Carissa Andrews (00:07):
Welcome to
Manifest Differently, the
podcast for neurodivergentthinkers and anyone looking to
approach manifestation in a waythat truly works for them.
I'm your host, carissa Andrews, here to explore the science,
energy and strategies that willhelp you create the life you
love.
Let's dive in and ManifestDifferently.
(00:33):
Welcome back to ManifestDifferently.
I am your host, carissa Andrews, author, ceo and neurodivergent
manifester.
So today we're diving into thefascinating intersection of
science and manifestation.
And now to me.
There's a lot of differentintersections of science and
manifestation, but this one isgoing to be all about how your
(00:54):
mindset, energy and nervoussystem impact your ability to
manifest, especially as aneurodivergent individual.
So get ready for a deep diveinto the how behind the magic.
My intention today for thisepisode is to help you to see
manifestation as a grounded, repeatable process that works in
harmony with your uniqueneurodivergent brain and biology
(01:17):
.
Actually, it works withanybody's unique brain, but you
get the point right.
Manifestation is also notwoo-woo.
At least it's not only woo-woo.
It's science and energy workingtogether in alignment with who
you are.
So it's very important that weget clear on who we are and what
it is we're trying to call in,because if we don't, then there
(01:39):
are things that can go a littlebit sideways until we're very
clear right Now.
Later I'm going to be sharing asimple but powerful exercise
that can go a little bitsideways until we're very clear
right Now.
Later I'm going to be sharing asimple but powerful exercise
that can shift your energy andreprogram your nervous system
quickly so that you can alignwith your desires, designed
specifically to work forneurodivergent thinkers.
So stay tuned.
Now, before we get going, let'stake a moment to center
(02:02):
ourselves and ground into thisepisode.
If you know me, you know atthis point in time, I like to
make sure that we arerelinquishing all the nervous
energy, a lot of the momentum ofthe day, for just a minute,
because it's important if wewant to hear the messages that
are meant for us to be presentenough to be in this moment.
(02:23):
Okay, so here's what I want youto do I want you to inhale for
four counts and then hold forfour counts and then exhale for
six.
Okay, and when you're doingthis, I want you to imagine
breathing in light like lightparticles I always see like
little, like flecks of light, kind of shimmering and then
exhale any tension or anystagnant energy.
(02:44):
Can you do that?
Okay?
So place your hand on yourheart and feel it beating, and
then I want you to breathe indeeply into that space for four
One, two, three, four.
Now hold for four counts One,two three, four, and now exhale
(03:08):
for six.
One, two, three, four, five,six.
So imagine a warm, glowinglight expanding with each of
these breaths.
Okay, glowing light expandingwith each of these breaths.
(03:30):
Okay, let's do it one more time.
Inhale for four one, two, three, four.
Hold for four one, two, three, four and exhale for six one, two
, three.
Exhale for six one, two, three, four, five, six.
If this breathing feelsoverwhelming at any time, or
(03:52):
like if you're driving orsomething, obviously try a
tactile grounding techniqueinstead, like gently tapping
your fingers together or rubbingyour palms to center yourself,
because that will help bring youinto your body and just kind of
lower the volume of all thethings outside of yourself.
So feel free to give that a trynext time as well.
(04:12):
The last thing I want you to dokeep your hand on your heart
and just remind yourself you aresafe, you are grounded and
you're ready to receive, and Ithink that safety thing is a
really big component, right?
So many of us, as we'remanifesting, we're doing it to
get that level of relief, andrelief typically stems to the
(04:35):
need to feel safe or secure.
And so just remind yourselfright now you are safe.
You are safe from all thethings that are worrying you.
They have no power here in yourmind.
Right now you are completelysafe.
All right, let's talk about therole of mindset before we get
(04:57):
into, like nervous systemregulation, all those things.
So your conscious mind sets agoal, right?
So you decide you wantsomething, you want to manifest
something, but your subconsciousmind is the engine that drives
you there.
So if, for example, yoursubconscious beliefs don't align
with your desires, yourmanifestations can stall.
(05:19):
And so you can see this interms of like when you
procrastinate.
And so you can see this interms of like when you
procrastinate, when things feeloverwhelming and you have
executive dysfunction.
When those sorts of things aregoing on, there's a disconnect
between what you want and whatyou think you can do, manage,
have all the things.
So if you repeatedly tellyourself, for example, I'm not
(05:41):
good enough, your brain wirestogether, to believe that
Neurons that fire together wiretogether.
But when you consciously affirmI'm capable and back it up with
action, you can actually rewirethose pathways.
Now, if you've ever read JoeDispenza's Breaking the Habit of
being Yourself, he talks aboutthis in that book, where he
talks about how you know if youhave a personality rooted in
(06:05):
some sort of emotion and itpaints your entire life and
you're deciding to be adifferent person, a person who
is, let's say, let's give theexample of lack.
Lack seems to be a big one thatI think a lot of people,
especially in the United States, are dealing with, when lack
permeates your reality, whetherit be lack of money, lack of
love, lack of support.
Lack of love, lack of support, lack of opportunities, lack of
(06:32):
synchronicities, lack ofwhatever.
Everything becomes painted bythis term of lack.
And so if you want to becomethe person that manifests easily
, that sees the world as magical, that has all sorts of
synchronicities andopportunities being drawn to
them, you have to relinquishthat personality of lack.
And now in Joe Dispenza's bookhe talks about, through his
meditation process, how you canchoose that emotion, right?
(06:55):
So, whether it be lack, let'suse that example again.
And when you're doing themeditation you call that up into
your meditation.
That that's the emotion, that'sthe way of thinking that you
want to relinquish.
And then he gives you a coupleof examples of how, like, let's
say, your day you wake up andyou're in your shower and that
old, familiar feeling startscropping back up.
(07:16):
What you're going to do isnotice it and say the word
change.
And because when you're in thatpattern disruption, of not
allowing the thoughts to gainmomentum of how you would
normally think you have nowrewired your brain, you are
shifting away from those oldpatterns that are very familiar,
probably very concrete.
You've thought those thoughtsover and over again.
(07:38):
They have like a highway, superhighway of like momentum, right
, and we don't want thoseanymore.
And so what it takes is thepattern disruption, even just a
little bit, to be able to helpyou to let go of that version of
thinking.
It helps you to let go andstart moving toward a place of
empowerment and becoming thatnewer version of yourself, the
(08:01):
one that you want to become.
So if you want to become theabundant person, the one that
sees opportunities and the worldas magical, you have to catch
yourself in those moments whereyou're thinking it's not right.
So if you repeatedly tellyourself the thoughts that you
want to think and let go of theones that you are not wanting to
think, what happens is thoseneural pathways start to shrivel
(08:22):
that you don't want, and theones that you are now
strengthening will grow andbecome your dominant thoughts.
Overthinking or self-doubt cansometimes really feel like
roadblocks, but they're justsignals from your brain trying
to protect you right?
What makes neuroplasticity soamazing for neurodivergent
thinkers is that it thrives onrepetition and structure.
(08:43):
So if you find yourself caughtin a loop of overthinking and
it's in a direction that youdon't really want, you can still
use that natural tendency as astrength by redirecting your
thoughts to empowering ones.
So, for example, create amantra like I am completely
abundant and creative, andrepeat it in moments of doubt,
(09:04):
or even set reminders on yourphone to reinforce it throughout
the day.
One of the things that I foundreally powerful as well is that
when those doubtful thoughtscome up, I just ask the question
like does this have to be true?
Is this ultimately true?
Like am I never going to havesupport in my life?
Do I?
Have I never had friends whoare there for me?
(09:26):
You know, is it has it alwaysbeen hard to manifest money, for
instance?
Like, whatever those lackthoughts would be, you pause and
just ask yourself that questionLike is it really true?
And then you start to think thethoughts of it being opposite
and then reframe it and go.
You know what?
No, I am.
I am a powerful manifester.
(09:46):
I do have people who care, I dohave situations where things
are very easy and I can continueto do this on my own right.
So for years I know I used tobelieve that success as a
creator was only for people whohad endless energy and could
hustle 24 seven, especially inthat indie author sphere.
It just seemed like if youdidn't publish a book, like a
(10:07):
month, which is a very big thingit's still a big thing in the
indie sphere then you're notgoing to be successful, because
that's the only way to keep yourreaders engaged.
But as a neurodivergent, Ioften felt overwhelmed by that
narrative and it led me toburnout.
Because I don't think that way.
I don't like to do the sametype of work over and over again
.
I don't like to just only be inmy fictional worlds, like I
(10:32):
want to do all sorts ofdifferent things.
And one day I decided to justchallenge that belief.
Right, I started affirming tomyself like my success comes
from alignment, not exhaustion.
And I backed this up by takingsmall, aligned actions every day
, like setting clear boundariesand prioritizing rest and my
meditations.
And within months, not only didI feel more balanced which was
(10:53):
key, I mean I was.
I was starting my day kid younot at like 6.30 in the morning,
as soon as the kids were outthe door.
I was trying to work and itjust put me off of kilter, like
my.
My nervous system was so out ofwhack at that time to the point
where it's like now.
It's like I wake up every day.
I get the kids out the door.
That part hasn't changed.
But I sit down and I relax andI read for like an hour or two
(11:14):
in the morning and it's just somuch more in tune with how I
want to be, and opportunitiesnow flow more naturally.
And shifting that belief, Ithink, really allowed me to work
with my brain's unique rhythmsrather than against them, and
it's something that I take withme every single day now.
So very, very important.
(11:36):
Okay, so let's talk about energyand frequency when it comes to
this.
So manifestation is mindset, energy and frequency, and it's
also nervous system connection.
Manifestation is mindset, energy and frequency, and it's
also nervous system connection.
So, with energy and frequency, everything in the universe
vibrates at a frequency, evenyou, right?
So this is all quantum physics.
When your energy aligns withyour desires, manifestations
(11:58):
flow more easily.
It sounds normal, right, itsounds pretty easy.
It sounds like well duh, ofcourse, like if your energy is
aligned with your desire, law ofattraction says that it's going
to come to you, and what'sreally interesting about that is
that sometimes it's harder thanwe think, or we make it harder
than it should be, becausethoughts and emotions emit
(12:18):
frequencies, and high vibeemotions, like joy and gratitude
, align with abundance, whilelow vibe frequencies and low
vibe emotions, like fear anddoubt, will block it or slow it
down For neurodivergent thinkers.
Sometimes, you know, emotionalregulation can feel harder
because of sensory or emotionaloverwhelm, and this is why small
(12:42):
, manageable shifts in energy, like finding the one thing that
you're really grateful for, cancreate some big momentum in your
life.
So when you're acting out oflove versus fear, for instance,
you are going to have so muchmore success and flow in your
life, and I'll give you anexample.
So, going back to what I wastalking about last week with
(13:05):
calling in my husband my nowhusband, colin, when that
happened, I was in the flow ofcomplete love and joy learning
to be an indie author.
I was talking on Twitter, I wasdoing blogs, I was sharing,
like, what I was learning aboutbeing an author.
I was asking questions, I wasinvolved with the community, we
(13:26):
were going back and forth.
It was so much fun.
There was so much joy incommunicating with people who
got me at that point in timeright.
There was just.
It was so like I remember.
The vibration of it was just sojoyous, and love was there too,
I guess because I loved what Iwas working on.
I loved the story I wascreating.
(13:47):
I loved all of it.
Like all of that stuff was justreally fun to me.
And what was really interestingis that, like I had people
coming over to like talk to meall the time.
I was very much engaged in thecommunity.
There was this flow.
I met Colin like he wasattracted into that space even
though I wasn't looking foranyone versus the energy of like
(14:11):
the way the indie sphere is nowwhere it's like the hustle and
the you got to publish reallyquickly.
You know you're the only way toearn money is to publish
another book really fast and ifyou don't publish really fast,
then people will forget aboutyou.
It's like that vibration is sostagnant and so constrictive and
it just feels like I don't fitin this place.
And so when you're operatingfrom that place, I mean and it's
(14:35):
not that I didn't find success,which obviously I have, I'm an
international bestselling author, I'm an award-winning author, I
teach other authors how to docertain things but it just was
not fulfilling to me the waythat it was in the beginning,
and part of that I wouldn't callit fear necessarily, but it's
more of this notion of I don'twant to do things like this this
(14:59):
is my inner autism is like no,this is not the way I want this
to work.
I want to be able to flow withhowever I want to flow.
I want to be able to shiftgears when I want to shift gears
.
If I want to work on, you know,a book cover, today, I want to
work on a book cover, not likejust write, because that's the
only thing I'm now capable ofdoing, and I don't like
repetition, at least not likethat, like it starts to drive me
(15:22):
a little bit batty.
And so I need I need variety tomake myself engaged and excited
about, like what's happening inlife, which it's that.
I don't know if that's the ADHDside, I think it maybe is, but
it's like.
I like my routine, but I alsolike the novelty of doing
something new.
It's, it's very strange, butthat is how I be, and I've
(15:44):
learned this about myself.
And so the energy of thosethings.
When you're in a place of fearof those things, when you're in
a place of fear, you operatedifferently, you create
differently, you show updifferently, like when I was
showing up doing that thing, whereas I thought I had to be
all things everywhere all atonce and work myself to the bone
.
I was earning way less forstarters, but then I was way
(16:08):
more stressed.
I wasn't paying attention to mykids or my spouse the way that
I probably should.
You know, like Colin's, likehello, are you still here?
Like we live in the same house.
But that's the case.
And there was this place whereyou just have to realize that
love gets to be more powerful.
Being aligned feels morepowerful.
That is where you want to bewhen you're manifesting, because
when you manifest from a placeof fear or lack, you are still
(16:32):
manifesting, but you're notmanifesting to your highest
capacity.
You're not manifesting the lifeof your dreams, you're
manifesting what you're afraidof.
Do you see what I'm saying?
Like, we're always in thisplace of like, bringing
something in, and if we wantsomething good, then we have to
be the conscious creators of it.
Okay, so that's where yourenergy comes into play here,
(16:53):
energy and frequency.
Now, your nervous system is thething that actually dictates all
of this, right?
So if your mind envision yourmind as like the electro part of
electromagnetism, so your mindsends out the signal, your
emotions bring back the signal.
Okay, and so when your emotionsare out of whack due to like
(17:13):
all the things that are going on, based off of the feelings that
are coming up.
Emotions bring back the signalOkay.
And so when your emotions areout of whack due to like all the
things that are going on, basedoff of the feelings that are
coming up, you either are inyour state of alignment or
you're going into, like, nervoussystem dysregulation.
So in that example ofauthorship, everything about the
(17:42):
way that indie authorship isset up right now is to set up
your nervous system intodysregulation.
Very few people can function inthat place in the way that it
appears to be set up and feelgood.
There's very few right, and sowhat ended up happening is it
triggers our nervous system intofight or flight, and when that
happens, your body is focused onsurvival, into fight or flight.
And when that happens, yourbody is focused on survival, not
creation.
And when you're in survival, you are looking for safety.
You are seeking security.
You are making sure that youare not going to die like that.
(18:03):
Where's the bear?
Like we don't want to die.
So that's not the place to becreating your best work.
It's not the place to beconnecting with others.
It's not the place to shareyour love or your abundance or
any of those things.
The state blocks your abilityto align with all of those
things.
Okay, so instead we want to beregulating our nervous system
(18:23):
and keeping ourselves into thisaligned place for ourselves.
It's very important.
So there's this thing calledpolyvagal theory and it was
developed by Dr Stephen Porges, and it explains how the vagus
nerve actually connects thebrain and the body, influencing
your stress response.
It describes three states ofthe nervous system the ventral
(18:45):
vagal state, which is calm andconnected.
The sympathetic state, which isfight or flight, and then the
dorsal vagal state, known asshutdown or freeze.
So understanding these threestates helps us to see how our
nervous system impactsmanifestation.
When you're in the ventralvagal state, you feel safe, you
feel aligned, which is ideal forcreating and manifesting,
(19:07):
because you're just in thisplace of complete safety and
security.
You're just in this place ofcomplete safety and security.
However, when you're stuck infight or flight or shutdown, it
blocks the process.
Right, it makes sense becauseif you're in any kind of
shutdown like what are you goingto do?
Regulating your nervous systemthen helps you to shift into the
ventral vagal state more easily.
(19:27):
So when you calm your nervoussystem, you're able to shift
from high beta brainwaves, whichis stress and all the things
that we're doing, to alpha ortheta brainwaves, where
creativity alignment happen.
It's often where we're going tobe meditating in and doing that
sort of stuff as well, in thealpha or theta brainwave state.
(19:47):
Now, one of the things I didtalk about on TikTok is there is
this curiosity in me that Iwonder if neurodivergence
operate typically in gamma or weshould be operating in gamma
brainwave state.
It's just a theory, it's justsomething that I'm playing
around with, because when we gointo stress we drop into high
(20:08):
beta, and the reason I wonderthis is because it seems like so
gamma is the brain wave stateof like, oneness, of true
alignment, of divineinterception, like
transcendental experiencesthrough meditation, like
sometimes we can go from thetainto gamma, like there's this
huge spike.
But there is this question likewe see autistics, like through
(20:30):
the telepathy tapes, forinstance, where nonverbal
autistics are communicatingtelepathically in a place that
seems impossible, and so justthings to be thinking about.
Anyway, off topic, it's fine, but for many of us, spending
more time in fight or flight dueto sensory sensitivities or
overwhelm means that we have tobe more conscious of our nervous
(20:54):
system and learning how toregulate our nervous system in a
way that works for our uniquesystems is really important.
It's such a key tomanifestation.
Now I did a whole podcastepisode over at the Author
Revolution podcast on thesympathetic and parasympathetic
nervous system, which isslightly different from the
polyvagal theory, but same kindof thing, right.
(21:16):
It really just kind of helps usto understand when we're in a
calm state versus the fight orflight.
So when we're trying to dogrounding practices, those sort
of things help us to get intoour, you know, parasympathetic
nervous system where we can justchill back out, and that is the
(21:38):
state of being calm, of beingable to relax and digestion and
all the things.
And so things like meditation Ido meditation every day, breath
work, which is why we do thatat the beginning of these
podcast episodes.
And then one of my favorites toget into a nervous system
regulated state is EFT tapping, and I think it works especially
(21:59):
well when it comes toneurodivergent thinkers.
And so we will talk about howto do EFT tapping and I'll give
you just like a small example ofit coming up here.
But just know that I'm gonnainclude a script with today's
podcast episode, so if you'dlike to download the script to
be able to do the tapping thatwe're going to talk about, or
(22:19):
like going to the deeper tappingscript, I want you to head over
to manifest differentlycomforward, slash three, and that
will give you the opportunity tobe able to download the script.
Okay, totally free, download it, give it a whirl, see what you
think of it and I think it'll bevery beneficial.
Okay, and it'll kind of tieback to that limiting belief of
(22:40):
lack.
So I think that'll be a goodplace to do it there, because I
think there's a lot of us whojust need to like release that
lack mentality.
Okay, so let's talk about somemanifestation tools that will
help you align mindset, energyand nervous system in a little
bit deeper way.
So the first one is reframingyour thoughts.
When you have a limiting belieflike I'm always broke, for
(23:01):
instance you reframe it into amore empowering one.
But it takes that moment ofrecognition right, that moment
of oh, there's that thing again.
I'm feeling that pit in thebottom of my stomach where it's
like I'm worried about money.
So change, do the thing thatJoe Dispenza talks about, change
and then instead talk aboutmoney, flows to me with ease.
Now you could write this downdaily for 21 days to rewire your
(23:25):
brain.
You could do the 5-5-5manifestation method which I
talk about in TikTok and I talkabout on Substack.
So if you want to learn moreabout those, head over to those
two places.
If it feels tedious, try sayingit out loud while looking in
the mirror or recording it onyour phone to listen to it
repeatedly.
That might help.
But I do find that there is amagic in writing it down, and
(23:50):
even if it's tedious, becausethat hand-eye coordination thing
rewires your brain in such apowerful way.
But, like I said, if it is tootedious or if it does start to
really bug you, there's someother options, like looking in
the mirror and saying it orrecording it to yourself and
just listening to it.
Okay, so tool number two to getyourself into aligned energy is
(24:11):
to visualize right.
So close your eyes and imaginea scene where your manifestation
has already come true.
I want you to see it.
I want you to feel it,especially feel it.
I want you to hear it.
What does the energy feel liketo you?
Like not just how do you feel, but what does the energy of the
vibe feel like?
Think of the way that I thinkabout this, when I'm trying to
(24:33):
feel the energy sometimes and itfeels hard is I think about,
like, the energy of a holidaythat I really enjoy, like it has
its own vibration.
Right, christmas has its ownvibration, or Halloween has its
own vibration.
So think about that energy ofit, like how would that feel if
it was already here?
What does your future self'slife look like?
Would that feel if it wasalready here?
(24:55):
What does your future self'slife look like?
So, if visualization feelsoverwhelming, try scripting it
instead.
Write it out right, like writeit out as if your desired life
has already happened.
Do it in present tense.
You could start it with like Iam so grateful that.
And write it out that way.
And if you're just completelystuck, one of the things that I
love to try doing is to tellChatGPT like say hey, chat, this
(25:17):
is where I'm trying to go.
I have this manifestation I'mtrying to call in.
I don't even know what it wouldlook like or feel like or what
I should be thinking or doing.
Can you help me write out likea day in the life of?
Can you help me write out likea day in the life of, in present
tense of what I'm doing, howI'm feeling now that that
(25:38):
manifestation is here, and letit give you some things to
ponder, because it'll triggeryour own imagination, because
sometimes, when we're in thoselower vibrations of lack and
we're not sure how to get there,we just need a little nudge
right.
It means that we're in a lowervibrational entry point and so
we just need to nudge ourselvesup the emotional scale, so to
speak, so that we can start tovisualize and understand it and
(26:00):
then get tuned into it and itwill probably trigger your own
imagination to be able to diginto it more.
And then you can ask chat torevise the day.
If you get those insights, whichis really powerful, then read
what it said, like every day forthe next 12 days.
Just read it out, read it toyourself and that's super cool.
Okay, so tapping like I said, nervous system regulation
(26:22):
through tapping is really cool.
So I'll probably end up doingan entire episode on EFT tapping
, but for the sake of thisparticular episode we've covered
an awful lot I just want you totap the side of your hand, so
kind of like two karate chops, right, two karate hands.
Tap the one side of your hand, whether it be the side of your
(26:44):
left hand or the side of theright hand, it really doesn't
matter.
Just tap your hands togetherand then say, even though I feel
stressed, I deeply andcompletely love and accept
myself.
And just keep doing that.
Even though I feel stressed oreven though I feel like I'm in a
sense of lack, I deeply andcompletely love and accept
myself.
And so what this does is itcalms that fight or flight
(27:07):
response.
It acknowledges when you arefeeling stressed or when you're
feeling that sense of lack, whatever it might be.
It helps you to like you can'tmove beyond an emotion unless
you acknowledge its existence, and so the whole point is to
acknowledge that it's there,acknowledge that that's what
you're feeling, instead oftrying to deny it, allowing it
(27:28):
to move through you, so that youcan get back into the place of
I still love and accept myselflike I am where I am.
This is going to change Nowwhen you go through a complete
EFT tapping script.
You're actually doing a lot oftapping points, and it's tapping
on acupuncture pressure pointsin the body, which does help you
to regulate your nervous system, and it gets you out of
(27:48):
executive dysfunction or sensoryoverwhelm.
Super, super cool, and so I willinclude a couple of scripts
maybe one for sure on lack intoday's podcast episode, like I
said.
So head over tomanifestdifferentlycom forward
slash three if you want todownload those scripts.
And the last one is gratitudeamplification.
(28:09):
This is the last tool becausesuper powerful.
When you're in a state ofgratitude or in a state of
appreciation, you are in theultimate energetic state of
receivership.
So if you're trying to manifestsomething into your life,
you've got to get into a placeof higher vibrations, of
trusting that receiving is yours, that it is your birthright.
So start or end your day bylisting out three things that
(28:33):
you are grateful or appreciativeof.
Okay, cause gratitude, like Isaid, shifts your energy into
abundance.
Now, one of the things I want.
I want to introduce just a tinylittle tweak.
There's not many people whothink about this the way I do,
although I do think I've heardAbraham Hicks talk about this.
Gratitude has always seemed alittle bit.
What's the word?
(28:53):
Fake.
I guess because I hear a lot ofpeople like, oh, write your
gratitude list every day and doall these things, and to me it's
like, well, that's great, butif you're not really feeling the
sense of gratitude, then you'rejust kind of writing down stuff
that you think you should begrateful for.
Where appreciation feelsdifferent?
(29:13):
And here's why, right, so I canappreciate my house, even
though it is still in a state ofremodel.
It's not perfect.
I still have places in thehouse that look like crap, that
need to be done, but they're notdone yet.
But I appreciate what is done,I appreciate its transformation.
My kids, like they're teenagers, and then I have a 10 year old.
(29:36):
They're not perfect, sometimesthey get on my nerves, but I
appreciate them, I can love themfor who they are.
I can see the things that arereally beneficial about them.
Right, my job it isn't to myideal place yet, but yet there
are so many elements that Iappreciate, and so it's much
(29:59):
easier for me to reach forappreciation.
And then, once you start toappreciate something, it
snowballs Like.
You can appreciate a lot ofdifferent things.
You can appreciate the lightcoming through the window, you
can appreciate that there's notthat much snow outside or that
it's sunny in the sky, insteadof being like foggy and yucky,
you can appreciate that there'selectricity in the house.
It's like all of a suddeneverything becomes easier to
(30:20):
appreciate.
So just think about that, andif keeping a gratitude journal
does feel hard, or talking aboutthings you appreciate really
honestly, you can just listen.
Just listen to others Like oneof my favorite things to do is
to listen to the rampages ofappreciation that Abraham Hicks
does.
There's so much good stuffthere that helps you to shift
(30:42):
out of where you're thinkingright now and into that higher
vibrational realms.
So so good, okay, okay.
So for this week, I want you tothink about these questions,
okay, okay.
So for this week, I want you tothink about these questions.
So these can be journal promptsor they can be just things to
ponder, because I think it'llhelp you get into a place where
you can shift your nervoussystem, you can shift your
(31:02):
energetics and get into a placeof manifesting easy Okay.
So question number one whatlimiting belief has been holding
you back and how can youreframe it?
Do you have any limitingbeliefs going on?
Anything that emotion-wise youare holding on to?
Is it permeating your life andwhat can you reframe it?
As Number two, what does itfeel like to live the life
(31:26):
you're manifesting?
Write it all down in thepresent tense, or have
Chachapiti do it for you, likewe talked about.
Write down the.
Write it all down in thepresent tense, or have
Chachapiti do it for you, likewe talked about.
One of the things that I love todo and have been practicing
doing lately is this notion ofwhen I'm starting my day, when
I'm doing my day.
As often as I can, no matterwhat I'm doing, I am thinking
about it as my future self.
(31:47):
So if I am pouring a cup ofcoffee for myself and making it
for myself, I'm thinking about, okay, my personal chef has
already made the coffee.
Like all I'm doing is grabbingit and going to sit down.
Or maybe I'm sitting downalready and my husband is
grabbing it.
Or if we're making breakfast,my personal chef is actually
doing I don't know why personalchef seems to be the thing that
(32:08):
I'm thinking about today, butI'm like dang it, I wish I had a
personal chef to make my lunch.
But you get my point.
Like, no matter what I'm doing,I'm thinking about what it
would be like or what would behappening at this particular
moment if I'm already in myideal life.
If I am writing my book, I'mthinking about how I'm
technically writing my next bookbecause this particular book
(32:30):
has become a New York Timesbestseller.
If I am doing a podcast for you, I'm thinking about how you are
listening to the previouspodcast and loving it so far,
and so, as I'm doing this nextone, you are going to love this
one too.
Like whatever it is that you'redoing throughout the day, be
thinking about what your nextlevel, 2.0 self is doing.
(32:50):
Okay, and then, lastly, whatsmall daily action can you take
to align your nervous systemwith your desires?
Does that mean letting go ofworking straight out the gate?
Does it mean taking some moretime off?
Does it mean trusting your ownnervous system?
Does it mean paying attentionto when you're feeling tight and
(33:13):
stressed out?
Does it mean doing EFT tapping?
Does it mean doing vagus nervestimulation?
Does it mean somatic exercises?
All these things are thingsthat will go more in depth, but
I'm just trying to give you aheads up of, like, different
things that can be done anddifferent things that we need to
be keeping in our awareness tobe done, and different things
(33:35):
that we need to be keeping inour awareness.
All right, guys, I want you tojust pause after this episode
just for a couple of minutes andjournal on those things that we
were talking about.
And if journaling isn't yourthing, it wasn't mine for a very
long time, although I havegotten much better and, like I
said, that, there's something tothat hand-eye coordination
thing that really concretizes itin my brain.
But try voice recording yourreflections or creating a mind
map instead, like whatever worksfor you.
(33:56):
Remember, this is about makingit your own and being able to
work with your own brain, and Iknow that obviously not all of
our brains work exactly the same.
So that's why I try to give youas many examples as I can and I
hope that they're as beneficialas possible.
Give you as many examples as Ican and I hope that they're as
beneficial as possible.
Okay, real quick, before we headout, let's just summarize the
key takeaways.
(34:17):
Okay, so manifestation Ibelieve it is a dance, really
honestly, between mindset, youremotional and personal
vibrational energy and yournervous system, and by rewiring
your thoughts, aligning yourenergy and calming your body,
you can really step into yourmanifestational power, and this
(34:38):
process is completely adaptablefor you, right For
neurodivergent thinkers, forthose of us who just want to try
things differently.
So I invite you to choose oneof the tools from today's
episode to try this week.
Small, consistent actions leadto big shifts, and if you want
to download the EFT tappingscript, definitely go over to
(35:01):
the show notes for today.
If you want to get thetranscript, go over to the show
notes for today.
So, like I said, it'smanifestdifferentlycom forward,
slash three and you can get theinformation to download
everything there.
So next week we're going to betackling a very important
question or very important topicwhen manifestation feels
(35:21):
impossible.
I'll be giving you my hardestlesson on how I overcame this
particular topic so that we canmake sure that we're moving in
the right direction and doingall the things that help us
align to our greatest purpose.
So remember, as we move on withthe day, as we go forth and do
(35:41):
all the things that we're goingto be doing, all the ways that
we are going to give our energyto the world and to those around
us, you are powerful, you arealigned and capable of creating
the life you desire.
So trust in the process andtrust in yourself, even when it
seems hard.
Even when it seems likeeverything is against you,
(36:04):
everything is still guiding youin the right direction, and
sometimes we have preconceivednotions of who we get to be or
who we should be, and we justhave to allow in new potentials.
If this episode resonated withyou this is episode three
(36:25):
already.
I can't believe it Share itwith a friend or leave a review
on your favorite podcastplatform.
I'd so appreciate it.
And don't forget to join theconversation on Substack or
TikTok so you can find me at allthe places.
I will make sure that they arein the show notes as well, or
you can just search ManifestDifferently on all of those
places and you should be able tofind me.
(36:45):
All right, guys, let's go.
Let's manifest differentlytogether.
