In this life, everyone experiences pain and problems, no matter what. It is up to ourselves for how we experience it and resolve it.
There is no “wrong” way to experience pain and troubles. There are other ways to handle them with grace to increase our fulfillment in life and reduce our suffering.
Life is not to as a cookie cutter in which we do not experience contrast. It is natural to experience contrast and trauma. It is all about how we feel about it is going to cause for how we experience it. Life has ebs and flows and a yin yang to it.
Following a balance with nature and our emotions allows us to have a more fulfilling life where we soften our pain and solve our problems with strength.
Thank you and I love you!
