This Crockpot Pulled Pork is melt-in-your-mouth good and couldn’t be easier to make! Just rub your pork loin with a sweet-and-smoky seasoning blend, throw it in the slow cooker with apple cider vinegar and broth, and let it do its thing. In 4 hours, you’ll have the juiciest pulled pork sandwiches ready to serve.📝 Ingredients:3–4 lb boneless pork loin½ cup low-sodium chicken broth⅓ cup apple cider vinegar¼ cup packed brown sugarSeasonings: kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ground mustard, cumin, black pepper, cayenne8 soft sandwich rolls👩‍🍳 Directions:Trim excess fat from pork loin.Mix all dry seasonings + brown sugar and rub over pork.Place in crockpot, add broth & vinegar.Cook on high for 4 hours.Shred pork, scoop onto rolls, and serve hot!💬 What’s your favorite side to go with pulled pork?
