Analisar o que correu bem, perceber como atingimos resultados, mas também como lidamos com os obstáculos no caminho.
Todos os anos, em Dezembro, começo o mês com esta análise. Estava a desenvolver o modelo da análise que quero fazer este ano aos meus negócios e pensei: "Por que não partilhar convosco este modelo?".
