How to make a Chocolate Orange Bundt Cake.Episode 16.Cooking and Baking Show.Subscribe, Like, Comment, and Share.Ingredients + Recipe: Chocolate Orange Bundt Cake2-1/2 C AP Flour3/4 C unsweetened Cocoa powder1 tspn baking soda1 tspn kosher salt1/2 tspn ground cinnamon1 C butter, room temp2 C granulated sugar4 large eggs1 tspn vanilla extract1-1/4 C fresh squeezed orange juice2 tblspns freshly grated orange zestPreheat oven to 325’. Generously spray 10 cup Bundy pan with nonstick baking spray w/flour. Set aside.In a large bowl whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon until well combined.In a stand mixed cream butter and sugar together, 3-4 minutes. Scrape sides down then add eggs one at a time and beat well together. Add the vanilla then add the flour mixture in 3 separate batches, alternating with orange juice. Fold in the orange zest.Pour batter in prepared Bundy pan, lightly bang on counter to release air bubbles.
