Mon invitée du jour, Sylvana, est coach psycho-émotionnel. Je me suis entretenue avec elle au sujet des émotions et de leur impact dans nos vies. Sylvana a aussi souligné l’importance du retour vers soi, surtout lorsqu’on s’est négligé pendant plusieurs années et qu’on a délaissé ses rêves. C’est le cas de beaucoup de femmes qui oublient leurs aspirations profondes parce qu’elles sont absorbées par leur vie de famille, jonglant entre leur rôle de mère et d’épouse. Pour s’accomplir et se sentir mieux dans leur vie, elle invite les femmes à écouter leurs émotions, à se redécouvrir en améliorant leur connaissance de soi et à trouver des outils pour les aider dans leur cheminement et dans leurs projets.

The Brothers Ortiz is the story of two brothers–both successful, but in very different ways.
