What real estate agents do to succeed in 2022 is have a real estate conversation with a prospect everyday! Do not busy yourself with designing marketing materials for hours on end, you need to spend a minimum of 2-4 hours a day doing money making activities such as contacting your sphere of influence, farming neighborhoods in your area, holding open houses, door knocking, cold calling, and creating video to engage with the public that lead to real estate conversations. If this makes you nervous, you need to deal with why. You must first believe you can do this and that you can help those that have a need in the real estate arena and making these attempts through money making activities is how to compress time to start having massive success!
