Speaker 1 (00:02):
Hello everyone.
This is your host, Keri Logan,at Master the Upper Rooms, and
one of my favorite subjects totalk about is energy and magic.
And today I'm going to betalking with Elizabeth, and she
knows a lot about energy andmagic, and what's so fascinating

(00:26):
is she had two majorlife-threatening health
experiences and she'll sharethat with all of us today.
But she learned so much fromthose experiences learned about
herself, about energy, about themagic and the powers that are
within us that a lot of us don'teven realize.
So, with that all said and oh,and she also has merged this

(00:50):
knowledge with 25 years of beinga healer to create the
ascendance code andenergetically align with her
higher self wisdom.
And that's all of us have ourinnate higher self wisdom inside
.
So, with that all said, mouthful Elizabeth, welcome to

(01:11):
the show.
And how is your day going sofar?
How are you?

Speaker 2 (01:17):
thanks, kerry.
I'm having a great day I it'sonly like eight o'clock in the
morning here in Australia so butI've already done my group
coaching call because we startat seven and it's such a
pleasure to be here and justshare this knowledge and help
other people to see that they'vealready got it inside, right

(01:39):
like we've all got this and thisis what we're all is the
ability to just wake up tosomething that you're most
probably doing naturally and youjust don't even know it.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
Right.
So tell people about yourjourney, which got you from,
let's say, point A to point B.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
So, yeah, 25 years, and I spiritually woke up.
Unconsciously it wasn'tsomething that I was expecting.
I became a remedial massagetherapist about 28 years ago I

(02:24):
think 27 years ago and then, youknow, a couple of years after
that, I went and saw a psychic, only because someone was
hassling me to go.
You know, I was like I didn'treally believe in them, and this
woman just kept on hassling me.
You got to go and see thiswoman.
You'll get to see her dad, orspeak to your dad.

(02:46):
My dad died when I was 15 andso I went just, you know, to
shut her up, really, because shewas annoying me and she was a
friend, and so this lady waslike, oh you can do what I do,
but obviously you don't know it.
And I got to experience my dad.

(03:08):
My dad touched me on the cheekand it was the first time I had
any spiritual encounter where Iphysically felt something.
And then, after that, two orthree days later, or, you know,
in the, in the next two or threedays, I had people touching me
or feelings in my body that, youknow, someone was behind me or

(03:31):
next to me or whatever, and soit was a bit of a shock.
Didn't know what I was doing andat the same time I started
playing around with massage andI went to a course that was a
thing called orthobionomy Idon't know if you've ever heard
of it, but it works on threedifferent principles One's

(03:52):
homopathic, of less means more, the energy of judo, of all
things.
And spinal alignment, orstructural alignment, which is
the osteo part, or structuralalignment, which is the osteo
part, and the stage.
There's a stage in there whereyou're working very subtly on
the body and the facilitatorcame up to me and he said, oh,

(04:16):
so how many times have you donethis particular part of the
course?
And I said, oh, this is myfirst time.
And he said, oh, most peopletake four or five experiences of
this to get where you're at.
Because it just felt like Iknew what I was doing.
This, this feeling of beingable to feel the body and and

(04:38):
read energy.
It just felt natural to me,that subtlety of more than just
the physical.
You know, like putting my handson somebody's body and feeling
what I thought was the cellsmoving.
At the time, you know like, oh,I can feel the cells moving in
this person's body, you know, and just allowing my hands to go

(04:59):
with wherever it wanted.
You know the dance between myhands and that feeling, and it
was like it would tell me thisstory and then, through that
experience, it would justrelease under my hands and I'd
move to the next part.
And so that's how it startedand, you know, I developed more

(05:25):
sensitivity as I went along.
I became more sensitive toenergy once I saw that it was
okay and that what I was feelingwas right.
You know, because you secondguess yourself.
You know like you second guess.
You know, am I getting thisright?
You know, like did I feel thatthat doesn't?
That's not right?
You know like you, you gettingthis right?
You know, like, did I feel thatthat doesn't?
That's not right?
You know like you, you ignoreit because it's not something

(05:48):
that we're, we grew up with.
You know, often we're told tonot daydream, don't play in your
imagination.
You've got to be here, you'vegot to be serious.
And so there's elements ofliving in the mystical and being
in the imagination of a childthat comes up, and so it's being

(06:10):
able to merge the two, of justallowing yourself to be
childlike and innocent again andletting go of any judgments or
discerning whether it's right orwrong.

Speaker 1 (06:24):
It reminds me a lot of Matrix Energetics.

Speaker 2 (06:30):
It's.

Speaker 1 (06:30):
Richard Bartlett, and he, the guy is just amazing,
amazing, amazing.
I remember seeing in a smallbookstore, coffee shop place in
the Bay area, California, seeinghim, um, align a person's back.

(06:51):
He literally had them lift uptheir shirt and he drew a line
of okay, this is how how it is.
And then he did his thing andyou literally saw the skin
rippling.
And then he did his thing andyou literally saw the skin
rippling.
I was, and the person almostfell down and I was like what is
dude doing?
And then he had him lift up hisshirt again and you, um, cause,

(07:17):
of course it fell down, causethe guy was just like Whoa, that
was intense, and he pulls it up.
And he, you could literally seenow let me line where your
spine is now completelytransformed.
It was just mind blowing, mindblowing.
And the guy does, he works withdolphins, he works with, um,

(07:37):
action figures.
He is, and he's childlike, yes, very childish, and he's
childlike, yes, very childishgnomes and fairies and this and
that.
And I was so creative, socreative that I was just like
this is, I mean, it was a littletoo out, some parts of it was a

(07:58):
little too out there for me,and but I loved everything,
everything um about it.
I just I thought it was themost fascinating um thing.
So it sounds very, very similarto.

Speaker 2 (08:16):
I'm sorry to interrupt, but I I actually had
an experience very similar tothat, because the other part of
this is is intention, iseverything right when?
When you're setting anintention in the field of all
possibilities, then you'realigning with it.
And I had a similar experiencewhere um, it was funny the way

(08:41):
it started I'd gone to a folkfestival and there was a street
performer there bending spoonsright, and so this ortho-bionomy
what you did was you did this, you know movement, and you
followed the energy, or what Iwas doing was following the
energy.
So I see this street performerand he's got spoons and he would

(09:03):
, you know, bend the spoon, butsometimes he was bending it with
the energy around the spoon.
Right now I found outafterwards because he didn't
want to.
I I'm like, oh my gosh, I can'tbelieve he's doing that.
And it opened my mind tomanipulating energy.
I'd never thought of it before.
And, um, I went to speak to himafterwards.

(09:26):
I said I'm a healer, blah, blah, blah.
And he didn't want to, um,share any conversation.
So I'm like, oh, maybe he'stricking us.
You know, there's somethingthere.
But the concept stuck with meand I had started getting a bit
of a reputation for being ableto put tailbones in to, you know
, clear and release tailbones.

(09:46):
And this woman had come to mefrom someone who'd referred and
she was in two or three weeks'time was going to have an
operation on her hips, becauseher hip was like this, like her
hips were out and she had a shoethat they had made for her, the
whole thing.
And she said you know, you'remy last um chance, you know, to

(10:11):
see what, what you can do.
And I thought, oh, I'm going totry this bending spoon thing
with her, you know.
So I put my hands on her hipsand I said to her I'd love for
you to imagine that this hip'sgoing up and this hip's going
down.
Let's do this together.
Well, I was able to put her hipsin in two sessions.

(10:33):
So the first one, we, yeah, wegot about three quarters.
And then the second session, acouple of days later, we, we got
it back in and she didn't havethat operation.
And you know it was.
It was one of those moments ofthere's something in this.
There's more than our physicalbody.

(10:54):
Our mind is powerful and whenyou understand energy and put
all three together together, then magic create.

Speaker 1 (11:03):
You know, we create magic, right we do, we, we
literally do it.
And it's fascinating.
You share that because when Itook his his course, he had us,
you know, do hands-on with otherpeople, and there was one woman
I was working with and thetechnique he said is imagine a

(11:25):
triangle and how does it look?
Where does your hand want to go?
Where's the first point andthen where's the second point?
And does it line up Like canyou then form a triangle?
And if it's crooked, can youadjust it in your mind and
energetically, can you move itand then, once you see it shift

(11:49):
in your mind, fill it with acolor, with a space.
I still have a list of his.
He has 21 frequencies, a listthat he made of all these colors
.
So vitality, life, energy, warmis red, slash, gold, and he's,
he's got all these these colors.

(12:10):
And so, long story short, I didthat for about maybe five
minutes and I was just playingwith it.
He said play with it, you know.
Then ask it, what else do youneed?
Do you need another color?
Do you need this and and it?
But at the end of it the womanwas like, what did she just do?

(12:30):
And I said, well, I just didwhat he told all of us to do.
She's like no, I've had painhere for 30 years.
My pain is gone.
What did you just do?
I was like I was just playingwith it.

Speaker 2 (12:42):
I was just playing.

Speaker 1 (12:45):
And it made me so uncomfortable that she she kept
going around talking to people.
She took my pain away, she tookmy pain away, she took my pain
away and I'm like I don't wantto touch anybody, you know, just
, yeah, yes, but it's true, wecan literally do things I like,
even with hypnotherapy, causeI'm a hypnotherapist.
I have a recording for placentaprevia and that's where the

(13:12):
placenta is right below, wherethe, you know, the birth canal
is going to come out.
And I got an amazingtestimonial where a woman
listened to that and her son, quincy, was born no problem,
cause she used her mind and theenergy of her body to visualize
it sliding up and moving upinside the womb and the baby
going in that perfect position.

(13:33):
We are so more powerful than weeven believe and, yes, that's
the key point Intention iseverything.
Intention and intentions.
If you can't be one foot in andthe other foot out, you have to
completely be in.
And I say leave allexpectations out the door.

(13:55):
And that's what I loved him sayis whatever you think, you know
or do know, leave it out thatroom.
You know or do know, leave itout that room.
Yeah, leave it out the room, because you're gonna prevent
yourself from getting the mostamazing experience if you're
gonna judge it or analyze it ortry to break it down and and

(14:17):
he's like, no, we're, we'replaying with magic and energy.

Speaker 2 (14:23):
Mm, and it's so true.
Right, as soon as your mindcomes in, it wants to analyze
and stays in duality.
Right, it's either this or that, it's right or wrong, you know,
and we make an assumption.
But when you can let go of that, step out of that, you know,
you're moving into neutrality, yes, and observation, and now

(14:48):
you're sort of stepping intomore fifth dimensional energy,
right when you're in unity, consciousness, and so, yeah, and
that's where the magic happens, right, yeah, yeah, absolutely.

Speaker 1 (15:05):
Yeah, it's.
It's so true, because a lot ofpeople, when they experience
pain or have health issues, they're stuck in that 3d mindset
of fear, anxiety, they'll get, they'll hate it.
They want to fight against it.
And the thing a lot of peopledon't realize is we created that

(15:28):
dis-ease within ourself andthere's a lesson, a message for
us when you even connect with, like you know, you had a fibroid
, you connect with that, so tellpeople how you, how you did
that, because you did release itby yourself.
I've had the same exactexperience, but I want to hear
yours.

Speaker 2 (15:49):
Well, again, it's the same.
It's not making it right orwrong.
I didn't focus when I found outbecause I didn't have any
symptoms.
It was, you know, my stomachwas flat so I didn't have any
bloating.
It was 15 centimetres.
It was huge and you know howthey think it was 15 centimetres

(16:11):
.
I didn't have any bloating, itwas 15 centimeters.
Uh, it was huge and you knowhow they think it was 15
centimeters, I don't know,because I had like three huge
things come out of me, likethree parts of it, and, um, it
was.
It was something that when Irecognized it, I found out that
I had it.
The only reason I found out wasbecause I had, I was pregnant

(16:32):
and I lost the baby because ofthis fibroid, you know.
And so through that process Ijust looked at, you know,
supporting my health.
So I cleaned up, you know, Ilooked into it a little bit, so
I went, okay, what is thefibroid?
And did as much research as Icould and found out that, you

(16:56):
know, they don't quite know thatyou know, maybe it's heavy
metals, maybe it's hormonalestrogen dominance, and so
everything that I was eatingthat had anything to do with
estrogen.
I took out bananas, dates, allthose things uh took out of my
diet.
I did a heavy metal detox.

(17:17):
I also uh what do you call it?
um alkalized my water yeah andjust cleaned up my diet, you
know for, you know, just forhealth.
But I also looked at why was Icreating it?
You know, like I looked at whatwas the bigger message here,

(17:41):
and when I, you know, at thetime I was doing past life
aggression, I did seven years ofintense training in past life
aggression.
So I delved into that anddiscovered, you know, the pain
of creation was, you know, thefeminine and the pain of
creation that it's.
You have to have pain to beable to create and so release

(18:03):
that right, that thought thatyou've got to be in pain.
But I had a really amazingexperience with it, because I'm
a bit stubborn, I would not wantthis journey for she.

(18:42):
It was a couple of months laterthat I did start getting pain
because I still had this fibroidright and they were going to
take my uterus out because I wasquite.
I was, you know um.
I was like no one's touching mewith a knife, so I didn't want
to go anywhere near um, anyonethat had that sort of made that
decision.
So I was having pain anddealing with it by myself, and
then one day it just dawned onme that part of my journey was

(19:08):
to let go of this fibroid andmost probably, lose my uterus,
you know.
And I'm like, all of a sudden Irealized that I was holding on
to a part of me, that maybe myjourney was to let go of that,
and so I was like, oh, if it'spart of my soul's journey to
have no uterus, then I'll gowith that, you know.

(19:29):
And so I said goodbye to myuterus and and I woke up.
So I'd been having pain everysingle day for weeks and then
all of a sudden, after makingthat decision, I had three days
of no pain.
So the next thing I next time Ihad pain, I went into the

(19:51):
hospital.
I ended up in you know ahospital ward, in you know,
because I nearly actually it wasmy uterus was all infected and
so I was in hospital but theywere trying to get rid of the

(20:11):
inflammation and the infectionand my body just started letting
go of the fibroids.
So while I was in hospital, I,you know, have this pain and
then I'd wake up with thefibroid coming out of me.
So that happened three timesand I just dispelled the whole
thing and, yeah, still, no, noscars, no, no one cut into me.

(20:38):
And I've still got my uterusthrough through the process
because, you know, I listened towhat my spirit was saying, what
my soul wanted, and connectedagain and you know, the mind
letting go of the mind of tryingto hold on to something being a
certain way and just letting goagain and releasing it, and,

(21:01):
you know, going into thatinnocence.
I don't know what's going tohappen, but I know that it's for
my best good and going withthat is why I've still, you know
, got my uterus.

Speaker 1 (21:13):
So no, thank you for sharing Cause a lot of people,
they want to control it.
They want to control it andthat's coming from a place of
force.
It and that's coming from aplace of force, and that's where
we are.

(21:33):
We're weak, we're really weak, and you have to rise up into the
40 human consciousness reign, because that's your place of
power.
That's where the energy isstronger, higher vibration, and
you had to trust.
You literally had to have thecourage to do something
different.
You had to trust and under thatsection is release.

Speaker 2 (21:55):
So when you trust.

Speaker 1 (21:56):
You release and you're neutral about it.
You're not trying to control itor say, well, this is how
you're going to be released oryou're going to do it this way.
You're not micromanaging it,you let it go and when you move
up even higher, that's whereyour intention is.

Speaker 2 (22:18):
Absolutely.

Speaker 1 (22:19):
Yeah, and your willingness and your hopeful and
you feel inspired that I'm justgoing to see what happens, not
having any expectations, nohoops to jump through, no
requirements, no conditions,it's like no, let's see what we
can do.
And when you accept it, thatlines up with forgiveness

(22:44):
because you're showing yourselfmercy, lines up with forgiveness
because you're showing yourselfmercy.
And and when you line that allup energetically the emotional
body, the physical body, themental body, the spiritual body
and even connect up there andyou keep going up, higher and
higher and higher just it'samazing the things that we can

(23:05):
do absolutely and and that's, um, a really important point here
I was going through this processof rejecting, you know, the
hospital system because I didn'twant them to take my uterus,
but also what was happening forme internally.

Speaker 2 (23:27):
Because I'm a healer, I should be able to heal myself
, yeah.
So I had these spirituallimitations and beliefs about
not being good enough if Icouldn't do it this way right
and you know, and, and so one ofthe things about stepping into

(23:47):
your highest potential andliving in all of those etheric
bodies and moving from third, fourth and fifth dimension is
letting go of all of thoselimitations but also recognising
that we are all.
This is an experience we're allhaving, and that if there was

(24:11):
one thing that I really learntabout that was that if you need
to go to a doctor, you need togo to a doctor.
You know, for me personally, right, you know, like it was,
that everything has its place.
Right, you know, like it was, that everything has its place.

(24:33):
And so it was really abeautiful story and journey for
me to recognize that when I needto access information, it
doesn't matter where that'scoming from, because I was doing
acupuncture and all sorts ofstuff, and I remember someone
saying to me once, while I wasgoing through that process, all
sorts of stuff, and I remembersomeone saying to me once, while
I was going through thatprocess but you're doing so many
things, how do you know what'sworking?
I'm like I actually don't carewhat's working, as long as it

(24:56):
works.
You know, like who's to knowthat it's not the combination of
all of it working, and so it'sreally all about tuning into
that first inspirational thoughtthat your higher self is giving
you and recognizing to takeaction on that before the

(25:18):
limitation, before the judgment, the, the doubt, the fear, the
worry, all of those things thatcome in acting just from that
first inspired thought yes, no,thank you.

Speaker 1 (25:33):
Thank you.
Thank you for sharing that, because so many people we get in
our own way we absolutely we do, and sometimes we gotta just
step of it, which leads me to mynext question, because I'm
curious about this is what arethe secrets of alchemy and how

(25:55):
does it differ from law ofattraction?

Speaker 2 (26:07):
you know, law of attraction, in my eyes,
interpreted the wrong way, right, and so, um, alchemy is

(26:28):
particular steps that use law ofattraction, as you know, part
of its, its method.
So law of attraction, sorry, alchemy is, first of all you've
got to know what you want tocreate, and that in itself can
be a very interesting process, because we're often creating

(26:49):
from limitation, we're oftencreating because we haven't got
something.
So you know, you were justtalking about the, the right,
yeah, so three points.
So when you're coming from lack, if you're going, I want money
because I'm poor, or I want lovebecause I'm lonely, or I want

(27:09):
health because I'm sick.
Now you've got three points,because you're going, I want
this, but in your field you'vealso got this lack.
So the universe comes in andgoes well, wait a minute, which
one do you want?
You know, like you're puttingout two different vibrations and
it's therefore it's mixedfrequencies and therefore the

(27:34):
resolution or the reality of itcoming together takes longer.
When you're working withalchemy, creating a true choice
means I want this just because Iwant it, you know, like just
because I desire to experiencethis.
So I choose to experience lovebecause I choose to experience

(27:55):
love for no other reason, right?
So you hold that frequency, youexperience it in your body, so
bringing that into the nowmoment.
So that's the second point.
You've got to become thatalready, so being before, having
and experiencing it, so thatthe magnetic part of your body

(28:17):
because our thought is the firstpart and that's the electrical
energy, and then our bodyfeeling it is the magnetic part,
so we're electromagnetic beings, right?
So the second part is thatfeeling, the energy.
We then look at what's gettingin the way.
So our current reality isholding all the beliefs,

(28:42):
emotions, memories of the past, events of the past, potentially
past lives, potentiallygenerational history.
That's in our DNA,multidimensional aspects.
There's so many different parts, right?
So our current reality, what'sgetting in in the way?
We clear that out of the way.
So, um, how you do that is, um,you know, I do a process called

(29:05):
recoding that is supporting youto clear it from the higher
realms, so from what I call thesuper conscious, uh, you know
the quantum field, where allthose codes are clear.
That that out of the way.
And then you're now aligned withthe frequency that you created
in the first place and you takeaction from the information

(29:27):
that's coming to you, of what ismy obvious next step.
And so it's not about how to do.
It's just following yourinspiration, following the
guidance from your wisdom, yourhigher self of what am I doing
today towards this end resultthat I'm looking at, you know,

(29:47):
choosing to experience.
So it's a little bit moredetailed than just going.
I want this, and you know, theysay, even the wanting of
something means that you'remanifesting, wanting rather than
you know, creating what it isthat you want to create.
But this is what I choose andthen bringing it towards you.

(30:12):
Well, it's looking at all themess that might be in your
frequency that's holding youback and that can get in the way
of you creating the frequencyand having it now.
So, when you act on what it isthat you're getting the
inspiration from, that's whenyou're going to collapse time

(30:32):
and you're holding thatfrequency of I'm choosing to
create love, and so you'refeeling it in your body.
Now you're at a high frequencybecause it's in your field and
now you can collapse timebecause you're so focused on
what it is that you want tocreate.

Speaker 1 (30:52):
Yeah, no, I've had.
I've done recodes before andthey're just fabulous, fabulous,
fabulous.
I I had such an incredibleexperience with it and I highly
recommend anyone to get it donebecause it it's life
transforming.

Speaker 2 (31:13):
It it really is.

Speaker 1 (31:15):
And I tell people there's so many different
modalities out there, find theone that resonates with you.
It really is.
And I tell people there's somany different modalities out
there, find the one thatresonates with you.
Find the one that actuallyworks for you or feels
comfortable you know with youand absolutely yeah, so thank
you, thank you, thank you forfor for sharing that.

events, but all my stuff isonline.
So my website is ElizabethEleanor, and Eleanor is spelled
a little bit differently it'sE-L-E-N-O-R, so

(32:06):
elizabetheleanorcom is mywebsite, and you can find me in
all sorts of social mediaplatforms.
So Facebook is my main one, butInstagram, tiktok, um sort of
dabbling with LinkedIn, but notreally.
So yeah, but Eleanor isElizabeth.

(32:28):
Eleanor is where you'll find mewith all of those.

Speaker 1 (32:33):

all your links in there andsome more information and so
people can have another way toget ahold of you.

I love talking about energy andmagic and and how we are.

(32:54):
We're like a present and weneed and every person is a
unique present.
There's not one present that'sthe same, exact, and we're the
ones that get to unravel it andfind out what is our divine gift

(33:15):
, what is our divine calling, what you know, what is it and
and and.
Then when you get thatinformation, that clarification,
go with it.
You know, just really you know.
Go with it and set thatintention.
That, no, I want.
I want this, like you said, youknow, hey, now I know I got the

(33:38):
information you know.
Let's have fun with this.

Speaker 2 (33:42):
Yeah, absolutely.
It's really aboutself-acceptance of our own
unique right, being whoever weare, and allowing ourselves to
enjoy the experience and thejourney of that.
You know so absolutely.
That's where we find our magic.

Speaker 1 (34:03):
It is and please be playful and fun about it,
because I mean it's like.
That's why, you know, they saybe childlike again, be childlike
again, be playful, have fun, becreative and and see what just
unfolds.
You know no expectations, noneof that, just play and have fun,
because how many kids you knowhave expectations when they're

(34:23):
going to have a tea party orthey're going to make mud pies?
they're just yeah pies, you knowyeah, absolutely yeah, and you
look at the clouds and you'relike, oh, that looks like a
rhino.
Oh, oh, that looks like this, you know.

Speaker 2 (34:38):
Yeah, being in the present too, right, just the joy
of the present.
