Instead of solely prioritizing automobiles and highways, the city is now committed to turning this area into a sustainable and thriving community while maintaining its rich history. The Cogswell Redevelopment Project is currently in progress, encompassing extensive blueprints for public spaces, parks, robust active transportation infrastructure, and the integration of urban agriculture.
