I never thought I'd have chronic pain later in life. I thought I did all the "right" things, but now I worry that my fate may be just like my mothers. Immobility and frailty. I'm sharing how I am coping emotionally and why this experience had brought me down. There's so much we need to talk about as we age, isn't there?
