Today, Dorian is the Head of Global Demand Generation at SmartRecruiters, whose mission is to connect people to jobs at scale. Prior to SmartRecruiters, Dorian worked at Terminal, where he played a major role in building out the demand and expansion strategy, helping build remote engineering teams for hypergrowth businesses.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UCLA and a Masters' Degree in Communications Management & Technology from NYU.
