as I came up to look, I
saw the red light. And then as I drove through the
cars drove through the intersection after me, like just
(20:42):
as I threw went through the car, drove past behind me.
And then when I got to where I needed to be because basically I
was going to open mic in Common Ground.
It's a pub in Chicago. It's called Uncommon Ground.
It's a place where people go anddo open mics.
And this is when I was getting out of my comfort zone.
This is 2019, you know, in Chicago.
(21:03):
And that's what I mean, like I was taking action, you know,
getting out of my comfort zone, going in front of people,
speaking and trying to push myself so that I could grow and
become more confident within myself.
So any opportunities that I could find for me to get in
front of people, I was doing it,even if it was for 5 minutes.
And so I was going to this pub and then as I got to the pub and
(21:27):
I found a car spot, as I got to that car spot, there was a, a
bus that was coming the oppositedirection.
And the numbers on the bus was 222.
And after what I had experiencedon the way there, I got to the
and then just they kept going, like I got to the pub and this
was the first time I was going there because I didn't really
know where it was. And as I got into the pub and I
(21:51):
went to sign in, they only had one spot left.
So I was the last person to signin because there was no more
spots available. And then I pretty much waited 2
1/2 hours to get my chance to stand up in front of 20 or 30
people and introduce myself as apositive therapist.
That's what I used to call myself.
I said, hey, I'm a positive therapist from Australia.
(22:12):
I'm a, you know, because I was like, what am I motivational
speaker, all this kind of stuff, you know, So I was like, I'm
from Australia. This is what I do and I'll just
try my best, you know, So the point of what I'm sharing with
you and why I'm sharing synchronicities and how have I
been able to achieve what I've achieved and how have I gotten
to where I've gotten is from allowing myself opening my mind
(22:36):
to the possibility. You know, even if you're like,
oh, that doesn't mean nothing. Who cares like 1111 or you know,
222. He cares like, oh, you saw a
frog. Big fucking deal.
You know, of course it doesn't have to be a big deal.
It can be fuck all, can be nothing, can mean nothing.
(22:57):
But this is my secret ladies andgentlemen, and maybe this is
something that you could attach yourself to and could support
your journey in making better decisions and and also having
this mindset of belief. Because no matter what, every
single time I see a synchronicity or something
happens, I always remind myself, believe in yourself.
(23:22):
Keep going no matter how hard itis, believe in yourself.
You got this. There's another sign from God,
there's another synchronicity, there's another sign that you're
going in the right direction, you know, so some of these
experiences that I have gone through are so unexplainable.
You know, that's what I'm saying.
(23:43):
There are moments of synchronicities or moments like
they're going through the red traffic light.
Maybe I'll wouldn't be here today because I got T boned, you
know, simple stuff. You know, maybe the car that's
going so slow that you're getting annoyed at is actually
slowing you down because maybe there's something up ahead that
could have killed you and it's not your time to go.
(24:05):
So are we being LED? It's a good question, right?
Are we being spiritually LED? You know, is our soul somehow in
this universe, in this cosmic realm, in this energetic plane
that we are living in, are we actually being guided?
Is there something there that isin control of how we are
(24:29):
navigating this amazing game of life that we want to move
faster? But something is there going?
No, no, no, no. Something's there going.
Make sure that car gets in frontof Luke so he slows down because
he's going this way and we've got to protect him.
I don't know. Is there a control panel
somewhere? You know, like, does God have an
(24:50):
office? He's up there sitting with his
video game controllers and he's like, you know, and he's got a
specific one for you, you know, And he's like, Nah, you're not
doing that, you know, I don't know.
And of course you can laugh and you can joke and you can pretend
like it's all a scam or it's allbullshit or whatever, you know?
(25:11):
Are you the one that's in control?
You know, and I definitely feel like consciously without your
mind, you are able to make sounddecisions.
There's not somebody else that is kind of like, don't do that,
don't do this. But when we come back to the
spiritual side of understanding this possibility, because you
(25:34):
don't even have to believe this, that you are a spiritual being
living a human experience. So if you're a spiritual being,
you know, if we are spirit, God given energy, and we are a soul,
is the soul in control? Are there decisions that you may
(25:58):
make that your soul may be in control of and may make you feel
a specific way so you don't makethat decision?
Are there decisions that you're supposed to make?
And then it's a good feeling within yourself and you're like,
I know I need to do this, but mymind's telling me not to do it,
but I know I need to do this, you know?
And this is where, yeah, it really does get a little bit
(26:20):
complicated. But I can tell you one thing
that upon my journey of self discovery and evolution and
making better choices for myselfand letting go of the things
that I knew were not good for me, The letting go of like the
shedding of a snake. Whether it was religion,
culture, friends, family, you know, going on my own in
(26:41):
embracing a bit of solitude, trying to figure out who I am.
Going to China and living in theShaolin Temple, You know, moving
away from my family and going and living in Chicago.
Like all these experiences for me have led me down this path of
self discovery, self actualization, you know,
activating the greatness that you have within yourself, not
(27:03):
because you're influenced by your family or by culture or by
religion or by whatever it is that you've experienced growing
up by, by you switching on the switch and saying I'm going to
activate my greatness wherever you're watching right now.
Maybe this is a sign for you. And I want you to write in the
comments right now. Today's the day that I activate
(27:23):
my greatness, right in the comments.
Today is the day that I activatemy greatness and share this.
If you claim to share this video, if you claim this
message, today is the day that Iactivate my greatness.
I have so much power within me. I know I do.
I know I'm meant for more, and maybe I haven't achieved the
more yet, but it starts today, you know?
(27:47):
And so upon leaving everything behind, I had to leave
everything behind to discover mytrue authenticity, my true
power, my true self. And upon meeting my true self,
right, that's where I found the truth, right yourself back into
(28:09):
alignment. That's where I found God.
That's where it all started to make sense, you know, because
without myself, I was lost. I wasn't connected.
I couldn't feel myself. I was lost in the brain.
I was lost in the mind. I was lost in the past.
I would have lost in other people's lives.
(28:32):
But as soon as I did the work and I spent more time with
myself and I learnt to heal and love myself, I came back to me.
I came home and when I came home, I came back to the Spirit.
So if there is this concept of the Holy Spirit works through
you, well ladies and gentlemen, thank you God, because you're
(28:55):
working through me. I'm an instrument.
I'm a vessel of love. I'm a vessel of possibility.
I'm a vessel of light. I'm a vessel of positivity.
Because before I could find thatconnection and understand the
spiritual connection, I had to find me again, you know, because
that's the connection. It's not forcing myself to go,
(29:18):
Oh my gosh, I have to believe inthat person up there in the sky.
It's like, man, God is working through you and you don't even
know it, you know? And this is the power when I say
to everyone who joins any of my coaching programmes, I'm like,
welcome home because it's you saying, wow, I'm, I'm actually
(29:42):
doing something for me. I'm coming back to myself.
You know, so many of us are justdisconnected from ourselves.
And whether you believe in God or not, it doesn't matter.
The journey of coming home, loving yourself, reconnecting
yourself and not allowing the world to control you.
(30:04):
It's probably one of the greatest gifts that you can give
yourself. And one of the amazing, most
amazing journeys that you can take yourself on is to say, you
know what, I've lost myself. You know what?
I know that there's more, but I just don't know who I am
anymore. And I know that there's more.
(30:25):
And I'm on a journey to figure that out.
And you know where to go. You just got to trust yourself
more because the one thing that's very possible is that we
keep going in the wrong direction and then we get so far
that we look back towards the end and we realise that we never
showed up. We never fulfilled what we were
(30:48):
destined to become. And that's just one thing.
I just can't sit with. I can't sit with like regret.
I can't sit with like, oh, what if I did this?
Or what if I did that or whatever, You know, it's like,
what are we here for? What are we here for?
Why are we here? What's the purpose?
What's the point? Is it to enjoy or is it to
(31:09):
waste? Is it to believe or is it to
doubt? Is it to feel good or is it to
feel bad or is it to be lost? You know we have this duality
constantly of lost and found, black and white, happy and sad,
up and down, you know, and life is like that.
(31:32):
It's not always amazing, but when it is amazing, savour those
moments and enjoy them and be grateful, you know?
And like my grandmother passing away, like I think a lot like a
nearly a month ago now and I didn't get to go to the funeral
because I'm here in Europe and she's in Australia and I'm
travelling at the moment. And it wasn't easy to not be
(31:55):
there with my family, but it almost just made me see like she
lived, she lived till 86 years old, you know, and she showed up
and she did her best. And I'm is coming for all of us.
But in the meantime, how are we going to show up for ourselves,
(32:19):
for our families? How can we use this time to make
a difference, to be of service, to feel fulfilled?
Because really what we're tapping into is the joy, the
happiness, the fun. You know, I was, I overheard my
wife doing a hypnotherapy session with one of her clients,
(32:44):
and she said, you know, let's bring back fun.
You know, let's start having funin life.
I'm doing this, she said, I'm doing this.
Whatever you're doing, I'm doingthis because it's fun.
I'm not doing this because I'm forced to do it.
I'm doing this because it's fun.Like let's bring the happiness
(33:04):
back. Let's bring things that bring us
joy, you know, let's bring in things that, you know, and
again, you can say, yeah, but I've got all these bills to pay
again. Well, there's goals to achieve
too, you know, and one of the biggest stresses for many of us
is financial stress. You know, I was in financial
hardship and, and in debt for 11years.
(33:26):
So I know exactly what it feels like to not be able to do what
you want and to feel that freedom of not having a bank
fucking taking money from your account every week or every
month because you owe them money, you know, because you got
yourself into debt, into arrears.
You know, it's, it's, it's different.
Like if you have a lease on a car, you got a business, you got
(33:49):
expenses or you got certain luxuries in your business that
your company pays for. That's different.
Like fucking it's got nothing todo with debt.
Like have a good debt, somethingthat appreciates maybe, or
something that does add value toyour lifestyle, you know, But
you know, this is stuff that we have to think about in terms of
(34:09):
how do we feel today? How do you feel today?
Do you feel good? Do you feel great?
Do you feel unhappy? Do you feel frustrated?
Do you feel annoyed? Because if you feel like shit,
imagine what it feels like to feel great.
If it feels like your back's against the wall, if you feel
depressed or you're having panicattacks, if you're feeling
frustrated, if you can't sleep at night, if you've got PTSD
(34:33):
constantly, like feel how that feels.
Think about that. That's fucking it's, it's
probably really hard. It's probably really
frustrating, you know? So imagine what it feels like to
feel peace. Imagine what it feels like to
feel happy. Imagine what it feels like to do
whatever you want when you want.Imagine what it feels like to
feel joy. To imagine what it feels like to
laugh and not give a fuck about anything, you know?
(34:57):
And again, that's why, again, what we want sometimes is in
escaping the reality that we're living in.
And that's why scrolling on social media is such an
addictive thing because it kind of takes us away from our
problems. Drinking as well, Cocaine,
whatever your Forte is, whateverthat binge, whatever that drug
of your choice is, it is about getting away from reality.
(35:18):
And I'm trying to maybe do my best helping you to come back to
creating a life that you don't need to escape from.
How about that? How about imagine you didn't
have to run away anymore. Imagine you didn't have to get
lost in something anymore. Imagine you could just leave,
make choices and and feel free. That would be a blessing.
(35:42):
And that's what I'm here to helpyou achieve.
And I don't have a doubt that I won't be able to do that.
You know, I'm doing it for myself and I'm taking you with
me whether you like it or not. You didn't have a choice.
All right, But guys, thank you so much for joining me on this
podcast episode. As I was kind of wrapping this
(36:05):
up, I was like synchronicities. I was like, wow, that was pretty
deep, Luke. I was like, normally you're
pretty energetic and aggressive sometimes and you know, you, you
yell a lot and this and that. But this episode felt a bit more
maybe divinely spiritually guided somehow to get a really
(36:26):
powerful message out. You know, because we need these
reminders and the synchronicities in my life as
I'll take you back because it's majority of what I was talking
about is something that just hascontinued to support my journey
moving forward. And whether you can explain it
or not, it doesn't matter. Like, you know, you can easily
go onto Google or ChatGPT and go, what does it mean if you see
(36:48):
222? Or what does it mean when you
see a frog? All it's going to do is take you
to a website of someone who's created a website that from
their own experiences have decided that they're going to
explain what 222 means from their point of view or from
their research. But there's no like the, the,
the, the Encyclopaedia of Heavenor God that this is exactly what
(37:11):
222 means. No, you know, of course you can
research and you can have other people's opinions of what these
synchronicities mean and stuff like that.
But entirely, geez, like follow the signs, man.
They're everywhere. And there's some angels that are
looking after you, that God is looking after you, the universe
is looking after you, whatever you believe in, whenever you see
(37:31):
these synchronicities, you can choose to push them to the side
or you can actually tap into that energy and go, I needed
that reminder and I ain't givingup.
So wherever you are around the world, don't give up.
Keep believing, keep showing up.I believe in you and I'll catch
you on the next episode. And before you go, please do me
(37:52):
a favour and make sure you subscribe to my YouTube channel
