Monique S. Toussaint is the President of Monumental Business Solutions LLC where she creates an
environment for leaders and business owners to identify strategies and create plans to achieve
career and operational success. She invests time, passion and creativity into helping her clients
explore and then implement solutions. This dynamic leader has over a decade of experience in
strategic planning, program development and management; five years of coaching after earning
the Global Career Development Facilitator credential; and is a natural supporter and
cheerleader of others working towards achieving their goals. In this role, she serves as a
continual thought partner, coach, speaker, and/or trainer for fellow business owners, colleagues
and professionals. If you have an idea, she has a plan. It is her personal mission to see others
succeed.
A firm believer in education, she holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Kogod School of
Business at American University in Washington, DC, a M.A. in Education and Human Development from
George Washington University and received her Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF)
credential. A lifelong learner, she is a 2020-2021 Excellence in Government Fellow with the
Partnership for Public Service and is also pursuing her doctorate in Organizational Change and
Leadership at the University of Southern California.
A lady after God’s heart, Monique serves on the Nurses Ministry, Silent Witnesses Mime
Ministry, and Youth and Young Adult Encounter Bible Study Leadership Team at Greater Mount Calvary
Holy Church in Washington DC. She is always ready to serve others, in life and in business.
