(00:00):
Here's how I manifested losing over 40 lbs and being the lowest
weight of my entire life. Welcome back to Manifest the
Best, where I help you manifest your best life.
I'm Kath Kyle and in this video I'm going to show you the four
steps that I took to manifest mydream body.
So let's get straight into it. Step number one is to determine
(00:24):
what you want. Now, I have always wanted to be
slim, and my weight had fluctuated up and down, up and
down, a roller coaster over my entire adult life.
Now, as most people do, I had always wanted to be slim.
Being slim was very important tome.
It was a big desire that I had my entire adult life.
(00:45):
But unfortunately my weight had fluctuated up and down, up and
down across my whole life. I often found it easy to lose
the weight, but then often regained it very, very quickly
after I'd lost it. So it wasn't hard for me to
determine what I wanted. I knew I wanted to be slim, but
I had already manifested being slim numerous times, so I knew I
(01:06):
had to manifest something slightly different this time.
And there was two things that I really wanted.
One is that I really wanted to keep the weight off, and I had
never really specified this before, so this is very
important. I want to be slim all the time,
not just slim once and regain itback again.
Knew that because I wanted to beconsistently slim, whatever
(01:28):
solution I found would have to be a solution for life and not
just a quick fix faddy diet. That was going to lose me the
weight and then I would going togive up on that diet and get fed
up and want to go back to what Iwanted to eat.
So I decided that I needed to find something that worked for
me, that was tailored to me. And the second thing I wanted
(01:50):
was something that I had never admitted to myself, and I had
never admitted to other people either because I didn't think it
sounded very good. But when you're manifesting
things, you have to get clear onwhat it is that you truly want.
So I'm going to say this, and you might not agree with it.
And I actually did change my mind on this desire, but I did
manifest it and changed my mind on it, which is perfectly fine.
(02:12):
But I decided that I wanted to be skinny.
And this is a bit controversial because not everybody wants to
be skinny. And I didn't want to be like
skinny, skinny in terms of looking frail and weak, but I
wanted to be skinny, skinny enough that people would tell me
that you are skinny. And I had never had that over my
(02:32):
entire life. Yes, I had been slim before, but
I'd never had anybody refer to me as skinny.
I'd had people compare me to other people and say, well,
they're skinny and you're, you know, stocky or muscular or big
boned or whatever it was that they wanted to say.
And I thought I just want to be skinny.
So I wanted to manifest skinny. And although I have changed my
(02:53):
mind on this now, this is what Iwanted at the time.
And it was pretty amazing because I actually manifested
being skinny and so many people were telling me that I looked
skinny and not only were they telling me that I was skinny,
but I was too skinny and I needed to gain weight.
And I was getting told this all the time.
And that made me really happy because it gave me a bit of
(03:16):
wiggle room because for the first time in my life, I I'd
manifested what I wanted. I had achieved my goal.
I felt absolutely incredible that I got down to the lowest
weight that I'd ever been. I was lower than I'd been as a
teenager and I was slim as a teenager.
And when I got to skinny, I kindof agreed with people, I thought
I don't want to be this low in weight, I want to be slightly
(03:40):
heavier. So for the first time in my life
I actually wanted to gain weight.
And gaining weight was no problem at all because I love my
food. But I did actually gain about
£14 from my lowest weight. And I'll put some pictures up on
the screen so you can see how skinny I was at my skinniest
weight. And although I did want to be
slightly heavier, I loved how itfelt to be skinny the first time
(04:02):
in my life I could run and just feel like my body was light as a
feather. Running felt so easy.
But I'm not really a runner, I'mmore of a weight trainer, so it
didn't really fit with my lifestyle.
I can understand you wanting to be skinny if you do marathon
running because carrying all that extra weight makes a big
difference. But I wanted to be muscular and
I wanted to be slightly heavier.I had no desire to run
(04:25):
marathons, do lots of running. It's not really my kind of
thing. So although my body felt really
good and light as a feather, I did want to gain a little bit of
weight, which I did. And interestingly enough, I
actually gained the weight whilewalking 20,000 steps a day.
So people who tell you so that you just need to do more
exercise to lose weight, it's not true.
So I had determined exactly whatI wanted and I wrote down the
(04:46):
exact weight I wanted to be. And then I moved on to step #2
which for a lot of people and meincluded, was actually harder
than I thought. So Step 2 is deciding that you
are definitely going to get whatyou wanted.
And this was a battle for me because I had all those same
thoughts that everybody usually has in the brain that says
things like, well, you can't lose the weight.
(05:09):
You can't ever be skinny. You're not a skinny person.
You're a muscular person. You're a stocky person.
You've got big bones. You're always going to struggle
with your weight. You can't control yourself.
You love your food, you can't stop eating.
You're hungry all the time. This is never going to work for
you. Yes, it works for all those
people who are naturally skinny and they naturally don't think
about eating food, but you thinkabout eating food all the time.
(05:31):
So this is never going to work for you.
And I had all these thoughts in my head saying it's not going to
work. It's not going to work.
But then what I started to do was think, well, who does this
work for consistently? What kind of person can I model
myself on? And I had a look, and I had a
look around at people who had lost weight and done it very
(05:51):
purposefully. And the kind of build that I
wanted to build from my body, the kind of muscular look that I
wanted. And they often had lost a lot of
weight and they'd been very overweight.
And they had told themselves similar thoughts.
And then they achieved it. And then I started thinking, why
not me? Why not me?
Why couldn't I do that? They've not got some magical
(06:13):
potion that I don't have. Weight loss is actually very
simple. You just need to eat less
calories than you burn. And we have all these thoughts
that tell us we can't do it, butit's actually very simple.
So if they managed to do it, whycan't I do it?
And I had always lost weight andgot down to a certain point, but
never got any further. And I wanted to get further.
I wanted to push myself further than I'd ever been in my entire
(06:36):
life. So just thinking that thought,
why not me? It just changed everything for
me. And I know it sounds really
simple to say, why not me? But why not you?
Why not you? You are no different to anybody
else. Yes, I know you might have
health problems and you might have mental health problems,
physical health problems that you think might restrict you
(06:56):
from doing this. But weight loss is really just a
series of problems that just need to be overcome one at a
time. So you solve one problem, you
start losing a bit of weight, and then another problem pops up
like I don't know where to eat socially.
I don't know what to eat socially.
I'm gaining weight when I'm going out to eat meals with my
family or I have lost a certain amount of weight.
(07:18):
Now I'm too hungry. And there's always problems that
have to be overcome, but people do overcome these problems.
You can find solutions to these problems, and I have found
solutions to all of these problems.
So believe me, if other people can do it, you can do it as
well. You might have more challenges
than the average person, but that doesn't need to stop you.
You can definitely do it. The thing that really helped me
(07:40):
decide that I could definitely do it was to just boil down how
simple weight loss really is. You just needed to eat less
calories than you burn. And it sounds really complicated
because how do I work that out? I don't know how to work that
out. But if you think about it, I
started watching these programmes on survivorship on
desert islands where people had very little to eat and they
(08:02):
always, always, always lost the weight.
There was people in there with mental health problems, physical
health problems, and everybody lost tonnes and tonnes of
weight. So if you put people in a
situation where they eat less calories than they burn, they
always lose weight. Regardless of what people might
tell you that it's impossible for some people, it's not for
everybody, every single person on this planet.
(08:24):
If you keep on eating less calories than you burn, your
body has to drop that weight. It doesn't matter about your
metabolism, It doesn't matter about your inflammation.
It's the law of physics. It will happen.
So when I decided it was definitely for me, because let's
face it, I had manifested everything else in my life.
So why on earth couldn't I manifest the weight loss?
(08:47):
Yes, weight loss is harder to manifest than some other things,
but in other ways, it's not really harder.
It's just a question of imagining it the same as
everything else. Remember that desires are
promises, and if you desire something, this is a promise to
yourself that you are going to have what you want because your
life has already happened. So if you have a desire, this is
(09:10):
a memory of what you've already had in your lifetime.
You wouldn't have that desire ifit wasn't possible for you to
have. And yes, some people have
desires that they're not ever really going to have because
society tells them that they should have things.
So every woman under the sun probably says I should lose
weight. But do they really, really,
truly want it? Or do they prefer to do what
(09:33):
they're currently doing, eating the food that they're currently
eating, And they maybe don't want it as much as they say they
want it. And maybe they haven't really
decided that definitely going toget it.
That's it. It's happening and nobody can
convince you out of it. This is the mindset you need to
have. So now we need to move on to
step #3 which is we need to get clear on the details.
(09:53):
So I need to get clear on the details of my weight loss.
And what does getting clear means?
It means you start using your imagination, you start creating
in your mind and you feel as if you've already got what you
wanted. So I, I felt as if I already had
what I wanted. I visualised myself at the
(10:13):
weight I wanted to be. And I didn't just do this
visually in my mind by creating a picture of what I wanted to
look like, which was quite easy because you can see pictures of
women all the time. And you think, oh, I'd love to
look like that. I'd love to look like that.
So every woman has a picture in their mind of what they want to
look like. That's the easy bit, but what is
the hard bit is making this real, making this a real
(10:35):
scenario, and this is what we have to do to manifest.
We have to create something called a reverse memory.
A reverse memory is creating a memory in your imagination of
something that's happened before.
It's actually happened in real life, and it has actually
happened, but you haven't experienced it in your physical
reality yet. So you have to create a memory
(10:56):
of it. And it's very difficult to
create a memory of a picture. What we actually need to do is
create something realistic that you can hold onto that's a few
seconds long. And this is what I like to do to
create my reverse memories. I find it easier to create an
auditory memory, basically something that you hear in your
imagination, rather than a visual memory.
(11:19):
So this is what I do. I imagine that somebody has told
me how skinny I look. And this is exactly what I did.
I imagined that people were telling me that I am too skinny.
I heard their voice in my mind saying, oh, well, done for
losing the weight, but you just look too skinny now.
And I think, oh, you said I lookskinny.
(11:40):
And then I would say to them, yeah, you might be right.
So I agreed with them. I agreed that I was skinny.
Not only did somebody else notice, but I also agreed that I
was skinny. And this ended up actually
happening in my physical realitynumerous times.
People who never commented on myweight, even though my weight
had gone up, down, up and down. Some people never seem to
(12:01):
comment on other people's weight.
They'd maybe just feel like they're going to insult you.
But this time everybody was commenting on my weight, saying
I looked too skinny, which was actually what I manifested.
And yes, maybe this, it wasn't the exact manification
manifestation that I might have wanted if I hadn't known how I
was going to feel being too skinny.
But it really helped me to get that weight off and get the last
(12:21):
bit of the weight loss, that last 10 or 14 lbs.
It is very, very difficult to shift.
And creating this reverse memoryis one of the hardest things in
manifestation for a lot of people.
So it really helps if you can have something tangible to
listen to that's actually a voice to listen to.
So what I've done to help you isI have created a free guided
(12:44):
visualisation, which is an auditory visualisation where I
tell you how amazing you look. And I've had so many people
saying how amazing this is and how it's helped with their
manifestation and how real it seems.
So click the link below and go and get my free weight loss
visualisation because it's goingto make all the difference for
(13:06):
you. And how many times do you need
to play it? You only really need to play it
once. As long as you're focused on it
and as long as you're actually feeling what it would actually
feel like, you really only need to play it once.
But if you find yourself a little bit distracted, maybe
play it once a week for a few weeks until this memory of this
reverse memory starts automatically popping into your
(13:26):
head. As soon as you start thinking,
oh, I want to lose the weight, the reverse memory pops into
your head thinking, I've alreadylost the weight because such and
such. Cath Kyle has told me that I
have lost the weight and she's told me how amazing I look.
So go and get that now. And the final step in your
weight loss manifestation is automatic action.
This is where the automatic unfolding takes place.
(13:49):
The automatic action is action that you are going to take
because most people don't get results in their life unless
they take action. It's not always true.
You don't always need to take some action, but you do in a way
because you need to receive the result that you want.
And this often requires action. So sometimes you do need to put
work in to get what you want andsometimes you don't.
(14:12):
With weight loss, some people dolose weight without perceiving
that they've taken any action. So they just naturally
automatically stop eating as many calories.
And this can happen for some people.
It didn't happen for me and it didn't happen for most people.
So I feel like I need to take action to get results in weight
loss and a good reason why. I wanted to know exactly what I
(14:35):
was doing and not rely on so-called luck of accidentally
eating less calories. I wanted to know that I was
eating less calories than my body would burn.
Definitely know this because I wanted to sustain my weight
loss. I didn't want to get to a point
where I had accidentally lost weight by just automatically
eating less calories and then gaining that weight back again.
(14:57):
I wanted to know exactly how to do it.
I wanted a sustainable approach that I could take.
And I know that I eat, if I eat this, this, and this, I'm going
to keep the weight off. I'm going to lose the weight and
keep it off. And that is how I wanted to do
it. So my automatic action required
taking the scientific approach, which is to log how many
calories I was eating. I didn't focus on finding out
(15:20):
how many calories I burned because this is very, very
difficult to do, but understanding how many calories
you eat is the most critical point in losing weight.
So that's exactly what I did. And the reason why I took this
automatic action was because when I started looking for
people who had lost the weight and people who had done it
consistently over and over again, I found bodybuilders.
(15:41):
I found women bodybuilders who purposefully gained weight and
purposefully lost it over and over and over and over very
consistently. So they've got a method and that
method continued to work for them and it got them so lean
they ended up on the stage. Not that I wanted to be on a
stage, I didn't want to have that kind of body.
I didn't want to get that obsessed with my looks that I
(16:02):
wanted to be on stage. I just wanted to know that I
could definitely achieve what they had achieved in terms of
getting as lean as they had got.So they were the kind of people
that I started following. When I started following
bodybuilders, I made some significant changes to my diet,
which made all the difference for me.
That reduced my hunger, that helped me feel full, that helped
(16:25):
me build the muscle that I wanted to build.
And all of this happened automatically.
There was no striving, no pressure.
I also knew that I wanted to do it over a long period of time
because I wanted to enjoy my life.
I wasn't going to starve myself and my rules were if somebody
invited me out for a meal, I wasalways going to go.
I was never going to deprive myself of social situations
(16:45):
because I love being social. I love going out for meals, so
that was really important to me.So I wanted to lose weight
slowly, consistently, in a way that I knew I could continue.
And the diet that I created for myself was based on my favourite
foods that I'm still into eatingtoday, which helped me to keep
the weight off. And all I do is eat exactly the
(17:06):
same diet, which I absolutely loved to lose the weight.
I'm eating the same diet now, but I'm just eating slightly
more. And that is the simple solution
that I do to lose the weight. And that's based on the
automatic unfolding actions thatI was compelled to take.
And you might be asking, well, what actions should I take?
And you will know what actions you should take because you will
(17:28):
be compelled to take them. Not everybody has the same
weight loss solution. There are many, many different
ways to lose weight. There are many different types
of diets, many different types of foods.
So you've got to determine what foods you love eating.
But if you do feel compelled to go down the scientific route and
know exactly how many calories you're eating every day to
(17:49):
guarantee that you're going to lose the weight while eating
food that you absolutely adore because it's food that you've
chosen yourself, I have a solution for you.
It is called the Six Week Shred. So while I've been taking a
break from this YouTube channel,I have been working on my other
YouTube channel called ShreddersConnect, which is helping people
to get a shredded body eating foods that they choose that they
(18:12):
love. So it's sustainable and
consistent and they can keep theweight loss off forever.
So go and check out my channel shredders Connect.
But also I have put the link in the description below about how
you can get the six week shred. And I'm going to give you a 50%
discount code so you can get it at a rock bottom price because I
really want you to get the result that you want.
(18:35):
But remember, don't start takingaction until you've done the
first three steps. Determine exactly what you want.
Decide that you are definitely going to get it because why not?
You create a reverse memory, which is step #3 and I remember
I've got the free resource to help you do this.
And then step #4 is take automatic action.
So whatever step you take is going to lead you to the goal,
(18:57):
or at least it'll be a stepping stone towards something else.
Sometimes you do experiment a little bit along the way, but
you will get there. And the next part of the process
is very important for you in your journey.
Let me know in the comments below.
Have you ever manifested weight loss?
I would love to know. Now it's time for you to go and
manifest the best.
