Shiloh holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, a Masters Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University. She holds a Certified Public Accounting certificate. She is also a member of several professional organizations, including the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, American Institute of CPAs, Institute for Professionals in Taxation, and the National Association of Black Accountants.
