Welcome back to the ManifestDifferently podcast.
So today we're going to bediving into something that's
been on my heart how to holdyour light, your vision and your
power during chaotic times.
We're living through a pivotalmoment in history.
There's a shift happening, onethat feels overwhelming on the

surface, but underneath itthere's hope, there's a sense of
calm and knowing that somethingbigger and better is on the
horizon if we choose to focus onit Now.
What's happening right now isn'tjust a political or cultural
battle.
This is an energetic war, andthose who thrive on fear and

(01:15):
division know exactly whatthey're doing.
They feed off of our energy,especially when we're reacting
in fear, anger or despair.
So today I want to talk abouthow to hold the vision of what
we want, elevate the vibe andstay out of the traps that drain
our energy.
Let's set our intention forthis episode.
I choose to focus on what Iwant to see in the world.

I am a powerful creator and myenergy makes a difference.
Can you hold that intention?
I thought so.
So, before we dive in, let'stake a moment to reset, close
your eyes, if you're in a safespace, and take a deep breath in
and exhale slowly and exhaleslowly.

(02:08):
Imagine all the noise, thesocial media, fear, chaos
draining out of your body likestatic electricity.
Breathe in calm, clarity andhope.
Hold it and exhale, lettingyour energy expand like a bright

(02:32):
light.
You are safe, you are powerful.
So let's begin.
Let's talk about what's reallyhappening right now.
On the surface, it looks likechaos, right.
Social media shutdowns withTikTok.
It looks like chaos, right.
Social media shutdowns withTikTok, censorship happening
once it came back up, politicaldivision and a barrage of
fear-based news.
It's very easy to feeloverwhelmed or powerless, but

(02:55):
this isn't just about politicsor platforms.
This is an energetic war, andfear is the weapon.
The more fear they can generate, whether it's through
controlling narratives, creatingdivision or amplifying chaos,
the more energy they collect.
Even when we're resisting them,if we're consumed by fear or

(03:16):
anger, we're still feeding thesystem.
We're still feeding their power.
So, with that in mind, then,how do we fight back?
Not by resisting harder,obviously, or screaming louder,
but we win by stepping into ourlight and focusing on what we do
want.
This is about holding thevision of justice, equality and

(03:38):
peace, even when the world feelsdark.
Now I want to share somethingpersonal with you.
After the election results camein, I noticed something
surprising.
When I saw the news, I feltcalm, definitely different from
what it felt like in 2016.

(03:58):
There was no panic, no fear,just a deep sense of peace.
It felt kind of like a quietreminder from the universe that
something bigger is unfolding,trust the process.
I've never felt that calmbefore, at least not like that.
Even as the surface level chaoscontinues, I have maintained
that level of calm right, andit's not that I'm ignoring

(04:21):
reality, it's that I'm choosingto anchor to a higher frequency
and I think many of you havefelt this too.
On TikTok, for instance, many ofus are calling it the 4am club,
like where we woke up at thesame time.
We knew something had shifted,but we knew what we had to lock
in on.
The calm is really a sign ofalignment.
It's a reminder that even whenthe world is loud, we can stay

(04:45):
connected to our inner knowingand our vision.
And that's continued for me.
That's continued from themoment I had that weird wake up
all night long, like I wasthinking about it all night long
and woke up and it was justlike something had shifted and I
didn't even bother looking atmy phone.
But this kind of energy is whatwe need right now.
We need to cultivate it.

(05:05):
We need to hold the calm, thepeace and the vision, and when
we do, we become immune to thechaos around us.
We stop feeding the fear.
So here's the thing Focusing onwhat you're afraid of only
gives it more power, and whenyou're consumed by thoughts like
I don't want this or this can'tbe happening, you're still

(05:25):
directing your energy towardthat outcome.
You're amplifying what youdon't want.
As Abraham Hicks calls it,you're focusing on the wrong end
of the stick, but when youshift your focus, when you
visualize what you do want, youreclaim your power.
You no longer are feeding thesystem that thrives on fear.
Instead, you're creating a newreality.

(05:47):
This doesn't mean ignoring theworld, though, or pretending
that everything's fine.
It means choosing your focusintentionally.
If your intuition tells you totake practical steps like
connecting with your localcommunity, learning new
platforms or protecting yourdigital presence, of course do
it, but do it from a place ofempowerment, not fear.

(06:07):
There's a difference, like forme.
I left meta, and I did it froma place of empowerment.
I did it from a place of ohhell, no, I'm not going back
there, okay, and it wasn't fear.
It wasn't like, oh no, oh no,they're gonna come chase me down
.
It was hell.
No, I'm no longer supportingyou and your craziness.
Right, remember, you're a lightworker, your energy is powerful

(06:30):
and they know that.
And the more of us who hold thevision, the faster we can tip
the scales.
Okay, it's so important.
This is no different from anyother manifestation that we're
trying to call in.
When we want something, we haveto lock it in, knowing it's
ours.
The answer is already yes, butwe can't allow resistance or

(06:51):
other things to deviate us fromthe course.
We otherwise it's not locked inright.
We've opened up ourself from aparticle back up into a wave,
allowing other BS to shift andchange our direction.
We are not going to do that.
We're going to stand in ourpower and know this is the

(07:12):
direction we're going right.
So here's some tools, somepractical tools I want to give
you to be able to help you stayaligned and out of fear during
this time, because I know manyof us, especially on TikTok and
other platforms, we're askingthe question how do we stay
aligned, how do like, what do weeven do, if our elected
officials aren't standing up?

(07:33):
Well, here's what we can do.
Okay.
Tip one daily visualizationpractices.
It might sound simple, it mightsound like duh, carissa, but
hear me out.
I want you to spend 10 minutesevery morning visualizing the
world you want to see.
Okay, imagine justice, equalityand peace.
Feel it as if it's already real.

(07:55):
This isn't just aboutdaydreaming, it's manifesting on
a collective level.
I would even take it so far aslike, let's all pick a time of
the day to do it at the sametime, where we're all doing it
together.
Okay, I don't know what thatlooks like.
I don't know how we'dcoordinate it.

There's so many ways we can dothis collectively and it would

(08:19):
be powerful.
Okay, lynn McTaggart, in herpower of eight, talked about
this, and it only takes eightpeople to truly amplify
collective energetic system.
So let's do it on a much biggerlevel.
Let's do it so.
Tip two affirmations for focusand strength.
I love affirmations because ithelps me to remember that I have

(08:41):
a choice.
In the past, I wasn't always ahuge fan of affirmations, but I
get it now.
I love how it can tweak andshift my thinking, especially if
I allow fear to creep in, okay,so if you are allowing fear to
creep in or if it crops up andyou need to refocus and shift,
here are some examples I wantyou to think about.

(09:01):
Number one I hold the vision ofa better world Like it's yours.
It's actually yours.
Hold that vision, hold the line.
Yeah.
Number two my energycontributes to collective peace
and justice.
And the caveat there.
When you think that one, myenergy contributes to collective
peace and justice.
And the caveat there when youthink that one my energy

(09:22):
contributes to collective peaceand justice, it means you're not
contributing to the fear anddisruption.
Yeah.
Number three I am calm,powerful and aligned.
This one centers you into yourpurpose.
It centers you into your energy, puts you back into your power.
All right.
Tip three energetic protection.

(09:45):
Now, when you're doing yourmeditations in the morning, you
can do this alongside it, butimagine yourself surrounded like
by a shield of light.
White light works really wellbecause it's so pure, but
imagine it repelling negativity,keeping your energy intact.
You can also do this where youcall any energy that you have

(10:05):
knowingly or unknowinglydispersed throughout the day, or
the weeks, months, years,whatever.
Call all of your energy backacross all timelines, across all
universes whatever feels goodto you, call it back, put it in
your shield of light and do itanytime you feel drained or
overwhelmed, but definitely,definitely right before you go

(10:26):
into meditation, especially likethe visualizations we were just
talking about.
All right, tip four I want youto seek out authentic
connections.
Visit platforms like Neptunewhen it's launched.
It's in process right now.
Blue Sky, substack and even,yes, red Note are creating
spaces for real conversations.

(10:46):
So when we connect with othersoutside the rhetoric, what we
realize is that we're not sodifferent.
These connections are a part ofthe revolution.
Is that we're not so different?
These connections are a part ofthe revolution.
This is what they don't wantyou to know.
We are all one.
We are all the same.
We all want the same thing.
We're just being told what tothink.

(11:07):
We're being told what to see.
Go see it for yourself.
All right.
Tip five limit fear-based media.
Be mindful of what you consume.
Choose content that uplifts youand empowers you, not content
that feeds fear and division.
Okay, your energy is important,so put your energy and power

(11:29):
into what feels good.
If you are a news person, getoff of legacy news right now,
because you're being fedpropaganda.
Okay, start looking for news inbetter places.
Look in sources like onSubstack.
You're going to find non-biasednews places there.
You'll have to do your ownresearch to find where those
people are and who they are, butyou can find some very good

(11:52):
news on Substack.
Okay, tip six take alignedaction, whether it's joining a
local group, volunteering orsharing your voice on new
platforms.
Small actions create bigripples, so do what feels
aligned with your values in thereal world too.
Even if this is an energeticwar, you still have to feel

(12:14):
connected, and we are socialbeings.
Right.
This is why social media is thenew place of the war zone.
We are social beings lookingfor our connection, our place in
this world, and they areactively attacking those places.
However, we are resilient, weare powerful.

(12:35):
We can manifest new platforms.
We can manifest new ways toconnect.
We will always use the law ofattraction to our benefit.
So don't fear.
All right, here's your quicktakeaway for today.
Remember, you have a choice.
You can choose to focus on fearand chaos, or you can focus on

the vision of what you want.
Spend the next 24 hoursintentionally redirecting your
thoughts Whenever fear creeps in.
Pause, breathe and ask yourselfwhat do I want instead, then
take one small step to amplifythat vision.
