Many of you may know Ray, as he became an internet sensation when a video of him singing to his late wife, Roslyn, went viral. Roslyn was fighting a tough battle against an aggressive form of brain cancer called glioblastoma, and Ray’s love and support through it all was nothing short of inspiring. Their story was both uplifting and heartbreaking—it was uplifting because of the strength of Roslyn throughout her battle and because Ray showed us all what true love and commitment looks like in a marriage. It was heartbreaking because their time together was cut far too short.
After losing Roslyn, Ray courageously shared his journey through grief showing his followers the unique challenges that come with being a widow. Finding love again after such a loss is never easy. There are the emotional hurdles, the fear of moving on, and sometimes even guilt about opening your heart to someone new. But Ray found love again with Lexus, who has been an incredible support system and a real beacon of light. Together, their Instagram lives and videos have shown so many people the power of love and faith.
