There is a lot stigma still surrounding executive coaching. Almost like a topic discussed in the darkest corner out of earshot from everyone else. Places where you would hear, "Don't say anything but I think Bob is getting coaching," or "Can you hook me up with a good coach?" The genuine fear is that if your peers found out, you'd be thrown out of the good ole boys club for certain or branded mediocre at best. All of which is NONSENSE!
