Speaker 1 (00:01):
He said, what are you guys gonna do? And I said,
we have nothing.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
And he said, you know this is.
Speaker 1 (00:05):
Gonna bomb and I said, yeah. He goes, I'm serious, You're.
Speaker 2 (00:08):
Going to bomb. And as of this moment right now, no, lie,
at two minutes into the show on Emmy Night, we
have absolutely nothing for you. This is Making the Merge.
We can a windows. I'm a dog person, line them up,
let's go down. You told me your dog was sick,
(00:28):
and I said, I'm coming over. And you know I
crack you either red or not.
Speaker 3 (00:42):
It's not about a million dollars. All I want to
do is win million harts.
Speaker 4 (00:48):
Sorry, Welcome, ladies and gentlemen to the greatest award show
of all time, the one and only, the one and
all the Everybody's Favorite Survivor, the Making the Merge Mergi Awards.
Speaker 5 (01:09):
The.
Speaker 6 (01:10):
One in all the Merging Awards. We're here, everybody to
crown some new witness.
Speaker 7 (01:17):
Let me give some backstory to that Jeff Opener. That
was a clip of him talking about the Emmys. Apparently,
whenever they did the first ever reality host category, all
of the hosts came up and they did did it
they were supposed to do some sort of bit, but
they didn't have any bit planned. So that was him
(01:40):
talking about not knowing what they were gonna do. And
I felt like that today because I realized we were recording.
Speaker 1 (01:46):
Tonight and I didn't know what was going on.
Speaker 2 (01:50):
Yeah, I got that text to the group and I thought, hmm,
that's more of a me move. I think, yes, Jonathan movie.
Speaker 7 (01:56):
I'm sure you guys talked about it and explained it
in detail last week when I was on vacation and
I was only half paying attention to the group chat.
Speaker 2 (02:04):
Well we may we honestly may have not talked about
it because I thought I mentioned the mergees. Well, we
we talked about they were on their way here and
that they were categories.
Speaker 7 (02:15):
So I thought we were doing the merges tonight, what
we're doing right now, And in a sense, yes, we're
announcing the nominees right yes, yes, so.
Speaker 1 (02:28):
My understanding I thought we were.
Speaker 7 (02:30):
I thought it was already happened, like I thought we
are in the nominees.
Speaker 2 (02:36):
I've been guys.
Speaker 1 (02:40):
No, I'm an old man, I'm not Jonathan and so
and so.
Speaker 2 (02:45):
I appreciate no.
Speaker 7 (02:46):
But then I did realize I was like, I don't
feel like I've seen anything about it, and I feel
like I would have. And I know we're recording tonight,
and so that's where I was at.
Speaker 2 (02:56):
Gotcha.
Speaker 6 (02:57):
I was like, wow, Brand has no concept of what
the Mergi were. It's even our so.
Speaker 1 (03:02):
A long time listener, first time caller.
Speaker 2 (03:05):
How are we starting this?
Speaker 6 (03:06):
Well, we could get into the awards, or we could
delay it a little bit longer and have Brand read
some banu.
Speaker 2 (03:12):
Oh that's right, that's right.
Speaker 7 (03:14):
The guys, I gotta be honest with you. There's a
lot here tonight.
Speaker 2 (03:17):
So I might have gone a little overboard miss last week.
Speaker 6 (03:22):
So yeah, so it's like his is double punishment for
missing last week.
Speaker 1 (03:26):
All right, So again I'm reading this because I lost?
Is that that's right?
Speaker 2 (03:29):
Yes? That is correct?
Speaker 1 (03:31):
Great, all right, here we go. I know I have
it in me. I can do this.
Speaker 7 (03:39):
So moving forward, how can I ensure my position is
strong within the tribe. I just don't understand why me
I'm giving my blood, sweat and tears to my tribe
and the results outcome is this? Just because I'm a
little emotion doesn't mean you guys vote me out. I'm
(04:03):
very nervous because Jess and I just started talking strategy,
and I don't think she's gonna stick to the plan
to blindside Kinzie.
Speaker 2 (04:11):
Spoiler alert, she did gotta be the worst.
Speaker 1 (04:17):
I'm still on the island, so no, I'm stay to that.
Speaker 2 (04:23):
Are you sure you're allowed to say that?
Speaker 7 (04:25):
I don't know if I'm allowed to say it, guys,
but I could be the next person going home because
Kensey Q and Tiffany are pulling all their master tricks.
Speaker 1 (04:36):
They played.
Speaker 7 (04:38):
They played it in such a way that Jess plays
the fake hidden immunity idol rather than.
Speaker 2 (04:43):
The shot in the dark. And she writes a name.
Speaker 1 (04:45):
Guess whose name she wrote.
Speaker 7 (04:47):
Jess said that I'm her best friend and she wrote
my name down.
Speaker 1 (04:53):
Survivor it is Bonnu starts crying.
Speaker 7 (05:00):
They're saying like, oh, you don't have to give honest
answers to Jeff prost that you can just give him
any kind of crap.
Speaker 2 (05:08):
But I can't do that.
Speaker 7 (05:10):
They said, you should know when to what is it,
when to show, when when to shot.
Speaker 2 (05:17):
Something like that.
Speaker 7 (05:19):
I don't know what that proverb something folds, Ah, you have.
Speaker 1 (05:24):
To know when when to hold, when to fold.
Speaker 2 (05:28):
I'm not an actor.
Speaker 7 (05:30):
I can't do that. So yeah, that's where I'm at.
It was raining all night. I didn't sleep a wink,
and I'm paranoid because.
Speaker 1 (05:39):
All three, all three of them, are in a Tide alliance.
Speaker 7 (05:44):
And if we don't when the next community challenge, I'm
going home.
Speaker 1 (05:48):
They have so many tricks up their hats.
Speaker 7 (05:51):
I've been looking for the idol pretty much the whole
time I've been on the island.
Speaker 1 (05:56):
Don't have any luck.
Speaker 7 (05:58):
I'm gonna turn all these coc nuts upside down.
Speaker 1 (06:01):
I don't know. This is so frustrating. Bonnie starts crying.
Speaker 7 (06:06):
I want to play the game, and I'm hitting a
wall all the time.
Speaker 2 (06:14):
I gotta do the next.
Speaker 6 (06:15):
Part too, I mean, are you getting a little bit
tired of it?
Speaker 2 (06:17):
Brand? Is that what you're saying?
Speaker 1 (06:19):
So much?
Speaker 2 (06:20):
Feed? Let's save, Let's save the.
Speaker 6 (06:21):
Other hands drafted better Chase. Actually, I figured this was
going to happen. I figured Brand was gonna get Bonu overloads,
so I brought in some backup. Mother Mary, please take
it away.
Speaker 5 (06:35):
Always sweet Kenzie, how she portrays herself. She's like this
mermaid dragon up until here she's hiding under the rocks.
She's like a very beautiful, sweet, kind mermaid. But when
you look behind the rock. It's a book Dragontail that kens.
Speaker 8 (07:00):
I said, Hey, can I work with you? And she's like, yeah,
i'll work with you, but you have to tell me
the plan. If you have a plan, let me know
and we can work on it. Mermaid Dragon remember that.
Speaker 6 (07:15):
Thank you, mother Mary for that excellent reading of Bonne.
Speaker 2 (07:19):
It's like layers to this show, you know if you
are just going this show.
Speaker 3 (07:26):
That was Mary from season forty eight Survivor reading some
of the confessionals from Bonnu who was on Survivor forty six.
Speaker 6 (07:36):
And I specifically got married to read my favorite part,
which was the Mermaid Dragon Mermaid wow.
Speaker 2 (07:41):
Wow.
Speaker 7 (07:42):
You know what I love is that she can't do
like press and so around is.
Speaker 1 (07:48):
Hey, you just read bonu quotes. That'll show them.
Speaker 2 (07:54):
What we're gonna have to end up doing. Is basically
telling her like, hey, if you had to summarize your
experience only in Bonu quotes.
Speaker 6 (08:01):
Yeah, DM. And I said, hey, I've got another bit,
like do you want to read bono? And she was
like for sure, yeah.
Speaker 2 (08:11):
Pretty much, all right, I bet you. I don't know.
I don't know if Bonn who's like hanging around the
pictures of them.
Speaker 3 (08:20):
Yeah, but guys, it is time for the moment that
everybody's been waiting for, everybody's favorite part of the mergyes.
Speaker 2 (08:26):
Let's start talking about these awards. Baby. So the way
that this is gonna work is I'm gonna I'm.
Speaker 3 (08:31):
Gonna pitch up each of the eight categories that we
will be uh offering up our suggestions for who could win, right,
and then we'll be putting up the graphics on the Instagram.
You guys will vote for the winner, and that is
who will win the Mergye. But let's let's just start.
Speaker 2 (08:48):
Let's start with an easy one. Let's start with a
fun one, ladies and gentlemen. Let's hear the nominees for
the Making the Merge Villain Award. Who is the villain
of Season forty eight?
Speaker 6 (09:02):
What's the order gonna be? Are you just gonna randomly
decide Chase?
Speaker 3 (09:06):
Yeah, I'll be the puppet master, I'll decide who gets
to go win. Let's hear PD's nominee.
Speaker 6 (09:12):
All right, I've gotta go with the one the only
the person whose name we mispronounced for the first episode.
Say it's gotta.
Speaker 2 (09:20):
Be saying, Yeah, it's a great nomination. I mean she's
still a villain to Mary. Yeah, yeah, amen, Amen, she's
a she's a villain in my heart. Well see what
oh me? Oh okay, uh well see okay. I was
gonna say, say, I.
Speaker 1 (09:35):
Think we all wrote down.
Speaker 2 (09:36):
Yeah, we all wrote down. So then I, Kristin and
I we sat and we walked through this list together
and Kristin was like, if say said, first, we have
to say Thomas because I said he was a villain.
And I was like, all right, that's fine. So we're
going with Thomas because he was being sneaky. That's a
good it's a good nomin but he was gone, he
(09:57):
was going fast.
Speaker 7 (09:58):
I also wrote down Thomas as my second because he's
the only one who had a literally a villain.
Speaker 6 (10:04):
Laugh at one yeah, and a black guy and a
black guy.
Speaker 1 (10:07):
But I did have a third.
Speaker 7 (10:09):
Okay, let's you're worth This is a little bit of
a tricky one. I am going to nominate Camilla for
this whoa and the reason being there's a twofold reason
one she is and I think we would all agree
with this. She is the mastermind of the one and
only move this season.
Speaker 2 (10:30):
Two.
Speaker 7 (10:30):
She is the one who on a repeated basis, what
would you say that, yeah, you got I think that
was repeatedly say how much she wants to run I
think there are some people left on the board that
are much better. But she would repeatedly talk about how
(10:50):
much she wants to run people over with the bus,
back it up, something that a villain would do.
Speaker 1 (10:56):
So I will nominate Camilla.
Speaker 3 (10:57):
That's a you know what, that's an out there nomination.
It's a solid wood consented. The other two got taken. Guys,
my nominee for the Villain Award.
Speaker 2 (11:05):
Charity, thank you. You know, because of the because of
the Trump video, I forget.
Speaker 6 (11:10):
About her, and I forgot that because she went after
Eva after the moment Yeah Joe and the challenge and
all that.
Speaker 2 (11:19):
I think a lot of people see her as a
hero because of that.
Speaker 6 (11:23):
Some people do, but they see her as a hero
because they hate Eva, right.
Speaker 2 (11:26):
Which is crazy. It kind of adjusted as the season
went and first people were like you, Charity, and then
by the end everyone was like, okay, maybe we maybe
we want her to be right. She would have spiced
things up. She would have been good for the season,
but still a villain, I think.
Speaker 6 (11:40):
But there was a snub here Mitch for not making.
Speaker 2 (11:42):
An I almost said, Mitch, but I thought it was
gonna He's just gonna get taken. I'm sure Mitchell get
something later. All right, So nominees for the Villain.
Speaker 3 (11:53):
Awards are say, it's Charity Camilla, and what was the
other one?
Speaker 2 (12:03):
You said it already said, said Charity Thomas, Thomas. Thomas
was Thomas.
Speaker 1 (12:09):
That's right, that's Thomas.
Speaker 3 (12:11):
All right, let's move on the next category. Let's hear
the nominees for the MVP Award. Now I do there
is an asterisks on this one. This is not the
MVP the most valuable player of the season. This is
the MVP of our show. So which player on the
(12:33):
season forty eighth survivor was our most valued player?
Speaker 2 (12:38):
I forgot that stipulation. I'm recalculating everything right now. I
literally reminded you not an hour and a.
Speaker 6 (12:45):
Half of it at the It's literally called making the
merge MVP.
Speaker 2 (12:50):
Yeah, yeah, yeah yeah.
Speaker 3 (12:51):
So for context, last season, I believe it went to
Andy because you got so many views on tick talk
well and.
Speaker 2 (13:00):
Just because people loved him.
Speaker 6 (13:02):
And then the villain Award was won by Rome and
he was the only person nominated we did Rome four times.
Speaker 1 (13:08):
That's understandable.
Speaker 2 (13:10):
Yeah, it was rough. Who's going first, Chase brand Let's
see your nominee.
Speaker 7 (13:14):
I am nominating the person who has found their way
around guidelines of press. Yep, you heard from her already tonight.
I'm going with Mary. Nobody has been more supportive of
our program, yeah than Mother Mary. She has left us
a nice review on Apple Podcasts. She has sent in
(13:35):
multiple recordings. Granted the first time we had to pay
for it, but hey, there's nothing there's nothing against that.
Speaker 1 (13:43):
And so I am going with Mary. I think she,
to me is not.
Speaker 7 (13:47):
Only the MVP of the season, the person who I
enjoyed the most just watching, but also has been the
most supportive of our show.
Speaker 1 (13:54):
So shot Mary.
Speaker 2 (13:56):
Great nomination, Great nomination. That's it's such a good nomine nation.
It's hard to think of another. You know, I've got one.
Speaker 3 (14:04):
Okay, I'll go ahead and go next. Then I'm going
to nominate David.
Speaker 2 (14:12):
Hear me out, hear me out.
Speaker 3 (14:14):
We had some banger clips of us making fun of
David throughout the season.
Speaker 1 (14:18):
I mean he stood up.
Speaker 2 (14:19):
I don't know what you want, I mean this stood up.
Speaker 9 (14:21):
But also we had a video absolutely pop off Skyrocket
right at the end of the season when Brand made
a song that heavily featured David in the clip.
Speaker 7 (14:34):
So in a sense, you were also part of the
thank for I didn't want to say it, but I
appreciate it.
Speaker 1 (14:40):
Thank you.
Speaker 6 (14:41):
So you Mary and David would be sharing it if
either of them won.
Speaker 2 (14:45):
Really, it's a win win win for your boy Brand here. Yeah, yeah,
for sure, Jonathan, what's your nomination? I uh, you know,
I think he brought a lot to the dynamic that
ended up being discussed in clips that went big and
that's Joe. I'm gonna dominate Joe. And I think maybe
it's because I got to sing Big Bro Club and
(15:06):
got to be on Rob has a Podcast because of him.
But nice, you know, I just think I'm making the
merge podcast. Shut up, Rob. I just I thought Joe
brought a lot to the clip world, and uh kind
of whether it was him directly or just something that
he had caused that other people were involved with. You know, guys,
(15:27):
I gotta I've come up with a nickname for Rob
from Rob has a Podcast.
Speaker 3 (15:32):
We should call him the Amazonian horn Dogs.
Speaker 2 (15:36):
You all you want. I don't think I'll be participating
a pretty pretty iconic moment from the Amazon season.
Speaker 6 (15:42):
Right, yeah, yeah, anyways, I'm making the Merge MVP Award.
Speaker 2 (15:48):
Hey did I say it was your making the Merge podcast. Yes,
Now it's PD's turn.
Speaker 6 (15:57):
Okay, I have an important decision to make, and that
is I can't believe, uh, you know, Star is still
left out, So I have to put Star on there,
talk about views, Star Star updates and Star walking up
with a coconut, being like.
Speaker 2 (16:13):
Hey, listen to me. Those two things were huge for
our show. You guys don't want to listen to me,
all right? The honorable mention. Honorable mention goes to the
Carolina Reaper.
Speaker 6 (16:22):
And Eva was a big time and Eva, Eva and
Chrissy is speaking.
Speaker 3 (16:28):
Definitely, we should we should make a new category next time,
which is the best bit from the.
Speaker 2 (16:34):
Agree best ongoing bit.
Speaker 1 (16:36):
Yeah, and apparently also we need best song who knew this?
Speaker 2 (16:40):
Use this original song?
Speaker 6 (16:42):
Hey, we can't guarantee that's gonna happen for forty nine,
so don't get your hopes.
Speaker 2 (16:45):
Up making the Merge podcast.
Speaker 3 (16:51):
All right, guys, Our next category the Game Changer Award.
You were nominating a moment from this season that changed
the game. Yeah, and we're gonna start with.
Speaker 6 (17:04):
PD Okay, I'm gonna go with Camilla convincing Joe that
Shaheen had an idol and that he shot it to
her with the beads because she wasn't really believing Kyle,
and that was really the move that flipped the game
in Kyle and Camilla's favor and then ultimately Kyle's favor.
But Camilla put it in motion, so I'm gonna give
the nomination to her.
Speaker 2 (17:25):
Nice Jonathan, let's hear yours. I'm so torn between two
right now because I had two options. But I find
that Camilla giving the nod to Kyle about their move
in tribal is probably the biggest thing to happen in
the season because our boy wasn't gonna say anything as
(17:48):
she looked at him, and she wingmanned him right into.
Speaker 6 (17:50):
A good That's a great one, Jonathan, So brand, what's
your Camilla move of the season.
Speaker 1 (17:56):
I'm not doing Camilla.
Speaker 7 (17:57):
I'm actually there's one that is like obvious, but that's
not the one that I wrote down, And uh so
now I'm conflicted.
Speaker 1 (18:05):
I mean, obviously, the Joe even a.
Speaker 7 (18:09):
Moment, is a pretty big moment. In the game of
the season. Like, no, no moment got as much press
as that moment. Even the last episode the Winner Who Cares?
We had that one big moment, and it kind of
you know, I think a lot of us at the
time were like, it'll be interesting to see how this
(18:29):
kind of plays out with how the rest of the
Survivor crew handles Joe now.
Speaker 1 (18:35):
And now this is out there that jo this alliance.
I'm not gonna go with that one though, I'm gonna.
Speaker 7 (18:40):
Go I'm gonna go with milk being at the reward
for David.
Speaker 6 (18:47):
That's not how this award works. It was a production choice.
Speaker 2 (18:52):
It's not I don't think was a huge game.
Speaker 6 (18:57):
It wasn't best moment of the show. It's a you know,
just trying to explain the category. I got it, Bud,
Just go with your first thing. You said, go with
the first thing.
Speaker 2 (19:06):
You said, I like the milk ops. I will go
with the first one.
Speaker 6 (19:10):
This is like definitely Brand learned about what this is
at seven o'clock and that's that's why he went.
Speaker 2 (19:16):
They gave milk they again, or what if it.
Speaker 6 (19:21):
Was Eva telling Joe because she didn't have to do that.
And then the reason he was able to comfort her
in that moment was because she told him, Yeah, let's
do that. Let's do that is no, I mean whatever,
just one of the milk milk on there just in.
Speaker 2 (19:36):
Case like this. Did you see he worked hard for
the milk pool, you know.
Speaker 6 (19:43):
No, I think the best move made by a player
on the season was what they gave to David at
the reward too.
Speaker 2 (19:48):
I mean, I think it makes perfect sense. Okay, my nominee,
My nominee for the Game Change of Award. Guys, you've
missed a pretty big one, one of the biggest moments
of the season. But I think it's kind of forgotten
because it was early on. Mary successfully using her shop
totally would have changed the game. If she had gone
(20:11):
home at that point, we could have seen say or Cedric, yeah,
totally in the final she.
Speaker 6 (20:16):
Made it to the second to last episode because of that.
Speaker 2 (20:18):
So exactly, I feel like there's one moment that I
almost said that I feel like I'm kind of surprised
not enough y'all said, which is it's kind of one person,
but Cedric having to be a single person that decided, Yeah, that.
Speaker 3 (20:34):
Was an insane moment and that could come up in
a different maybe category.
Speaker 2 (20:39):
Maybe so I also was going to do uh Mitch,
choosing to do nothing instead of making a move was
kind of the biggest game changing moment. But that category
pretty well.
Speaker 3 (20:51):
Yeah yeah, all right, guys. Our next category the Baby
Come Back Award. This is the season forty eight player
that you would like to see come This is very
interesting this season because we will be seeing two of
these people come back for season fifty.
Speaker 6 (21:06):
Yeah, I'm three, so they're disqualified.
Speaker 2 (21:08):
Oh yeah, three?
Speaker 3 (21:09):
Yeah, so those are they're disqualified.
Speaker 2 (21:13):
Yeah, let's hear from Jonathan. Guys. I want Star back
in the game. I want to see her. I want
to see her actually get to play, and I want
to see I want to see more great moments from
her and we get Star updates back. That's what I'm saying.
It's good for business brand. What is your nominee?
Speaker 1 (21:32):
Yeah, I said it during the season. I'll stand by it.
I want to see Thomas play again.
Speaker 7 (21:36):
I felt like we only got to see just a
little bit of his game, and what we saw was
really fun and it's a shame.
Speaker 1 (21:43):
That he got voted out as early as he did.
I'd love to see Thomas back. So I'm going with Tomas.
Speaker 2 (21:48):
Nice I also put Thomas down, so I'll go with
my backup nomination, which was Cedric. I would love to
watch Cedric competing challenges again. It was Christa and I
debated hard about in this category and she was like,
why would you put him? And I was like, I
love him, Yeah, me too, because I love him, Kristen,
you don't understand. You don't understand the connection.
Speaker 6 (22:10):
I love how angry he made me during challenges.
Speaker 2 (22:12):
I need it back.
Speaker 6 (22:15):
So my pick would be I would bring the milk
from the Reward Challenge back.
Speaker 2 (22:22):
Thank you, PETI. I had that doubt as well. No,
I would go with Mary.
Speaker 6 (22:28):
I'm surprised that she was the last pick in year
because Mary like always great and confessionals.
Speaker 2 (22:33):
Yeah, that makes sense, that makes sense. I knew someone
would say it.
Speaker 3 (22:35):
That's why I didn't pick her because I didn't want
to be having to be on my toes. But yeah,
all great nominations and instead we'll get to see Joe
and Kyle and Camilla. Yeah, which I am. I'm excited
to see.
Speaker 6 (22:50):
I'm excited to see I'm excited to see one of
those three. And they can't hear us right now. They
don't have their phones. We can talk so much trash.
Speaker 7 (23:00):
Excited to see Joe Chase talk about that thing that
Joe possibly did in that.
Speaker 2 (23:07):
You can't hear you. The Big Mistake Award, the biggest
mistake of the season, and we're gonna.
Speaker 6 (23:13):
Start off with p D all right, the Big Mistake Award,
otherwise known as the Q Award. I'm gonna go with
Star giving Eva her idol.
Speaker 2 (23:22):
She shouldn't have done. That's a big one. That's a
big one.
Speaker 6 (23:28):
And Charity said, no, don't do that. Go take it back,
or even though you gave it to her, go go
snatch it.
Speaker 2 (23:35):
Jonathan, Uh, I as my big mistake, said Chrissy opening
her mouth. That tribal that went terribly. She decided to
talk for what's at tribal?
Speaker 6 (23:53):
Dude, what I kind of wish she went harder at
final tribal too, And.
Speaker 2 (23:57):
Oh, I thought you were saying you wish she went
harder at her own tribe.
Speaker 6 (24:00):
I wish you did that too, you know, just NonStop
man brand your nominee.
Speaker 1 (24:06):
I know that we said that we're not nominating people.
Speaker 7 (24:10):
I'm nominating Cedric for this award because literally everything and
I literally thought, well, that's a big mistake, from from
the votes to uh what happened in that famous tribal
council with Mary to him participating and trying to climb
(24:32):
up walls.
Speaker 6 (24:33):
I am gonna need you to pick one because it
can't be three individual mistakes, and then just Cedric.
Speaker 2 (24:38):
Because he really shooting you down.
Speaker 6 (24:41):
I'm just letting brand know how this works. It's his
first time catching him up to speed.
Speaker 7 (24:44):
You know, all right, give me one more second, let
me just let me, let me land he's really waking
up and busting your butt.
Speaker 2 (24:51):
Well while we while we're waiting, I'll give my nomination.
Speaker 6 (24:56):
But he could easily pick one of the Cedric things
he needed a second.
Speaker 1 (25:00):
He's not gonna pick one of mine.
Speaker 2 (25:01):
He wouldn't do that. If all three, I will pull
you and I will shake you up. I'm gonna shake you, dude.
Speaker 3 (25:12):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (25:12):
My nominee for the Big Mistake Award is Camilla telling
Kyle that she would not take him to the final three.
I think you're wrong.
Speaker 6 (25:23):
I don't know if that I think because I think
Kyle would have come to the same I'm just saying
I think that was already kind of they were both
headed that way.
Speaker 2 (25:31):
Look, can we can we just address something? I feel
like I started this whole episode complimenting PD on his
camera quality, but I do want to insult his like attitude.
Speaker 6 (25:41):
Quality doesn't have anything to do with the Braves being
under five hundred again.
Speaker 2 (25:49):
Dang hmmm. I wish I knew what that meant, but
I don't. I don't even know what that means.
Speaker 3 (25:54):
Okay, under five hundred what fans?
Speaker 2 (26:01):
So there's that attitude that get what's going on?
Speaker 6 (26:06):
We have clearly defined categories, and then you'll throw out
something and I have to be like, that's out of bound.
Speaker 2 (26:11):
Sorry, not we not we sorry, but somebody's gotta you know.
Speaker 6 (26:19):
Hey, somebody's gotta be the sheriff around here.
Speaker 2 (26:21):
You know. No, I'm saying someone's gotta go out of
bound somebody. Brand? What is your nominee? What you want
to go with?
Speaker 1 (26:27):
Cedric, Let's move on.
Speaker 6 (26:31):
Cedric keeping uh say over Justine, Let's.
Speaker 2 (26:35):
Go with that.
Speaker 7 (26:36):
Let's go with that, Cedric voting for say twice and
then deciding to keep her.
Speaker 3 (26:41):
Let's go with that, all right, guys, The next category
is the funniest castaway.
Speaker 2 (26:49):
We're gonna start with brand this time.
Speaker 1 (26:53):
I got three names down, I do too.
Speaker 2 (27:00):
Are they?
Speaker 6 (27:01):
Are they people on this season of the show.
Speaker 2 (27:03):
It's like.
Speaker 1 (27:05):
And I wrote down John Mulaney.
Speaker 2 (27:10):
I'll accept that one. Actually, I'd love to see John
Malady on The Survivor. You kidding, I'm gonna go.
Speaker 1 (27:17):
I'm gonna go with Mary.
Speaker 7 (27:18):
Of course, Mary great so funny on the show, off
the show, doesn't matter, even before the season even started.
Her website, her her shop hilarious, Larry's the funniest, yeah for.
Speaker 2 (27:31):
Sure, funniest cast member off the show. Like her online press.
Speaker 6 (27:35):
Oh yeah yeah, and her store, her mug go to
Mary jong do printifi dot me check all that out.
Speaker 2 (27:43):
My pick is Star. It's gotta be.
Speaker 6 (27:47):
Every time Star told a story or answered a question
at tribal it was always hilarious, So Star for sure.
Speaker 2 (27:55):
I look, guys, there's only one player that told a
joke and it was a knock knock joke, and I'm
gonna say it's David.
Speaker 1 (28:08):
All right, guys, guys knocked.
Speaker 2 (28:13):
Guys. See how much y'all are laughing. That's why he
deserves the win. With his girlfriend.
Speaker 7 (28:20):
I did laugh maybe at him.
Speaker 2 (28:26):
Yeah, it was a lot of fun stuff. My nomination
because you guys you guys took my my main ones.
Mary obviously was my number one. Uh. This person maybe
wasn't intentionally funny, but god was he hilarious. I'm going
Cedric I had him to man my second pick when
he when he went.
Speaker 3 (28:46):
On and on about how this was the challenge that
he was gonna win and then dropped immediately. Gotta be
the top ten hardest I've laughed.
Speaker 2 (28:55):
In the week when he was in our intro, going.
Speaker 10 (28:57):
Ah, all right, next category, the Gone Too Soon Award.
Speaker 3 (29:08):
So these are players that did not make the merge
and we wish that they had, and we're gonna start
with Jonathan.
Speaker 2 (29:19):
Uh. Stephanie was first out. Man, we didn't get to
see it. I feel like that she would have been
a pretty interesting player to watch. Kristin and I both
agreed on that, and we agreed after Kristen reminded me
that Stephanie was a person on the show, so.
Speaker 6 (29:36):
You know, yeah, we'll go with her, all right there. Yeah,
My pick for the Gone Too Soon Award is a
guy who tried to dive and you do it very well,
had dislocated his shoulder. I think Kevin was Gone too
soon shoulder, my shoulder, Yeah, great answer.
Speaker 3 (29:59):
My nomine is going to be Pizza justin.
Speaker 2 (30:03):
Oh yeah, I feel like I feel like pizza was
gone right on time.
Speaker 6 (30:09):
Wait, so we just nominated the whole Vula tribe because
I guess it was them getting picked off week a week,
so it's kind of like true brand your nomination.
Speaker 1 (30:16):
Thomas didn't make it the Merge, right, he did not
know he didn't. We're going Thomas. We're going Thomas.
Speaker 2 (30:22):
Yeah right, I was gonna say Thomas for everything again.
I agree. I think Thomas would have been great. Yeah,
I agree. I bet he. I bet he would even
win the fan poll. I think he could win this category.
I agree. And our winner last year was Anka. I think. Okay,
I can't believe she didn't make the Merge. She's pretty memorable.
Speaker 3 (30:44):
Our next category and final category of the evening, the
quote of the season.
Speaker 2 (30:51):
We're going to start with brand. Yeah.
Speaker 7 (30:54):
I had to think through a lot here kind of
moments that stuck out to me, and I think one
of the most memorable moments for me of the season
was say chasing after Mary, specifically when she says and
she's running. I found that need to be so funny
and the delivery was great. So the quote is and
(31:18):
she's running, that's what I am nominating.
Speaker 6 (31:21):
Can when we do the graphic for that one, can
we have the picture of Say saying it, because I
feel like sure Cedric was right there next year, right,
I think so?
Speaker 1 (31:31):
I think so, yeah, yeah, she's talking to Cedric.
Speaker 2 (31:33):
Yeah yeah, all right, PD your nominee.
Speaker 6 (31:37):
All right, I'm gonna be nominating my favorite player, Camilla.
When she said I need someone else's name out there,
I'm doing it right now by throwing Charity under the
bus and I've been reversing that bus and running her
over and over and over. That was the first time
she said the bus thing. So that's what I'm nominating.
Speaker 2 (31:54):
Jonathan, your nominee. Well, I kind of had to come
up with a quote that stuck out, and so I
thought what was said the most and it's we've got
to make a movie. And I'm nominating Mitch in one
of his twenty five times in the season saying that
that is phenomenal man, Mitch.
Speaker 3 (32:14):
Oh god, My nomination for quote of the season is
knock knock, knock, knock.
Speaker 2 (32:24):
Who that not me? I want to hear everybody's backups.
If you had backups written down My backup was.
Speaker 7 (32:33):
This, I don't really know how to put that in
quotation marks, but you gots.
Speaker 2 (32:41):
Last last flash. I just the only other quote I
could even think of was when it was It was
more a quote that Mary put on her story because
she thought, say said I can smell you, but she
said I can see you, and that just says solidified
its way into my brain.
Speaker 6 (33:02):
I thought of one from Mary when she said, like,
I'm proud of myself from making the fire, but I
feel like nobody gives an f about that in the
new era.
Speaker 2 (33:09):
Yeah, that's a good one. I also had a merry
quote as my backup, which was I love you Eli,
oh oh wow when she shouted out her boyfriend that
ended up not working out. I'm fully expecting Mary to
shake you up real quick. Hey, that's her prerogative. Brother.
Speaker 7 (33:28):
The other one I had was for real and it
was when Cedric it's just the sound of him going ah,
that's the quote.
Speaker 2 (33:38):
That's the quote, Oh man, guys.
Speaker 3 (33:40):
That is the nominations for the Mergy Awards. You can
go over to our instagram at Survivor Pod. Yes we
own that handle, and you can vote for who's you want.
Speaker 2 (33:51):
To win it.
Speaker 6 (33:53):
It's always very exciting. You gotta get on our Instagram.
But there's a lot more people than there was last
time we did this, so it's gonna be crazy this
time around.
Speaker 2 (34:01):
Last year we had an outrageous amount of participation just
with who was yeah, just for who was following then.
Speaker 7 (34:09):
So I think we should do I think we should
do a making the Merged Bit of the Year award.
I think that's fun. Stone Cold, you got it. I
like that because it's just there's so many fun moments.
Speaker 6 (34:24):
He is speaking with your idea, make it better that
I was giving you the Jonathan treatment earlier.
Speaker 1 (34:32):
I even I even realized that you were doing that.
Speaker 3 (34:35):
Before we Before we do our nominations, In case anybody
needs a second to think, I do want to say,
like last last year for the mergyes, we had about
one hundred, we averaged one hundred and fifty votes.
Speaker 2 (34:45):
Okay, let's see if we can double that.
Speaker 6 (34:47):
Let's see if we get if you're not already.
Speaker 3 (34:51):
All right, So a brand new category just for you guys,
our favorite running bit of the podcast this season. Uh,
let's start with brand since you're one that came up
with it.
Speaker 2 (35:00):
Let's let's hear it.
Speaker 1 (35:01):
I do think I have a soft spot for the
Chrissy is speaking drop.
Speaker 7 (35:06):
I think it's a and I don't I listen obviously,
Christy is the one that made that.
Speaker 1 (35:12):
She sent it in. I think it's a master class
and just it's the one of the weirder things that
we do around here.
Speaker 7 (35:22):
The screaming at the end all of it is is
wonderful to me.
Speaker 1 (35:25):
So I'm gonna nominate.
Speaker 2 (35:35):
And it goes on for just a little bit too long.
It's just barely too long. Yeah, I like it's beautiful, Jonathan,
let's hear your nomination, dude, it's gotta be. The songs,
are you kidding me? Like, it was just so fun.
I like just the two, well, I guess the three
that I helped with over here. It was like I
(35:56):
just had such a good time making them. And then
the response after towards It was so fun.
Speaker 6 (36:01):
Getting on Rob has a podcast, dude, Yeah, I.
Speaker 2 (36:04):
Mean that was crazy. Then blinding Merge podcast, Then blindsiding
y'all with Kristen song out of Just Thin Air, dude.
Speaker 6 (36:12):
That blindsided us with every song pretty much.
Speaker 2 (36:15):
Yeah, true, Yeah, it was. It's just it was so
fun to do that. I did brand yours blew up
like crazy. Yeah, so I did.
Speaker 6 (36:24):
Uh the Katy Perry want to begin with? That started
an avalanche of then Jonathan went way overboard and then
Brand hit a grand slam.
Speaker 2 (36:32):
Dude, that one that I did was pretty good, dude,
hold on, we're gonna pause for a second. Chase, Kristin
and I listened to that one together for the first time,
and we both were like, why didn't he do this?
Why didn't he bring it to the show. Well, that
was the week that you did, but you should have.
You should have still done it. It was so it
(36:53):
was so fun, it was it's okay, yeah, yeah, if
you want to hear the song, you can join the
Patriots behind a paywall because it's so good. Here, Chase,
you gotta gotta pay five bucks. My nomination. Has everyone
gone yet or did PD? If you haven't, but you
(37:14):
can go. Okay, I'm going to nominate. It's got to
be stone cold Eva Austin.
Speaker 7 (37:21):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (37:22):
Autism three sixteen.
Speaker 6 (37:27):
That started with Brand leaving a comment in our Patreon
live chat that I went way overboard with.
Speaker 2 (37:33):
Yeah, that's how it usually goes. Yeah, all right, PD,
your nomination and you know, don't feel weird. If you
want to nominate my cousin, Oh.
Speaker 6 (37:43):
Oh yeah I would, but I'm gonna do my thing
instead demon Cedric.
Speaker 2 (37:48):
So the Carolina read.
Speaker 6 (37:50):
Got to put Carolina Reaper and demon Cedric on there.
Speaker 2 (37:54):
Was it one of y'all that sent or did I
see it on Reddit where someone just was like, there's
a podcast calling him the Carolina brand. I didn't say that, Yeah, yeah, yeah,
yeah yeah, So it's it was. It's made its way
into the ether of Survivor Reddit.
Speaker 6 (38:10):
That's good because I stole that from the Panthers quarterback
Bryce Young.
Speaker 2 (38:14):
Nice he called Cedric the Carolina Reaper.
Speaker 1 (38:18):
When you're a weekly chat with Bryce.
Speaker 6 (38:20):
Yeah, it's like, man Survivors really crazy.
Speaker 2 (38:23):
Yeah, and our Slash Survivors.
Speaker 3 (38:25):
Someone was like, someone called him the Carolina Reaper, and
then underneath it is making the merge reference.
Speaker 2 (38:29):
So we love all our little mergyes.
Speaker 6 (38:31):
That's right, little merges of the Patreons.
Speaker 1 (38:35):
Yeah, that's right.
Speaker 2 (38:36):
Who are what are our fans called the mergers cheap
because they don't join and the others, the others and
the listeners, oh, because they making merge. You make the
merge when you join the Patriots. So they're pre.
Speaker 7 (38:53):
Mergers my my One of my other favorite bits is
just any time Chase sends this picture, it's the Mitch going.
Speaker 2 (39:02):
No, no, no.
Speaker 6 (39:04):
I think one of my favorite running bits of the
season was me trying to talk about something serious and
Jonathan trying his hardest not to laugh for no reason,
just because he wants to laugh at the wrong time.
Speaker 2 (39:14):
If it's a good thing. This is not on video
all of the time because you'll bring up something so
serious and I can't handle it. But maybe maybe the
best bit of the season is y'all just straight up
abusing me at every single episode. Real I'm the Jonathan
being the punching bag, you know, I want to point
(39:34):
out something. I want to peel back the curtain a
little bit. I don't know if p D will remember
this or Jonathan, but towards the beginning of the season,
after we were bowling you for a couple episodes, I go,
all right, p D, I'm gonna change up my gimmick
a little bit. I'm gonna try to be the punching
bag to get the heat off Jonathan.
Speaker 3 (39:52):
And that was the episode that Mary sent in the
worst Yeah, and I he crashed and I crashed out
and then everyone still didn't believe me.
Speaker 2 (40:03):
That's a good running big oh, no one believing me?
Then I brand? Well, yeah, well Brand, you know yeah
he didn't know me well at the time. Other good
running bit to cut that cut that cut that you
can whatever.
Speaker 3 (40:15):
You can always you can always count you know when
Pete's gonna cut something, because he goes dead quiet.
Speaker 2 (40:22):
And just like this, Yeah he's calculating.
Speaker 6 (40:26):
Okay, wait, actually no, I need to delete this so
we can start get into the new thing this way.
Speaker 2 (40:31):
And then he.
Speaker 3 (40:31):
Waits, he waits for a good cut point, and then
he starts talking like nothing ever happened.
Speaker 2 (40:37):
Yeah, oh guys.
Speaker 3 (40:39):
What a fun Mergy award. Now, one last segment before
we start bringing this home. Uh, brand Jonathan, you.
Speaker 2 (40:46):
Guys didn't get to talk about the season fifty cast.
Let's hear your thoughts, but keep him pretty short.
Speaker 7 (40:51):
Yeah no, I'm I I've had obviously a lot of
time to think about this. I I think that most people,
most Survivor fans are in are are gonna state the
obvious when it comes to they shouldn't have done and
even split of all their new era like it was
a it was dumb. They shouldn't have done it, but
(41:12):
they have, and so with what we have, I think
it's a relatively good cast. If you are gonna do
a fifty to fifty split new era old era, I
think it's a pretty good cast for what that is.
Do I understand the frustration of people being like, hey,
this is supposed to be a celebration of the last
(41:33):
fifty years, and for some reason we have twelve people
from the past four years. Yeah, the frustration is valid,
but five years total, not fifty. Ye, yes, sorry, fifty
seas he looks so good man, But yeah, I think overall,
(41:54):
with what they decided to do with the split down
the middle, it's a it's a pretty darn good cast
of what that could be. So I'm gonna choose not
to get super frustrated by the fact that they did
that and just look at what they did with that
decision and go, you know what, overall, pretty pretty good choices,
(42:16):
I think.
Speaker 3 (42:17):
Dude, I want to I want to say something going
off with that, because I I just listened to Drop.
Speaker 2 (42:21):
Your Buffs, which is a surrivate podcast. They were on
Rob has a podcast and they were talking about the
fifty cast, and all all three of them, even Rob,
even the you know, the the Amazonian horn Dog himself.
Speaker 6 (42:33):
It's not trying to make that thing. It's not gonna work.
Speaker 3 (42:37):
It's gonna be a thing. It's gonna be a thing,
and he's gonna love it. He's gonna come on the
show and he's gonna be like Chase. That was so funny, Dude,
I'm a really.
Speaker 6 (42:43):
Big fa Hey it's me the horn Dog. On the
Making the Merge podcast. Well, I think brayd just turned
into a cartoon.
Speaker 2 (42:56):
Oh okay, but they couldn't understand, They couldn't grasp like
what they were thinking when they picked so many New
Era players. But I think it's pretty obvious we're gonna
be starting off with two tribes, a New Era tribe
and an old Ara tribe. It's right down the middle,
ten and ten.
Speaker 6 (43:12):
That would mean that they don't well, it's to be
twelve and twelve.
Speaker 2 (43:15):
Oh yeah, twelve to twelve, whatever, it's four, it's twenty two.
Speaker 6 (43:17):
Right, they've done three tribes forever. You really think they're
gonna break from that? They haven't done three tribes forever, well,
I mean relatively for like, how many new Eras in
a row have they done. You've been like eight or nine.
You think they're gonna go back?
Speaker 1 (43:31):
Yeah, yeah, it is interesting.
Speaker 7 (43:34):
It does seem obvious that they would do a split
down the middle. But like there's like a picture floating around.
Speaker 2 (43:41):
I don't know if you've.
Speaker 7 (43:41):
Seen this of one of the games that is that
is currently set up right off right off the island,
and it's three different bases that are the one of
the it's one of the color variants that people voted on,
and some people are like, that's obviously yea fifty and
it's three different things.
Speaker 1 (43:58):
So that would lead you to believe that how do.
Speaker 2 (43:59):
You have you split that up? Then?
Speaker 6 (44:01):
Eight eight eight Yeah, But like thematically, I don't think
it might.
Speaker 3 (44:09):
New era versus old era feels good because you've got
all the new era players that may have played together,
and you have all the old Air players that may
have played together.
Speaker 7 (44:17):
What if they start as two tribes and then after
the first it actually ends up getting like it starts
old and then somehow it's splits into three.
Speaker 6 (44:26):
And the one I just watched they did okay, they
started us too and one to three.
Speaker 1 (44:31):
That's an interesting way to do it, because I do
think there.
Speaker 7 (44:33):
Is something that's really intriguing, at least for an episode
to see new verses old and then hey, let's let's
come up with three, three equal tribes from there.
Speaker 1 (44:44):
I think that's interesting to me.
Speaker 6 (44:46):
That's the whole appeal of the season is watching the
old era new era people interact.
Speaker 3 (44:52):
Yeah, well, then, why were you giving me such a
hard time?
Speaker 6 (44:54):
What was I giving you a hard time about? I
just think there will be three because they've been doing three.
Speaker 2 (45:00):
Yes, you don't. You don't trust me, you don't believe me.
Now I can't help, but notice you I work. Guys.
Do y'all want to know what I think of season fifty?
I guess dude, do you think anything about it? It's fine, it's.
Speaker 3 (45:14):
Cool you you haven't seen any of the seasons.
Speaker 2 (45:16):
No, this is the unique perspective that I have, maybe
for this, Okay, I have not seen every season of
Survivor by any means, right, like, not even close. However,
I did know a lot of the people that they
picked for season fifty, So maybe maybe it's actually great
(45:38):
what they picked because a person who is sporadically watching
Survivor knows the majority of the people on it. Yeah,
so you know, I'm a good base level for this. Yeah,
casual like j Yeah, casual fans who talk about Survivor
every week. I'm a casual fan who accidentally became much
(45:59):
more intensive a fan. But it's I would say that
I'm a little confused that nobody from any of the
twenties seasons are in it.
Speaker 7 (46:08):
I mean, as somebody who was playing out of watching
every season before fifty and now it finds out he
doesn't have to watch like half, I'm pretty happy.
Speaker 2 (46:16):
Well, it's just because I felt like, if it was
supposed to be like this, it's weird, this celebration of
all of it, and then to skip an entire ten seasons. Yeah,
here's a little weird.
Speaker 3 (46:29):
Here's my I guess Devil's advocate. We got a lot
of returning players in the twenties.
Speaker 2 (46:36):
Okay, and yeah I had to delay that.
Speaker 3 (46:38):
People like Ozzy and stuff, they did play in the twenties.
It's just it was a returning season for them.
Speaker 2 (46:44):
Well then there we go. I feel much better about
it now, but having three but.
Speaker 7 (46:50):
Unforgetting it, I mean, unless it's so clear, it's so
clear that Jeff and co.
Speaker 1 (46:58):
Are way higher on it than.
Speaker 7 (47:01):
The average Survivor viewer, like you just did what they
have said about that they were doing ayahuasca and and then.
Speaker 2 (47:07):
All sudden.
Speaker 1 (47:11):
About the war.
Speaker 6 (47:13):
Yeah, I have three players come back from forty eight man,
hey put Carolyn on the show?
Speaker 2 (47:20):
Oh wait what what what did you Traders?
Speaker 1 (47:23):
Oh?
Speaker 6 (47:23):
No, never mind?
Speaker 2 (47:24):
So can we talk about the never mind? I'll talk
about that later. I also two of the returning god sorry,
no brother, no brother, you go. Two of the returning
players also did Traders the same like one of the
same seasons as Carolyn. I don't think that was why.
I just don't think Carolyn's as popular as everybody thinks
she is. I don't know.
Speaker 6 (47:41):
I just think you're drinking the Jeff Probes Carolyn hate
kool Aid?
Speaker 3 (47:44):
Chase, Yeah, brother, If Jeff Probe says it, it's fact brother,
the Father, the Son, and the Holy Probes, I'm drinking
the kool.
Speaker 2 (47:51):
Aid and is.
Speaker 1 (47:54):
To play Devil's advocate.
Speaker 7 (47:55):
To what Jonathan said, though, I have talked to a
couple of people that were diehard survivor fans that have
kind of given up during the New Era that we're
intrigued by fifty and after seeing that it's a fifty
to fifty split, and a lot of people that they
have bringing back are people that have played multiple times.
They're no longer interested in fifty, and so I think
(48:16):
you might lose a lot of the people that have
maybe given up on Survivor because for various reasons, and
they see that there's twelve people from the last few
seasons and go ah, I'm not interesting.
Speaker 2 (48:27):
Yeah, but let's be real. A lot of times people
say I'm not watching that, and then the curiosity happens. Yeah,
and we got to end up watching it anyway.
Speaker 11 (48:37):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (48:37):
That was my big thing.
Speaker 3 (48:38):
Is like, you know, they we we had winners at
war five years ago, ten seasons ago, and that's kind
of the classic, like, hey you this is all the
winners that we could fit. I forgot about them, and
so you know, it's only been five years, it's ten
seasons later. I understand wanting to be a celebration of
every era, but we also need to create new stars.
(49:02):
You know, a lot of these Survivor legends were not
popular or as popular as they become until their second.
Speaker 2 (49:09):
Or third time playing.
Speaker 3 (49:10):
So we got to bring people back. And that's why
Joe Man, he's going to be the stars fifty.
Speaker 6 (49:16):
There were a couple of snubs like Sean should have
been on this season.
Speaker 2 (49:21):
Absolutely for sure, for sure. Although there are people that
I'm really excited to see though. Charlie was one of
them that I was extremely excited they brought back, and
then Aubrey.
Speaker 3 (49:33):
I was really excited about all three players from David
and Goliath too.
Speaker 2 (49:37):
I believe I was very excited to see what she
does in the second season. And you know who I
care very little about.
Speaker 3 (49:44):
D Yeah yeah, PPD, yeah BD.
Speaker 1 (49:49):
Whatever.
Speaker 6 (49:49):
Like you guys hate a strong, outspoken Puerto Rican woman,
That's fine.
Speaker 2 (49:56):
You were shooting us down left and right and I
was shooting I'm left and right. Well, yeah, what's up
with this bad attitude? Is everything? Okay?
Speaker 6 (50:08):
I'm defend great dude. I mean, D's the greatest player
ever and sometimes people don't realize it. But that doesn't
bother me that much. You know, I'll just keep preaching
the do me just.
Speaker 2 (50:17):
Ask you this, PD. Have you do you like milk?
I do like you talk?
Speaker 1 (50:25):
How often do you drink milk?
Speaker 6 (50:26):
I like to drink almond milk at a forty five
degree angle? Man, Okay, David's good Chase didn't listen to
our last show obviously.
Speaker 7 (50:36):
No.
Speaker 2 (50:36):
If I'm not on.
Speaker 7 (50:37):
It listening, all I'm gonna say is is somebody who
drinks more milk than most grown men do.
Speaker 2 (50:45):
I'm with you, brand, Why are you all drinking milk?
Speaker 1 (50:48):
Brother?
Speaker 11 (50:50):
It's great, It's great. Why I love? I love milk.
I love I love the beverage. Is it the taste
that you enjoy? I think it's yeah? And you know
other like what milk? What milky rockets?
Speaker 1 (51:02):
So I will like this is showing my age a
little bit.
Speaker 2 (51:05):
But I gotta go care.
Speaker 1 (51:06):
I gotta go fair life because I got I'm smooth.
Speaker 2 (51:10):
I am.
Speaker 7 (51:12):
Totally lactose in tolerant, and like I I don't care,
Like I there's so much in life where I'm just
like whatever, you know, Like I'm still gonna eat pizza
and just deal with it, right, Like I know that
I'm gonna it's I'm gonna pay for it, and.
Speaker 1 (51:25):
I'm okay with that.
Speaker 7 (51:26):
But with the amount of milk that I drink, Chase,
and I need you to stop looking at me like this,
he's judges With the amount of milk that I drink,
it just it was doing a number on me and
so I had to I had to switch to fair life,
which I can't really tell a different.
Speaker 2 (51:42):
I'm gonna tell you right now, only human beings. What
what percentage of the population is lactose intolerant?
Speaker 3 (51:48):
How bad does it get before a lot of people
start thinking, Hey, maybe we're not supposed to be drinking this.
Speaker 2 (51:53):
Yeah, if everyone's.
Speaker 3 (51:55):
Allergic to it, I'm gonna start wearing poison ivy jackets
and be like, yeah, it really irritates me, but I
power through it.
Speaker 6 (52:02):
I'm not allergic to poison ivy, so shut Anyways, he
had a dominant alliance and see. The key to her
taking it all the way to the end but still
winning at final tribal was that she was able to
really she's able to bring in a lot of different
people at different times.
Speaker 2 (52:16):
Hey, Brian, can I let you know something, I'm a
whole milk man milk before Austin drew.
Speaker 7 (52:32):
D You're about to hear some ads that helped keep
the lights on here in the old studio.
Speaker 1 (52:41):
Thanks for listening, or don't listen.
Speaker 2 (52:43):
It's really up to you at this point. It is
at the end of the show. I mean, you're listening
to me, Hi, But here they come. I promised her
coming yep here they are happy day,
