Today's guest, Brad Smith, is a lifelong adventurer- married to his wife, Beth, since 1988, father of three adult children, and a competitive athlete who's spent decades on the tennis and squash courts and is now an active pickleball player and college squash official.
He's been investing in real estate since age 19, owning hundreds of units over the years across cities like Hoboken, Jersey City, and Chicago.
Now, he channels his passion into two lavender farms that double as destination event venues. The newest, Princeton Lavender, features 8.l6 acres of lavender fields, friendly farm animals, and a tunning post-and-beam event barn designed for gatherings of all sizes. He loves collaborating with musicians, caterers, and guests to bring memorable events to life.
