Who is Nic Frachon?
After graduating from Loyola University Chicago with a solid foundation in Communication Studies, Nic stepped into the real world eager to make his mark. He first served as the Deputy Press Secretary for the Mayor of Austin before founding BotBuilders alongside Matt – the rest is history. Since then, Nic has been at the forefront of chatbot development, earning his reputation as a leader in the field. Co-founding BotBuilders and stepping into the role of Chief Bot Architect, he’s been instrumental in building some of the most innovative chatbots on the global stage, even building out ManyChat’s flagship chatbot.
