079. My journey to recovery from burnout hasn't been a smooth ride. I've grappled with depression and the shift to an empty-nester life. But I've picked up some powerful coping mechanisms along the way - flexibility, going with the flow, and most importantly, embracing creativity. I've learned that healing is not linear, and that's okay.
Join me as I share my experiences, and hopefully inspire some of you who may be facing similar challenges. This podcast is more of a casual update kind of "have coffee with a friend" talk.
Recently arts and creativity have been a game-changer for me. Reading 'Trust the Process' by Shaun McNiff has been pivotal in my journey, and I've started documenting my own process in an illustrated journal. This has not only allowed me to explore my artistic side, but it's also reshaping the future of this show.
And guess what? I'll be releasing news about my children's book soon! Exciting changes are ahead, and I can't wait to share more with you. Let's jump into the importance of creativity in living a whole and healed life. Trust me, you don't want to miss this.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
