Greg Kuhn (00:12):
Hello and welcome to Manifest the Big Stuff.
I'm Greg Kuhn, the Law ofAttraction Science guy and your
Manifesting Coach.
I'm really excited to be withyou today because this is the
sixth episode of a Manifest theBig Stuff series called Change
your Beliefs Change your Life.

(00:34):
In this series, I'm on amission to unveil the
transformative power of mybelief-raising process and how
it recently reshaped my reality,as it always does every time I
use it.
It does so by aligning myinherited beliefs with my

(00:56):
desired version of reality, andI always witness profound shifts
in my life.
Our beliefs, after all, are thearchitects of our reality,
shaping its form, its function, its meaning and its value.
And as my beliefs evolve, sodoes my reality, creating

(01:20):
ripples of change.
In the first episode in thisseries, I delved into my initial
writing session, exploring mygenuine feelings about the
statement I am God.
I started from a place of worryand nervousness, a raw and

(01:41):
authentic emotional response tothat statement.
Subsequent episodes have takenyou on a journey with me as I
have navigated through variousemotional perspectives.
On my emotional reference chart, which is a chart of ascending

(02:01):
emotions inspired by AbrahamHicks' emotional guidance chart,
I've shared my experiences offrustration, unease,
indifference, melancholy, all inresponse to that same statement
I am God and all designed toinch me slightly more into

(02:27):
alignment with my desiredbeliefs about that statement.
Think of my belief-raisingprocess as reverse engineering
reality by using believable newemotional perspectives that are
slightly more aligned with mydesires, to nudge my beliefs
slightly more into alignmentwith my desired outcomes with

(02:50):
each writing session.
And the goal of this series isto offer you a front row seat to
these subtle yet profoundshifts in perspective about the
statement I am God, which occurswith each step up the emotional
reference chart.
I want you to witness theauthenticity of my emotional

(03:14):
evolution, each change layered, scaffolded upon what came before
it, and genuine.
What sets my belief-raisingprocess apart is its simplicity.
It's not about learningsomething entirely new.
It's about recognizing that youalready possess the skills.

(03:37):
You felt those higher levelemotions on the chart before,
perhaps in different parts ofyour life.
The key now is to live thereconsistently.
As I said, you're reverseengineering your reality, using
believable and slightly improvedfeelings to coach your

(04:02):
subconscious, to coach yourbeliefs into alignment with your
desires.
It's a gradual process, onestep at a time.
Every lesson learned, every newperspective adopted might not
seem groundbreaking to othersbecause they probably already
see you as someone much morecapable than you see yourself in

(04:24):
this part of your life.
They see you as someone whoalready knows these things about
yourself and your life.
But here, in this space, inthis part of your life, these
realizations are profound.
We're not justintellectualizing these new
emotional perspectives, thesenew feelings.

(04:45):
We're living them.
We are authentically inhabitingthese new emotions, allowing
our reality to align moreclosely with our desires.
Imagine it like puttingtogether a puzzle Each piece
fits perfectly, creating apicture of your desired reality,

(05:08):
one piece at a time.
My belief-raising process isyour toolkit and gives you the
power to manifest a life inharmony with your deepest
desires.
So let's dive in, of course, one emotional perspective at a
time, and watch my realitytransform before your eyes.

(05:33):
Last month, in my fifth episodeof this series, I was on the
emotional perspective ofpensiveness and melancholy about
the statement I am God.
Here's what I found in mywriting from that emotional
perspective.
In my last writing, I exploredthe complexity of the statement

(05:55):
I am God, contemplating itsmeaning and implications.
From that emotional perspectiveof pensiveness and melancholy,
I acknowledged the dualitywithin me feelings of love,
fulfillment and empowermentjuxtaposed with moments of

(06:16):
judgment, fear and unhappiness,my perspective shifted towards
sadness, a genuine emotionarising from the unattainable
promise within that statement ofbeing God.
This melancholic introspectionstemmed from the belief that

(06:39):
more profound transformationsmay be possible through this
belief-raising process, even ifthe path forward is currently
unclear.
I also grappled with thechallenge of aligning my reality
with my concept of God, godbeing an embodiment of

(07:01):
unconditional love.
I questioned my past behaviorsand motivations, wondering if
I've relied on pathways thatdon't lead me to this divine
essence.
I considered the importance ofself-acceptance and love as the
true markers of my spiritualjourney, instead of leaning on

(07:24):
fear-based habits or familiarpatterns.
In this part of my life, Icontemplated embracing love and
acceptance, recognizing them aspathways toward my understanding
of God, and I pondered thesignificance of mindful choices
and experiences that align withmy true self, seeing them as

(07:52):
steps toward spiritualfulfillment.
Now, in regards to this newemotional perspective, right, I
am God through the emotionalperspective of introspection and
contemplation.
Well, to begin, let's look atthe definitions.
The definition of introspectionis the examination or

(08:15):
observation of one's own mentaland emotional process, and the
definition of contemplation isthe action of looking
thoughtfully at something for along time.
So Now my writing prompt right.

(08:38):
I've looked up the definitionof the new emotional perspective
, both of those words and mywriting prompt, which is next
leads me into the realm of freeform writing, and that's
important.
Free form writing is a powerfultechnique that allows your
subconscious to express itselffreely, and I ask myself these

(09:04):
three questions what must Ibelieve about myself and my life
to feel this way about thestatement I am God?
And of course I'm saying whatmust I believe about myself and
my life to feel introspectiveand contemplative about the

(09:24):
statement I am God?
All right, that's a greatquestion to answer.
The second question is howwould this part of my life look
and work for me to feelintrospective and contemplative
about it?
That's a great question.
And the third question is whatwould it mean about me and my

(09:48):
life to have the perspective ofintrospection and contemplation
when it comes to the statement Iam God?
I always find that free formwriting works best for me.
When I use pen and paper, there's something liberating
about the physical act ofwriting.
It enhances the effectivenessof this belief racing journey.

(10:12):
So I highly recommend tryingthis approach for yourself.
Here's how I go about it,equipped with the definitions
and my writing prompt questions.
I let my pen become a channelfor my thoughts.
I allow the ideas and emotionsand thoughts to flow onto the

(10:34):
page without restraint.
I transcribe them as theyemerge.
I don't plan them, I don'tjudge them and I don't filter
them.
I keep the editing to a minimumto preserve the rawness and
honesty of my thoughts.
The key to success in thisprocess lies in taking one step

(10:57):
at a time, one emotionalperspective at a time.
While it might be tempting torush through multiple
perspectives, I urge you toresist that temptation.
Progressing gradually ensuresthat your subconscious remains
stable, allowing your beliefs togrow organically into alignment

(11:22):
, slowly but surely, as you makeeach emotional shift, skipping
emotional perspectives.
It might lead to emotionalquantum leaps, which definitely
can undermine the growth ofbeliefs, because your
subconscious does not speak thelanguage of manufactured
emotions.
The emotions that we're usinghere with the next highest

(11:46):
emotional perspective are notenough of an improvement to
spook the subconscious.
So it's not a quantum leap, andeach emotional perspective does
offer unique manifestations ofreality associated with it,
slightly more improvedmanifestations of reality in
this part of your life, and eachholds essential lessons.

(12:11):
Each emotional perspectivepresents you with a personal
curriculum that contributes or,you might say, creates a new
understanding and perception.
Remember, your external realityreflects your internal world,

(12:32):
shaped by your beliefs.
As you ascend one emotionalperspective on the chart and if
you're listening to this podcastinstead of watching, I'm
holding the chart up in front ofthe camera your beliefs evolve
under the influence of thequantum field, or we might call

(12:52):
it the collective consciousnessor the one consciousness.
It's as if the quantum field isoffering you a personalized
curriculum tailored exclusivelyto you.
It's as if that, because that'swhat's happening.
So these lessons are invaluableand should not be skipped.

(13:13):
In fact, they're really thetrue treasures of this process
and in the upcoming episodesI'll continue to share with you
the individualized curriculumthat brings new perspectives
Each time I write my way into anew emotional perspective, and
I'll share with you how engagingwith life in this part of my

(13:35):
life shifts as a result of thisgrowth.
It's delve into that writing.
Now I'm going to read you thesix journal entry, but I do need
to put on my reading glasses.
I've already read you thedefinitions, so I won't do that
again.
Here's the journal entry, andI'm reading this for the first

(13:57):
time.
If you've listened to previousepisodes, you've probably caught
on to the fact that I'm readingthis raw.
It's the first time I've readit since I wrote it.
Being introspective about thestatement I am God appears to me
to be about examining myprocesses for constructing the I

(14:19):
in that statement and God inthat statement.
What is me also, and how do Iput that all together?
What is God and how do I putthat together?
These seem like the rightquestions to be asking right now
, at this perspective.

(14:40):
So I took some quiet time tomeditate today, but first I read
some more of Franco Romero'sbook the Closet Spiritualist,
which, by the way, I highlyrecommend.
If you remember, franco Romerois the individual, an incredibly
gifted channeler and spiritualteacher, who told me Greg, you

(15:05):
are God, we are all God.
That's what's really inside ofus and that started me on this
journey.
So back to my journal entry.
I read Franco's account ofasking who he was channeling and
then getting this reply I ameverything that is in you, just

(15:25):
as you are everything that is inme.
Wow, what an I.
Indeed, there's something toconsider.
And when Franco asked Caleb, who is Huey channels, why he
didn't tell him his name at thebeginning of their relationship,

(15:47):
caleb responded it wasnecessary for you to understand
the essence of what we are, before we would reveal ourselves
to you by name, the I am.
That is nothing and everythingto all.
You must first understand us asoneness, that we are not bound

(16:10):
by a name, but rather afrequency of unconditional love.
For you see, the I representsthe all before anything was.
Therefore, I am in you and youare in me, and together we
create our reality.
That's what Caleb said toFranco.

(16:33):
Now back to my journal.
Wow, what is God?
Indeed, that's something toconsider.
I didn't read these pages byaccident.
As I meditated, I saw a visionof my true self as light, as the
radiant light of love, and Isaw everyone, and everything

(16:57):
else was the same, and thatlight was God.
That light was me, and it wasGod and it was everything else.
The me that wasn't light was asocial and egoic construct, real

(17:20):
but not real.
Could this be me?
Could this be God?
Could I live in accord with allthis, so that my reality
becomes heaven on earth?
How could I do that?
I may not have a snappy answerto that question, but I'm

(17:42):
certain that the journey will bean inner one.
And now, when it comes to myengagement with reality.
From this perspective, I wantto share this writing.
This is what I carried with meout into the day and this is
very reflective of how I livedmy way into this new emotional

(18:07):
perspective, into seeing andunderstanding the statement I am
God.
From the emotional perspectiveof introspection and
contemplation, the same stuff isinside us both.
How do I find it?
How do I find God, the love, the light inside me, not out

(18:30):
here in here?
How do I exist here as a socialand egoic construct, while also
finding the light within here, where there is duality?
Maybe by making this place aplayground, where building the

(18:52):
playground in ways that inviteand accommodate others in
addition to me is as much a partof finding the light within me
as playing on the playground isNot a playground because it's
play, meaning it's trivial, butbecause it's of the utmost

(19:13):
importance to help my innerchild, to set them up for
success.
My inner child is the light.
It's what we're all made of,the eternally curious,
non-judgmental, resilient,unafraid, self-actualized inner

(19:34):
child.
My light, your light.
In In my reality, I'm stillmostly having the experience of
duality.
Will I have to surrender myself, my constructs, to go into the
light, the love of my innerchild Because I love parts of my

(19:55):
constructs my family, mymarriage, my health, my fitness,
my career, my friends and more.
Must I give up all the goodstuff too, or will I be able to
make all of it good?
What's the deal?
One thing that seems true hereis that mastering the world of

(20:16):
duality Reveals doors to myinner world.
In addition to making my timehere better, it opens doors to
who I really am the true innerme of light and love.
The inner child mastery not asdemonstrated by achievement

(20:38):
alone, but primarily by awillingness and ability to
manifest and engage with realitymore intentionally, makes my
time here a non-stop game ofmake it better, and being drawn
to my inner world Transforms thegame into finding a way to love

(20:59):
and accept myself enough toreceive the life I desire to be
that which I desire.
A Game rooted in duality, simply because that's where I am
, so that's where I startplaying, and what better place
to play a game than a playgroundmade for it, one that I am

(21:23):
building.
The game starts as grow agreater you, you equaling the
egoic and social constructs andMorphs into grow a greater me,
me being my inner child, mylight and my inner world, my
inner child makes the best CEO,wow.

(21:49):
So you can see from theemotional perspective, or you
can hear from the emotionalperspective of contemplation and
introspection.
I Now see a pathway and it's aninner pathway, and

(22:10):
Coincidentally, by the way, mycurrent rock star coaching
client found this exact samething In their recent writing in
inner pathway.
And here I Knew, I felt in mybones that it was only a matter

(22:33):
of time and I couldn't wait tosee what more would be revealed.
I'm my next writing, which, bythe way, is From the emotional
perspective of acceptance andpeace.
So next month, in episode 7 ofthis series, I will share that
journal entry with you and theevolution that occurred From it

(23:00):
In the meantime.
Thank you so much for sharingyour time with me today.
My intent is, as always, tohelp you make the most of your
time, because there isn'tanything more valuable Before we
