Deciding big (or small life) decisions can come with all kinds of emotions and questions. Consciously taking a step back to adjust to a mindful approach to the decision-making process can help ease some of the anxiety and fears that come from the pressure we put on “making the right decision”. Practicing mindful self compassion as we learn what paths in life are most fulfilling allows life to be a learning ground as opposed to a guessing game of what’s “right for me”.
