Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome back my loves .
Today let's talk about somehidden manifestation tips that
might change everything for you,the kind that you don't see
plastered all over social media, the ones that aren't in the
typical vision board andcrystals starter pack.
I am talking about the deeper, sneakier, more soulful shifts
that actually unlock yourdesires, the hidden keys that

(00:23):
make manifestation feel lesslike doing it right and more
like being who you truly are.
If you've been trying tomanifest your dream partner, the
next level income, some radianthealth or even just some more
daily joy, and it's not quitelanding, I promise you're not
broken, you're not a failure, you're not doing things wrong.
It's probably just because noone ever gave you these less
talked about but more seriously,life-changing manifesting tips.

(00:46):
So today I'm going to give youthree hidden manifesting tips
that can make your desires notjust possible but achievable for
real.
So grab your favorite drink, cozy up and let's get started.
So why do we even need hiddentips or secret tips?
And that's really because mostmanifestation advice skims the
surface.
It's really aesthetic, it'scurated, it's meant to fit into

(01:10):
very short video clips, shortform video and, yes,
affirmations and scripting andfeeling into your vibe and
energy can help.
But those are tools.
They're just tools, and withouta deep foundation, having tools
can really leave you spiralingand wondering why it hasn't
happened yet, or worse.

(01:32):
What I think is the worst thingthat can happen is what's wrong
with me.
So these hidden tips are reallyabout getting under the hood of
your energy.
They're about reclaiming yourpower in the most gentlest of
ways for your soul, and they arereal.
They go beyond the surfacelevel stuff.

(01:53):
The first one is that you don'thave to deserve it.
One of the biggest, sneakiestblocks in manifestation is that
you have to earn your desires, that you have to be more healed
or more spiritual, moreproductive or just better before
the universe says, okay, you'vedone enough, here's your
manifestation.
But, honey, the universe is notyour boss, it's not your parent

(02:14):
, it's not some mysticalgatekeeper with a clipboard
checking things off.
The universe is a mirror.
It responds to who you're being.
The universe is a mirror.
It responds to who you're being, not how much you've proven
yourself Deserving is ahuman-made metric.
Your desires aren't prizes thatyou win.
They're echoes of what yoursoul already knows is meant for

(02:38):
you.
Feeling like you need to deservecan show up in many different
ways.
It can show up in checklists orfeeling like you have to have
some kind of moral standard or Ihave to be the good person.
For I always say that you cantotally debunk that quickly if
you look at the assholes in theworld who have all the good
things that you actually want.

(02:59):
They run their own businesses, they have the freedom of their
time, they have the money to dothings that they want.
And for people to say moneydoesn't buy happiness, let me
just insert that money is thefrequency that makes our world
go round.
If you are not struggling topay your bills because you have
enough money to pay your billsso you don't have that stress,
then yes, money buys happinessbecause it's taking away a

(03:22):
stress that doesn't need to bethere so that you can be happy.
Does it buy all happiness andrelationships and all that stuff
?
No, what I'm saying to you ismoney alleviates stress or it
lets you experience things thatdo make you happy.
Maybe you want to go do yogawith goats, but that costs money

(03:44):
.
That is the frequency ofexchange in the world today, so
it can open up.
Happiness comes from the inside, but money alleviates external
factors and makes the realitymore conducive for you to
explore that happiness Deservingcan also feel like.
Maybe you assume, because thiswas me.

(04:06):
When we talking abouthuman-made metrics, I used to
give myself internal metrics ofwhy people deserved things more
than I did.
So I always tell the storyabout how, before I made five
figures a month that I don'twork for, I manifested parking
spots because I had to believe Icould deserve the parking spot.

(04:29):
One of the things that I usedto tell myself when I went to
the store was oh, I can't haveupfront parking because the
people who park up front, maybethey have kids or maybe it's
harder for them to walk, maybethey're in a hurry, and like, I
always made up this reason whysomebody else was more deserving
than I was of having upfrontparking, because, in my mind,

(04:51):
they deserved it more because ofand I made up stories in my
mind of why anybody but medeserve to park up front at the
grocery store, and it was basedon my ideas of them, you know,
needing it more, them being moreworthy.
That was the idea in my mindthis deserving, and I made up

(05:14):
human metrics as to why theydeserved more.
And then I realized not only didI do that with parking spaces,
I did that with everything in mylife, that other people
deserved it more.
Maybe they should have it more.
If they were suffering, I'drather them not to suffer and I
could just suffer.
It's okay, because they need itmore, and that went into

(05:35):
scarcity and that went intoworth and all kinds of things.
So instead of asking yourselfdo I deserve this, ask if you're
open to it.
Because I had to say I'm goingto be open to these parking
spaces unapologetically.
And when I was able to breakthrough in that portal, then all

(05:55):
these other portals opened upbecause I was dealing with the
root cause of deserving and Idecided when I did this that I
was going gonna teach myself tooutline exactly what I did
desire that I didn't have towait.
The spot was open.
You know how sometimes you waitfor people to back out.
I'm not patient enough to waitfor somebody to back out because
in my brain I could say well, Icould just park and walk up

(06:16):
there by the time they back out.
I'm a very efficient person.
So my parameters were theydon't have to back out like.
So my parameters were theydon't have to back out Like.
The spot is already open, it'swithin the first three.
It does not matter if it's abusy time, a busy store, the
mall.
I remember one time I went toIkea on a Saturday in the like
prime, you know, noon time frame, and I was a passenger.

(06:39):
My daughter was driving mebecause she had a bigger car for
what I needed to get Stillwithin the first three.
Because another parameter wasit doesn't matter if I'm the
driver or the passenger, we getupfront parking.
And so I made these parametersand I didn't put anything on
there about anybody else, I justsaid that's what I get, there

(06:59):
is enough for all.
So asking yourself if you'reopen to it and then allowing
that version of yourself toexist now, because I did have to
reprogram myself to say I'mopen to having an upfront
parking spot.
So this is a total permissionslip to stop micromanaging your

(07:21):
worthiness, because you'realready worthy period.
And if you have to start withsomething smaller, then start
there.
Because for me, I had to startand believe in a parking spot to
be able to expand into moremoney, more time freedom, more

(07:42):
decision-making in my life.
And many of us carry thesereally deep childhood
conditionings around earninglove and earning rewards.
And that's really what I wasdoing, right, I was saying well,
the person with kids has earnedthe spot, or the person who's
in a hurry has earned that spotmore than me right now.
I know it seems silly, but it'snot.

(08:02):
But it wasn't, it waseverything.
That was the portal.
So if you were taught toperform or to be good to receive
affection, then this pattern isgoing to bleed into your
manifestation.
Your desires aren't rewards,they're reflections, and you're
allowed to receive withoutjustification.
Now here is the second hiddentip, and that manifestation

(08:25):
loves safety.
No one talks about that enough.
More people are starting totalk about it, which I think is
a beautiful thing, and that'sthat your nervous system is the
backstage manager of yourmanifestations.
You might consciously want moremoney, more love, more freedom,
but if your nervous system seesthat as a threat too big, too

(08:46):
fast, too unfamiliar, it's goingto shut the door, not to punish
you but to protect you, becauseyou manifest 95% from the
subconscious mind, and thesubconscious mind does not care
about your abundance, it doesnot care about your happiness,
it does not care about any ofthat.
All it cares about is keepingyou safe.
Even if the familiar issomething you don't like, it's

(09:09):
something you don't want.
The subconscious says well, atleast it's predictable, so I
know it's safe.
It's just trying to keep yousafe.
That's its job.
I have an upcoming in-personevent where we work specifically
on this, because once again, you need to regulate that
nervous system into holding more.
And so I take my people throughgoing from wishful thinking

(09:35):
like possibility, like usingpossibility as the bridge to
your ultimate desires, so thatyour nervous system can keep up
and it doesn't completely shutdown.
Right, because we do have toget out of our comfort zones,
since our nervous system istrying to keep us safe, which
means the familiar, which meansthe same old, same old.
But if we push too hard, toofast, then it's going to shut

(09:58):
down, fight, flight, freeze,it's just going to give in on us
and we're going to stay stuck.
We're not going to be movingforward at all.
So I use possibility to thatbig desire and bridge so that we
can work our nervous systeminto the new without it shutting
down.
So we're going to do that aspart of the Harvest your Desires
event that's coming up inSeptember, because creating

(10:22):
safety does not mean pushingyourself into terror mode or
just do it scared.
It really means to gentlyexpand your capacity to hold
more.
So I want you to kind of thinkof this as like stretching into
a new yoga pose, instead offorcing yourself to do a split
on day one.
Right, you do it little bylittle.
I was a ballerina fun fact untilI was 24 years old and I

(10:46):
remember when I was in sixthgrade, working towards having
full on splits and every night Iwould work a little bit more
and a little bit more on mysplits, but it didn't happen in
one day.
That would just rip you apart, right, that's injury.
That will just keep you stuck, like if you get injured, you're
not making any progress.

(11:06):
You stuck Like if you getinjured, you're not making any
progress.
You just have to sit there.
So we do it slowly and stretchinto it slowly.
I mean, I got to a point whereI could bend so far into a
pretzel beyond the splits.
It was crazy, but it took slowpatience, and so I like to use
practices like breathwork.
I went to a full moon women'scircle last Thursday.

(11:27):
It was amazing.
It had breathwork in it.
We did some shaking it out.
I love self-soothing rituals.
It's just signaling the bodythat it's safe for expansion,
and I use a way to do that whenit comes to visualization,
vision boarding, scripting itcomes to visualization, vision

(11:52):
boarding, scripting there's away to infuse things into your
practices that allow you to takeyour nervous system along with
you so that you don't end up interror mode, so that you don't
end up breaking before you grow.
And this is why people feelmore at ease when manifesting,
when they're focused on nervoussystem healing, because you're
opening the door energeticallyand physically.

(12:15):
And the third hidden tip isthat your desires are
directional and they're notdeadlines, because we often
think of desires as finish lines, like when I have X, I'll
finally be happy and confidentand at peace.
But what if your desires arenot destinations, they're
invitations, because it's not anending.

(12:36):
When you shift into seeingdesires as directions instead of
deadlines, everything changes.
Because you release pressure, you stop measuring your worth by
whether or not something hasarrived yet you start asking who
am I becoming as I move towardsthis?
They are directional.
You always want more.

(12:57):
You know how they're like.
Oh well, people are neversatisfied.
And then you go into doubtingDo I want this?
Was I supposed to want this?
Maybe I wanted the wrong thingand that's not why I'm satisfied
.
That kind of thinking.
It's not that you're notsatisfied, it's that you're ever
growing and ever changing andthe more you experience, the
more you go and experience, because you were here to live

(13:19):
life.
You're not here to get to acertain point and stay there.
You're not here to get to apoint to say, oh, I have the
stable job and I have the houseand I have the XYZ that society
says I should have, and now I'mjust here.
They're not destinations, youdon't arrive.
They're invitations toexperience something new.
And then you get themanifestation and you experience

(13:42):
it.
And then there's anotherinvitation.
It's like going to a wholebunch of different parties.
There's no deadline, everythingchanges.
I remember when I thoughtstaying at a certain hotel was
chef's kiss, right, just aregular room.
It was sort of on the beach.
It's a resort I go to all thetime.

(14:02):
But I would stay in like theleast amount of room at this
resort because it was right onthe beach.
But I would stay in like theleast amount of room at this
resort because it was right onthe beach, love the beach, and I
would stay at this resort.
And it was like, you know, thetwo queen beds, just like the
normal room.
Well then one year my husbanddecided he was going to take us
and we were going to go on kindof like a little staycation.
We live in a big Metroplex areaso we don't have to go far to

(14:30):
feel like we've gone away and tohave a really great experience,
like we can literally go 45minutes down the road and feel
like we're in a completelydifferent place.
My husband decides we're gonnago stay on a canal.
It was gorgeous, and we'regonna stay in the presidential
suite and he booked it for us.
Um, I'll never, ever think theroom I stayed in at the resort
is what I want again, likebecause I experienced something

(14:51):
new.
So now I always tell him if wecan't afford the big suite, then
we can't afford the trip,because that's just what I
expect.
Now we must stay in a suite, hands down, that's it.
And ever since then we havestayed in suites because I had
that experience and it was aninvitation and I grew.

(15:12):
And I want to also let you knowthat, because your desires are
directional, they're notdeadlines or destinations like
you keep moving forward and Ithink a lot of times we
apologize or we try to stayhumble.
I'm like no, as long as I canstay.
No, I'm going to beunapologetic.
If I can't stay in a suite, I'mnot going.
If there's not a suite therefor me or I don't have the money

(15:33):
for said suite at said place atthe time, then the trip, then I
can't afford the trip.
This is no qualification for meto travel Period
Unapologetically Because I likeit, it feels good and I don't
want to go back and that is okay.
I think sometimes we think ifwe get to a certain place, then
that's the okay place, that, oh,every now and then to stay in a

(15:56):
suite is a treat, but I'm atthe okay place and I should stay
there.
No, like I stayed at the resort, I stayed on the beach, okay,
great.
Well, now when we go to theresort, it has to be a suite at
said resort Because we expand.
So don't expand and thencontract Because you feel like
you have to, or you have toapologize or it makes you a

(16:16):
better person.
Going back to hidden tip numberone of deservingness or earning
to get the thing, because we'vebeen programmed to be humble and
not to want certain thingsunapologetically, that we should
be.
So ever grateful if we getthese once-in-a-lifetime
opportunities and you got toexperience it once.

(16:38):
Don't be an asshole and a jerkand say that you know you can't
go backwards, that's so stuck up.
Be stuck up if that's what itis, if it makes you happy,
that's my thing, it makes mehappy, I don't want to go
backwards, I do not go backwards, I will not go backwards.
And many times we stay stuckbecause of that too, because we

(17:00):
feel like, oh, I only got thisonce.
That's a miracle mindset I madea whole other podcast about.
We don't manifest miracles, wemanifest lifestyles.
So just remember that desiresare like breadcrumbs, leading
you back to home, to yourself.
They show you the edges of yourgrowth, where you're ready to

(17:21):
soften, stretch and become.
When you stop holding them asultimatums and start holding
them as guidance, you become themagnet, because your energy
shifts from grasping to allowing, instead of making them a
deadline.
Had I stayed in the suite onetime, I would have thought well,
I met the deadline, that's allfor me.

(17:42):
No, we keep growing into it andit leads you to yourself For
myself.
I like things like that.
I don growing into it and itleads you to yourself For myself
.
I like things like that.
I don't travel often.
I'm not a big traveler.
It's not really my thing, I'm ahomebody.
But when I go, when I do decideto travel, since it's something
I don't really tend to do oh,I'm going to do it big and big

(18:06):
and big, and I make no apologiesfor that.
So I really want you to thinkabout, when you are journaling,
when you are scripting, whatwould the version of you who
already has the desire chooseand let your desires inform your
micro choices, how you dress, how you speak, how you hold
yourself Do that?

(18:28):
I want you to remember thatthese three manifesting tips
they may seem subtle, but theyreally, truly are energetic game
changers.
Does that make me like old?
Does it show my age when I saygame changers?
Because truly I mean they are.
I don't know what other wordyou would say.

(18:54):
Remember that you don't have todeserve it.
You have to allow it.
Make space for your system tofeel safe to receive, and let
your desires lead you, not limityou.
If there's one small thing thatyou can take away today, please
let it be this you don't haveto be more perfect or more
healed or more anything.
Start from now.
Start from you.
Your desires are closer thanyou think, not because you are
forcing them into place, butbecause you are finally allowing

(19:17):
yourself to live like they arealready on their way.
Come back to this episodewhenever you need a reminder
that manifestation isn't aboutproving, it's about becoming.
Keep going, keep growing andremember that you were made to
manifest to rearrange yourreality to match your desires.
