Make a Difference

Make a Difference

Each of us always have a choice on how we respond to situations and move our lives forward as we see fit. We can get "stuck" sometimes and producing these sessions are my way of helping me get "unstuck" and to be mindful that I have a choice. Even if I don't make a choice, I still have made a choice. Published Monday through Friday, these sessions are somewhere between mindfulness and reflection. Starting with a quote and a quick thought, Make a Difference just might become a daily stop on making us both a better version of ourselves; one day at a time. Join me and let's find out!
