The number of homes that are selling, and the time it takes to sell homes in Dallas in December of 2022 is 100% back to pre pandemic levels, but the PRICES are Still 55% higher than 2019 Levels and are holding level for the past 3 months! So, if you waiting on the prices to drop you may be waiting for something that will never happen. We'll discuss the latest trends in the Dallas housing market.
