(02:45):
activity, I insist that you doso in full collaboration with
your doctor or a qualifiedhealthcare professional.
Your well-being is the toppriority, I want to let you know
.

your running experience to newheights as we explore creating
flow states, incorporate whatyou learn into your practice,
embrace these instructions as away to enrich your running

(03:30):
journey and manifest yourdesires.
For those of you just startingout, I assure you that this
method is completely within yourreach.
Running for flow states issurprisingly simple, and it has
nothing to do with how fast orhow far you're going.

(03:52):
Whether you're going slow orfast, running short or long, you
can induce flow states withease.
So lace up your shoes and, forthose of you who never plan to
run at all, you too will comeaway with surprisingly simple

(04:14):
action steps to create flowstates during any physical
activity you choose.
I'm going to show you exactlywhat to do to employ everything
I'm about to cover about runningwithout having to run.
So stick with me and learn howto do this during a run, and I

(04:37):
promise I'll show you how toemploy it all when you're not
running.
The essence of this practicelies in discovering what your
body can do, rather than what itcannot.
Forget about getting better andbetter over time.

(04:58):
Instead, focus on giving yourbest effort to four simple tasks
that will guide you towardsflow states.
Task number one find your formas a runner.
Hold your entire body in properform, from head to toe.

(05:22):
Investigate this and thenengage all your muscles in a
form that works for you.
Engage every single muscle, from your neck to your toes, to
keep yourself in this optimalphysical position.
This is the foundation ofrunning induced flow states.

(05:50):
Task two give your best effortDuring your run.
Give your best effort in eachmoment to maintain your form.
Use your whole self to do this, your entire body, every muscle,

(06:10):
every muscle group doing itsjob to hold you aloft in space
while you run, and using yourmind by focusing only on giving
your best effort right now, noton the hill you just ran up, not

(06:30):
on how far you still have to go.
It's not about how far or fastyou go.
It's about being fully presentand engaged in every stride.
Task three breathe oxygen orlife to pain as it arises.

(06:54):
Feel any feelings that arise asyou breathe in and out, to
breathe deeply all the way toyour pain, both physical pain
and emotional pain.
And when emotions like worry, fear or doubt surface, whether

(07:17):
they're related to the run orthe rest of your life, process
them, let them play out like amovie and then follow them back
to their source.
Be emotionally honest, withoutjudgment.
Task 4.

(07:38):
Exhale carbon dioxide orsuffering from the pain.
As you exhale, release stress, anxiety and painful feelings.
Empty your lungs completely, asif squeezing the last drop of

(08:02):
toothpaste from a tube, andimagine your breath being a
fishing net that passes throughthe physical and emotional pain,
catching it in the net andhauling it out with your exhale.
Scoop deeply with your inhalesand pull up your pain, releasing

(08:27):
it to the outside world withyour exhales.
By mastering these four tasks, you'll experience flow states
that lead to a profoundconnection with universal
consciousness.
Embrace the flow and watch asyour ability to transform

(08:49):
reality grows before your eyes.
Before we get into how to makethat happen, let's take a closer
look at the transformativepower of these four tasks.
When you breathe oxygen or lifein to your pain, you're not

(09:12):
just alleviating discomfort.
You're fostering a deeperconnection between your mind and
your body, allowing you tovisit and communicate with the
subconscious realm where yourbeliefs manifest your reality.
And when you exhale carbondioxide or suffering from pain,

(09:38):
you're not just letting go ofmomentary discomfort, you're
freeing yourself from the chainsof emotional suffering that can
hold you back.
You're practicing catch andrelease with your painful
feelings.
Extending these practices tosurrounding muscles is like

(10:01):
inviting all the players to thegame.
Each muscle contributes to thesymphony of your run, pushing
parts of your body above it upand holding up the parts below
it, each muscle working togetherharmoniously to support your
flow state journey.

(10:22):
So remember, running isn't justabout performance and
achievement objectives.
It's about being fully presentin each moment of your run,
evaluating your experience basedon what you're doing right now,
and giving your best effortwithout judging how that effort

(10:48):
looks in the moment.
Now let's delve into the powerof the subconscious and
conscious mind.
Your brain uses these two partsto manifest your reality.
Your conscious mind influenceshow you engage with your reality
.
Be mindful of this engagement,as it can either perpetuate

(11:13):
problems and pain or createpositive change.
Take the time to process yourfeelings during your run.
Running provides a uniqueopportunity to work out emotions
in a non-harmful way.
Otherwise, unprocessed feelingsmay manifest in unhealthy ways,

(11:35):
impacting both your physicaland mental well-being.
Avoid reinforcing the idea ofrunning as a performance with
achievement goals.
Instead, opt for a more neutral, calm state of mind where you

(11:57):
are present in the moment.
Be patient with yourself as youaddress pain, both physical and
emotional.
Fight each muscle group tosupport and engage, creating our
harmonious flow throughout yourbody.
Let's delve even deeper into thetransformative power of running

(12:19):
induced flow states.
Let's look at how these statescan help you communicate with
the quantum field and uncoversolutions to painful life events
that are eliciting painfulemotions that arise during your
run.
In flow states.
You'll experience a wide rangeof emotions as you breathe in

(12:43):
and out to and from painfulparts of your body.
These emotions might includeworry, regret, fear, shame and
doubt.
They might have to do with you.
They might have to do with therun.
They might have to do with lifeoutside the run.
Rather than suppressing orignoring them, we'll use these

(13:09):
feelings as a gateway to uncoverthe beliefs shaping our reality
.
Let's explore threetransformative questions that
can help you navigate thesekinds of emotions and unveil
high quality solutions.
Question one what must Ibelieve about myself and my life

(13:34):
to feel this way?
This is not a blaming question.
This doesn't mean that you'redoing anything wrong at all.
This is an actual question, pragmatically and without
judgment.
You are not blaming yourselffor your pain.

(13:54):
You are objectively anddispassionately identifying
inherited beliefs about yourselfand your life that could elicit
such painful feelings.
This question is your compass, guiding you to the core beliefs

(14:15):
influencing these emotions.
Question two what would myreality look like for me to know
that isn't true about me and mylife?
A vision of reality where theinherited limiting beliefs you
identified in the first questionare not true about you and your

(14:39):
life?
Let your imagination run aswild as you need it to picturing
an empowering andtransformative reality.
Question three how could Icreate the greatest potential
for those things the life I justenvisioned to come about in my

(15:03):
reality?
This is where real magichappens, up in actionable plan.
Based on your answers to thefirst two questions, focus on
creating realistic andreasonable, yet also measurable

(15:24):
outcomes, outcomes that alignwith the reality you desire.
And here's the exciting partyou can apply these
transformative questions andprinciples not only to running,
but to any activity or aspect ofyour life.
Whether you're pursuing acareer goal, working on your

(15:45):
relationships or seekingpersonal growth.
These steps can guide youtoward creating flow states and
connecting with the quantumfield.
Let's break it down evenfurther.
First, identify the activity orarea of your life where you're
experiencing discomfort ornegative emotions.

(16:07):
It could be related to yourcareer.
It could be a relationship, your health or personal
development.
Now, just like during a run, breathe all the way into that
discomfort and allow yourself tofeel and process those emotions

(16:29):
.
Next, ask yourself the threetransformative questions what
must I believe about myself andthis situation to feel this way?
Be a non-judgmental detectivehere.
Are you worried you'reincapable?

(16:49):
Are you worried you're unworthyof what you desire here.
Dive deep into any inheritedbeliefs influencing your
emotions in this specific area.
Then question two what would myreality look like if I knew
those beliefs weren't true aboutme?

(17:10):
In this situation, imagine areality where these limiting
beliefs no longer hold you back, where you're free to create the
life you desire.
And question three how could Icreate the greatest potential

(17:31):
for those things to come aboutin this area of my life?
This is where you formulate anaction plan specifically
tailored to your situation.
You're looking for bestpractices, great directions and
helpful actions that people whoare successful in this area of

(17:54):
their life utilize and that youcan use to create the best
possibility to produce theoutcomes you truly desire.
What steps can you take rightnow to manifest the reality you
envision?
That's question three.

(18:14):
Then, all you have to do nextis give your best effort to do
them.
By applying these principleswhether you do it during a run
or not to any aspect of yourlife, you're opening the door to

(18:35):
direct communication with thequantum field.
Just as running can lead toflow states and a deeper
connection with universalconsciousness, this approach can
help you uncover solutions, transform beliefs and manifest
your desired reality in almostany area of your life.

(18:56):
So, whether you're hitting thepavement or tackling life's
challenges, remember that youhave the power to create flow
states and tap into the quantumfields wisdom.
Embrace these transformativequestions as your guides and

(19:17):
watch as your reality transformsbefore your eyes.

The Burden

The Burden

The Burden is a documentary series that takes listeners into the hidden places where justice is done (and undone). It dives deep into the lives of heroes and villains. And it focuses a spotlight on those who triumph even when the odds are against them. Season 5 - The Burden: Death & Deceit in Alliance On April Fools Day 1999, 26-year-old Yvonne Layne was found murdered in her Alliance, Ohio home. David Thorne, her ex-boyfriend and father of one of her children, was instantly a suspect. Another young man admitted to the murder, and David breathed a sigh of relief, until the confessed murderer fingered David; “He paid me to do it.” David was sentenced to life without parole. Two decades later, Pulitzer winner and podcast host, Maggie Freleng (Bone Valley Season 3: Graves County, Wrongful Conviction, Suave) launched a “live” investigation into David's conviction alongside Jason Baldwin (himself wrongfully convicted as a member of the West Memphis Three). Maggie had come to believe that the entire investigation of David was botched by the tiny local police department, or worse, covered up the real killer. Was Maggie correct? Was David’s claim of innocence credible? In Death and Deceit in Alliance, Maggie recounts the case that launched her career, and ultimately, “broke” her.” The results will shock the listener and reduce Maggie to tears and self-doubt. This is not your typical wrongful conviction story. In fact, it turns the genre on its head. It asks the question: What if our champions are foolish? Season 4 - The Burden: Get the Money and Run “Trying to murder my father, this was the thing that put me on the path.” That’s Joe Loya and that path was bank robbery. Bank, bank, bank, bank, bank. In season 4 of The Burden: Get the Money and Run, we hear from Joe who was once the most prolific bank robber in Southern California, and beyond. He used disguises, body doubles, proxies. He leaped over counters, grabbed the money and ran. Even as the FBI was closing in. It was a showdown between a daring bank robber, and a patient FBI agent. Joe was no ordinary bank robber. He was bright, articulate, charismatic, and driven by a dark rage that he summoned up at will. In seven episodes, Joe tells all: the what, the how… and the why. Including why he tried to murder his father. Season 3 - The Burden: Avenger Miriam Lewin is one of Argentina’s leading journalists today. At 19 years old, she was kidnapped off the streets of Buenos Aires for her political activism and thrown into a concentration camp. Thousands of her fellow inmates were executed, tossed alive from a cargo plane into the ocean. Miriam, along with a handful of others, will survive the camp. Then as a journalist, she will wage a decades long campaign to bring her tormentors to justice. Avenger is about one woman’s triumphant battle against unbelievable odds to survive torture, claim justice for the crimes done against her and others like her, and change the future of her country. Season 2 - The Burden: Empire on Blood Empire on Blood is set in the Bronx, NY, in the early 90s, when two young drug dealers ruled an intersection known as “The Corner on Blood.” The boss, Calvin Buari, lived large. He and a protege swore they would build an empire on blood. Then the relationship frayed and the protege accused Calvin of a double homicide which he claimed he didn’t do. But did he? Award-winning journalist Steve Fishman spent seven years to answer that question. This is the story of one man’s last chance to overturn his life sentence. He may prevail, but someone’s gotta pay. The Burden: Empire on Blood is the director’s cut of the true crime classic which reached #1 on the charts when it was first released half a dozen years ago. Season 1 - The Burden In the 1990s, Detective Louis N. Scarcella was legendary. In a city overrun by violent crime, he cracked the toughest cases and put away the worst criminals. “The Hulk” was his nickname. Then the story changed. Scarcella ran into a group of convicted murderers who all say they are innocent. They turned themselves into jailhouse-lawyers and in prison founded a lway firm. When they realized Scarcella helped put many of them away, they set their sights on taking him down. And with the help of a NY Times reporter they have a chance. For years, Scarcella insisted he did nothing wrong. But that’s all he’d say. Until we tracked Scarcella to a sauna in a Russian bathhouse, where he started to talk..and talk and talk. “The guilty have gone free,” he whispered. And then agreed to take us into the belly of the beast. Welcome to The Burden.
