Jen shares her personal healing journey and how it has influenced her mission to empower others through teaching tools and holistic health practices. Jen discusses her mission to create fun and engaging learning experiences for children and adults. She also introduces her innovative games, including yoga sequencing and Ayurvedic games, which aim to educate and empower individuals. 

Calling herself ‘A Healing Journey Spiritual Sherpa’, Jen Jones’s mission is to help illuminate the healing path for others and keep them entertained with good stories and lessons on the adventure. Jen is also an inventor, creating the first ever professionally manufactured Ayurveda games and color-coded workbooks, and is now the largest creator of holistic health and wellness games in the world. She is using her psychology degree, teaching background, and additional certifications in Ayurveda, Holistic Nutrition, adults & kids yoga, Life Coaching and Reiki Master Teacher to develop a certification program for kids yoga instructors. The program features games, activities, curriculum and handouts to make learning fun and ‘digestible’.
