Lumost'un 52. bölümünde DNVB modelini masaya yatırıyoruz. Lumost üçüncü sezonun ilk dosyası DNVB'ler. 10 bölümden oluşacak bu seride, DNVB modelini kullanan Casper, Glossier, Warby Parker, All Birds gibi şirketleri analiz edeceğiz. Bu modelin asıl kazananlarına bakacağız. Serinin ilk bölümünün gelecek bölümlerde yapacağımız analizler için temel oluşturmasını planlıyorum.
Bölümün ilk kısmında DTC ve DNVB kavramlarını anlamaya çalışıyoruz. İkinci kısımda başarılı DNVB’lerin ortak özelliklerini inceliyoruz. Son kısımda ise modelle ilgili problemli noktalar üzerine kafa patlatıp, teorinin pratiğe yansımasının zamanla nasıl değiştiğini konuşuyoruz.
