They also touch on the benefits of starting young in your real estate career, taking risks to meet people face-to-face, advice for going from employee to commercial real estate owner, developing good relationships with sellers, and Jimmy's love for fishing tournaments. Finally, they talk about the importance of patience in skill development and how to contact Jimmy.
