Text Hebrews 3:1-6.
Today we are asked to consider and choose from many options. Every advertisement asks us to consider a certain brand or lifestyle decision. The most important thing we will ever consider is Jesus.
This section of the book of Hebrews calls Jesus our Apostle, meaning that He came to earth on a mission for His Father. Jesus is our high priest (2:7). He appeases God's wrath against sin. We can see in Jesus God's sympathy with our weaknesses, having known what it is like to walk on earth as a human being.
