Dimitri has been a source of great joy in my life as I have woken up to how my brothers and sisters of color feel as they move through an unfair world. We served on the Denver Diversity Exploration Team for a couple of years, where we began enjoying fellowship in which we can discuss nearly anything. Dimitri set this time up, though, to interview me... about being hearing impaired and how that has affected my life. I so enjoyed "flipping the script" and letting her lead for an episode.
