079. My journey to recovery from burnout hasn't been a smooth ride. I've grappled with depression and the shift to an empty-nester life. But I've picked up some powerful coping mechanisms along the way - flexibility, going with the flow, and most importantly, embracing creativity. I've learned that healing is not linear, and that's okay.
