What comes to mind is 2pac and Scarface hit song "Smile." Scarface says "A man without a focused life will drive him insane." Very important for men and women to work from a healthy place.
The main point of this episode. Amongst all the bullshit our leaders and people in our own world can stir up, what do we need to do to stay whole, happy, and healthy?
