(01:06):
Welcome back to the MaximizeYour Day podcast.
This is Jessica Rosario, yourbusiness coach and host of the
podcast.
I am so excited to be able toshare with you guys today my
next guest And you know I saythis all the time you're in for
a treat, but truly, truly, you're in for a treat Carrie
Lear-Nardini.
I had the pleasure of meeting, through the PDP program, with
(01:28):
Patrice Washington a coupleyears back, and being able to
connect and network and beingable to share her story today is
such an inspiration.
So, Carrie, without further ado, just introduce yourself.
Let us know who you are, whatyou do and what brought you to
the circle.
Carrie Leonardini (01:43):
Yes, hello,
hello.
Thanks for having me.
And yes, I love helping otherChristian women be able to step
out of the comfortable and intothe possible with their health
and their body.
I know so many women who areafter creating healthy habits,
but it's been challenging.
They've done all the things,And so I really help equip them
and guide them of how toimplement simple principles to
(02:05):
be able to build a healthy, strong and fit body and
lifestyle that's honoring to Godand allows them to feel
confident and empowered and todo the work that they've been
told to do here in this world.
So that's what I get to do.
Jessica Rosario (02:17):
I love that And
I love that summary, and I love
how you said about stepping outof the comfortable and into the
possible, because I think a lotof times, especially when it
comes into the health andwellness conversation, we get
stuck right.
We get stuck with all of thethings that we have to do with
the running around, the busy.
We were busy as if it was abadge of honor, right, but we
(02:38):
forget that it's so important totake care of our temple, our
bodies, first, and I'm on thestruggle bus with it myself.
So I can't wait to hear moreabout how you help other women,
because I think that there issomeone that's listening to the
podcast right now that is alsostruggling with the same, the
(02:58):
same issues, the same the sameconfidence issues, and I know
that there's a message here forthem.
So tell me a little bit, carrie, about what led you to health
and fitness.
Carrie Leonardini (03:10):
I've always
been an active person, from when
I was a being a kid, I wasalways outdoors, running around,
playing, swimming, you know,always active.
And as I looked back on myjourney, god had me like really
I don't know like really reflect.
And I'm like because for meit's very innate, it's just who
I am.
Don't have a huge weight lossstory, i don't have this huge
(03:32):
transformation in regards togoing from this size to this
size.
I've been given the gift ofknowing how to steward my body
well, without realizing that'swhat I was doing, and so I had
to reflect and God had to showme the steps he took me through
of learning it, because it hasto be.
It's something that does comeeasily for me Doesn't mean I
don't have challenges andstruggles on my own.
(03:53):
I'm a, i'm a woman, for one,i'm Santa Earth, and there's
lots to we have to overcome withthat.
But that's where I started.
I lived in a single parenthousehold with a father who
didn't take care of his body, and I saw what it did to my
family, like he was in awheelchair and he's he's passed
away already.
He was only 65 because hedidn't take care of his body.
(04:15):
He chose not to And I knew Inever, ever want to be in that
place ever.
Like I knew subconsciously, before I knew it consciously,
and I think that's what reallydrive me And that's how I try to
raise my kids and just teachingthem not that they always want
to learn, but encouraging thatwhat food is, how to take care
(04:35):
of their bodies, what your bodyis actually needing and what can
happen if you do too much ofthis versus this.
So that's just who I am Andthat's what I just love doing.
It's how I came about justhaving unhealthy people in my
life physically unhealthy, mentally unhealthy to then be
able to help others learn whathealthy is according to biblical
(04:57):
terms versus the world's terms.
Jessica Rosario (05:00):
I love that.
How do you incorporate thebiblical terms into someone's
health journey or healthstruggles?
Carrie Leonardini (05:10):
First thing,
it is it's mindset.
How are you viewed in your body?
Is it through the lens ofChrist or through the lens of
man?
Are we looking at what Sally'sdoing over here and what she
looks like and how?
we don't measure up, becauseshe's got five kids and seems to
have everything perfectly well.
She's a size two and perfectfigure, yet behind the scenes,
for life is falling apart, whereher husband's watching
pornography and her kids arementally ill.
(05:32):
That's the biggest thing.
Is that shift in.
How are we viewing our body?
Are we loving it the way Godloves it, or are we seeing it
through that veil?
Jessica Rosario (05:42):
That's all
powerful.
Carrie Leonardini (05:44):
That's the
biggest one and that was a
struggle for me.
That was where my struggle was, especially when I got into this
line of work.
I started as a personal trainer.
I have to look the part.
I think I adopted that identity.
My brother had made a comment, not to harm me, but just said oh
, you got to make sure you lookthe part now.
But I took that internally like, oh my gosh, i have to change
(06:05):
how I look in order to beaccepted and be able to people
to believe that I could helpthem.
I started to do things totransform my body, so to speak,
but I never actually wanted tolook the way I thought I had to
look.
Of course I never did, becauseGod can't give you what you are
believing for or as he getspossible.
I'm glad he didn't, becausethat was not the way he created
(06:28):
my body.
It's not the way he created meand he's made me an everyday
athlete.
I will say I'm not someone whohas a six pack and MSI's too,
but I'm strong, fit, powerful, and that's what I impart to the
women I work with.
It's seeing our body for whatit is.
It's supposed to be holyinstead of part.
It's a challenge to walk inthat identity in this world, the
(06:50):
more we come together andsharpen one another and learn.
What are these principles?
how do I practically implementAnd that's the piece that that's
my jam to practically implementthose daily actions that create
that sustainable lifestyle, that allow you to walk in that
abundant health?
Jessica Rosario (07:09):
And I think
that's so important because a
lot of times when women, when Ican only speak about myself and
the people around me right, wetend to think that the goal is
the weight loss And,realistically, the goal is not
the weight loss.
The goal is to be able toimplement and start some
attainable healthy habits thatalso help you shift your mindset
(07:33):
in the process of, and theweight loss itself is just an
added bonus, right.
Carrie Leonardini (07:38):
It's a
byproduct.
It's a byproduct of youstewarding your body better.
It's a natural byproduct, andit's and God wants you to show
feet.
But if we get stuck on a numberon the scale or the size of our
pants as our primary focus,we're always going to be
disappointed.
So you didn't do the internalwork first.
Jessica Rosario (07:54):
Right, right,
there was a book that I was
reading recently.
a good friend of mine shared itand it's called Made to Crave.
Have you read that book before?
So it's Made to Crave and it'sby Lisa Turckburst And she talks
about that specific issue ofreally inviting the Holy Spirit
into our conversation andknowing that we are building our
(08:16):
temple, as you know, for thekingdom of God.
right, it's really.
it's really being able to sayno when we need to say no.
It's kind of like you know sheshares a lot about, like the
little angel on one shoulder andthe little devil on the other
shoulders.
I get, what's that gun?
What's that piece of breadgoing to do?
It's no big deal, just add somebutter.
Carrie Leonardini (08:36):
Yeah, yeah,
take your time.
today, that's that was me.
I was like, oh, we're down, ican even have a little girl walk
until I hit my 30s, and guesswhat.
And then I'm 40s, and then weget stuck in the comparison trap
.
Oh, but I used to do my 20s,you know, and you're doing it in
your 40s and it's not working.
(08:56):
And then you're like, oh well, guess what?
Your body's changes and we haveprinciples.
don't change.
The principles are the same, but how you implement them
changes as your body changes.
Jessica Rosario (09:07):
I love that.
Carrie Leonardini (09:08):
Do not change
.
They do not change, so it'sjust how you apply them and the
actions you take is what shifts,as your body shifts.
Jessica Rosario (09:17):
You hit
something really important, and
it's about the age right.
So the older we get, the moreour bodies change.
Can you shed some light on that?
Carrie Leonardini (09:27):
Yeah.
So for women I mean, ourhormones start to be about 35 to
38.
We're going to start noticing, maybe, some shifting as in how
our body maybe loses or gainsbody fat easily or harder.
Typically it's easier to gainit than it is to lose it.
Our hormones fluctuate, withour estrogen and progesterone,
cortisol and insulin that areimpacted And those are the two
(09:47):
key hormones that dictate bodyfat gain or loss.
And then if our estrogen andprogesterone are going down,
that tells our body where todeposit the fat.
So when estrogen lowers, rightmidsection, midsection, hips,
thighs that's where we see theweight, because body is gains
weight there as we get older, because that's where your
(10:08):
internal, your organs are, ortypically most of them are in
your abdominal cavity.
So that's where that fat'sgoing to protect them.
Your body thinks it'sprotecting.
So women trying to cut theircalories too low, they affect
their cortisol and insulin whichshort term they might lose the
weight.
Guess what?
Boom, it's back And guess what?
It might even be double Andthen it takes three times as
long to lose it because now yourmetabolism, your insulin, your
(10:30):
cortisol are all out of whackAnd it takes your body longer
now to get it back intohomeostasis and balance.
So there's things that we cando, that we start noticing our
body doesn't need as manycalories neftuts thoroughly
depending if we're not as active.
So people will put calories butthen cut their activity, which
(10:51):
means you're now just back atmaintenance.
Jessica Rosario (10:54):
You're not
doing anything.
Carrie Leonardini (10:55):
That's where
your body's not really going to
change And so people don'trealize.
You gotta keep your activitylevel up.
When you are, you know.
If you're on a journey torelease some body fat, to get to
a healthy weight for yourself, that you know your body is not
at right now, then we have to bemindful of how you do that.
It's not a lot of restrictingby any means.
It's just tailoring your macronutrients to what your lifestyle
(11:18):
is and with what your goals are.
It's the simplest, easiest wayand you can do that at any age.
Jessica Rosario (11:24):
So what would
you say to the woman that's
listening and saying man, thoseare a lot of steps, or that's a
lot of things that I have to,you know, take into
consideration?
What is the 101 version ofsomeone that's just starting out
but never took care of theirbodies and they just want to get
started somehow right now?
Carrie Leonardini (11:46):
Move 10
minutes a day.
Move your body intentionallyfor 10 minutes a day to try to
get your heart rate up.
Do that for a week or two.
Be consistent.
Then start adding water and anextra glass of water a day.
Do that for another week or two.
Keep doing that.
You do one step at a time, onebaby step.
So the first thing I tell myclients, first thing you do, is
(12:08):
we ask the Holy Spirit to comein and ask for that vision of
what God's best is for you andyour health.
What is his best for you, whatis that vision, what is the
imprint, what's the impressionthat you feel?
And then ask Lord, how do Istart today?
What is that?
one step, And so I take clientsthrough, actually have a new
program that's launching.
That's root, that we're takingthem step by step, of how to
(12:29):
simply implement one thing at atime.
Each week We have a micro focuson one of the five pillars And
then we start practicing that atcalm towns, right And at the
end of the time, together theyhave all the tools.
They're walking in implementingit and then they have the
option to continue on, to refinethe process, to truly have an
inside out transformation at theend of the time together.
(12:50):
So they have all the tools, theknowledge, the wisdom and the
discernment to be able tocontinue the journey And know
how to refine where they need torefine, how to rebuild if they
need to rebuild, how to resetwhen they need to reset.
Jessica Rosario (13:04):
So for most
women that lose weight and join
programs and whatnot, let's justsay they did it with the focus
of I've got to lose I don't know10 pounds before my wedding day
or I've got to lose X amountfor some special event.
You did mention something thatusually they kind of get to add
(13:24):
it back on right Because it'snot sustainable.
So what would you say tosomeone that wants to maintain
that weight loss, whether it's10 pounds or something more
significant?
what are some ways that theycan do that?
moving forward, Yeah.
Carrie Leonardini (13:39):
So if they
have obtained their goal weight
and they're back to maintenance,so it's able to maintain their
movement routine and they'regoing to increase actually their
calories slightly to be atmaintenance, because they don't
want to drop anymore, they wantto now maintain And so it's just
adjusting their macronutrients, their protein, fat or carbs
(14:00):
mostly it's carbs and fats thatthey'll adjust to be at
maintenance And then that bodyis not in a calorie deficit
anymore.
That's now eating what it'sneed.
They're spending as much energyas they're eating.
So there should be no weight, not much weight fluctuation.
Women, one to five pounds, honestly, a day.
Your weight can fluctuate fromwater, weight, inflammation And
(14:22):
that's normal, but you want tobe at maintenance.
So just be adjusting thenutrition and keeping your
movement the same and thenyou'll be at maintenance and
maintain it.
Jessica Rosario (14:32):
I love that And
it makes me think also of a lot
of us are on the go right, Andwe're quick to grab, whether
it's a protein bar or proteinshake or something that's quick
and easy to do.
Considering this is theMaximize Your Day podcast, right
.
What are some of your go-tooptions for a quick meal, but
(14:55):
it's still healthy and it'sstill provides nutrients that we
need.
Carrie Leonardini (15:00):
I am the type
of person I take food with me
wherever I go.
I have my little lunch bag.
I prep it the night before orbefore I take off.
I make sure I calendar my dayin a way that allows me to do it
.
I'll grab full fat Greek yogurtabout a half a cup and throw on
about a quarter cup of granola,plant-based no-refron sugars, a
little bit of goji berries, asprinkle of sprouted pumpkin
(15:21):
seeds, maybe a drizzle of rawmoney, and then throw a spoon in
there and I'm going.
And I'm going to eat my fat andmy carbs, i'll take some
grass-fed beef jerky wholesticks, throw a couple in there,
throw an apple, maybe somesweet bell peppers.
I throw it all in.
My focus is protein and veggiesbecause those are my two areas
for myself personally, that Ihave to be more intentional in.
(15:43):
I'm a carb girl.
I eat carbs all day.
Give me a bag of chips Not thebest carbs, i want the chips,
that's my thing, But I can havethem.
I make sure I'm having theother things that support my
body that I can still enjoy withmy fun things, and I find
healthier options for the lessnutrient-dense treats.
(16:03):
So simple, i'm simple.
All the way.
Dinners we have a protein, aveggie and sometimes like a
starchy part, depending, andthen, like I don't have time I'm
a single mom of two kids and Irun a business.
There's no, mama don't havetime for no.
Jessica Rosario (16:22):
So those people
that are listening, you can
hear that right.
It's like I say that all thetime.
It's like mama don't have timefor that.
So understanding what is yourquick go-to meal is going to be
really important.
So feel free to pause or rewindthe episode so you can hear
some of her ingredients, becauseI think that's awesome, oh yeah
, and I also love doingfull-food smoothies.
Carrie Leonardini (16:42):
So for me, my
focus and I have my clients
focus on four to six fistfuls ofvegetables a day, and so I make
a whole-food smoothie where I'mgetting four or almost five
servings of vegetables in thatAnd I throw a little bit of
fruit in there.
There you go, like I'll do halfa frozen banana, i'll do a big,
probably two fistfuls ofspinach, fistful of set up
(17:04):
zucchini, some rice, cauliflower, and then I'll add like a
tablespoon of nut butter and alittle drizzle of raw honey Was
unsweetened to all the milkblended up and you're ready to
go.
Jessica Rosario (17:16):
Awesome,
awesome.
I love that Their go-to.
Not only does it satisfy thehunger right, it's still a
healthier choice rather thangoing for the Sure, you know.
Carrie Leonardini (17:26):
Or you can
even add a scoop of clean
quality protein powder to get anextra boost there.
Protein's going to help youfeel fuller longer, and fats
healthy fats will help you feelfuller longer too.
So those are like quick, easytake out some lunch meat decent
lunch meat with a mozzarellastick, wrap it up and then throw
some veggies in a plasticbaggie terroding.
(17:48):
You're saying you're ready togo.
Jessica Rosario (17:50):
Love that.
So, Carrie, we're both women offaith, right, And we serve a
lot of women of faith.
How would you say that afaith-filled woman or a
Christian woman or whatever wewant to label ourselves?
how can we redefine health in away that is focused on kingdom
(18:10):
impact rather than on fitness ora body or appearance?
How do we redefine that?
Carrie Leonardini (18:19):
That's the
whole mission is redefining
health for kingdom impact.
That's my mission.
And it's looking through thelens of Christ.
And what is the word say aboutstewardship?
Because we're stewards ofeverything our money, our kids,
our relationships, our body.
It's stewardship.
We don't own anything all aloneto us.
So, looking at it from thatlens, how can I best take care
(18:39):
of this vessel that the Lord hasgiven me?
What does he show me in hisword?
And that's why I have fivepillars.
He shows us how are we to eat,how are we to take care of our
physical body movement, how arewe to rest and recover, how are
we to be thinking And how are weputting our faith into action.
And by doing this andstewarding it and putting these
(18:59):
practical steps in, then we arewalking in obedience and the
byproduct is we're healthy, strong and fit, my Bonnie and
spirit.
Jessica Rosario (19:08):
Love that.
So for the woman that starts towalk 10 minutes a day,
increasing their water intake, you know, and I have to say
water that plays a significantrole.
I have people that tell me allthe time you know, you've got to
double your weight, you've gotto this, you've got to that, and
being in Florida, we kind ofhave no choice than to drink a
lot of water.
Right, so the person isdrinking water, the person is
(19:32):
walking 10 minutes a day.
How do they incorporate prayerand meditation into that routine
And what are the benefits ofdoing that?
Carrie Leonardini (19:41):
So, for me,
first thing I do in the morning
after my prayer, devotion timejournaling.
You know I get up, i go for a15 to 20 minute walk while my
kids are getting ready forschool.
Because they're at age now Theycan do that without me being on
top of them, and that's my time.
I put on worship music, i willopen up my raditudes and start
speaking them.
I'll start just inviting theHoly Spirit in and just looking
(20:04):
at all the abundance and God'sglory around me.
Like you, look at these all theI mean look at me different
trees and plants and birds andanimals we have.
Like for me, that's how Iconnect with the Lord.
The deepest is being out, andso that's it.
Like, when you go out anddedicate that time to the Lord,
say, lord, this is for you, youknow, and then inviting the Holy
Spirit in to give you anydownloads at that time.
And that's where you're notworrying about this or that.
(20:27):
You're there focusing on it.
When I work out, i put it in mycalendar, like I have my after
this.
I'm working out, it's in mycalendar, i know exactly what
I'm doing.
I personally am on a journey of,you know, working through the
whole hormone shifting phase Andwhat I was doing is not working
the same as it used to.
So I have to now makeintentional changes and be
(20:50):
intentional in my activities toyield the result I'm after.
So I actually just shared thison my podcast.
So now I'm doing a specificplan that I created for my own
personal goals that I have to bediligent in If I want to be
able to continue to sewer thebody well and be at a weight and
the flexibility and so forththat I desire as I get older and
(21:14):
to be able to keep up with mykids.
So I'm the type of person thatlikes to do a whole bunch of
different things.
I get bored real easy.
This is testing my faith, myendurance, my perseverance,
because I have to do somethingelse than what I wrote down,
cause, like I said, i get bored, but I know that being diligent
in it and being faithful in itit's going to yield that harvest
(21:36):
that I know is coming.
Jessica Rosario (21:39):
I love that.
Well, can you talk to me aboutany challenges that you faced in
your own health journey, andthen how do you believe your
faith has helped you overcomethose challenges?
Carrie Leonardini (21:54):
Well, i
really believe that the Lord
gave me physical fitness, thelove of lifting weights for a
purpose, because my physicalstrength is directly related to
my mental, spiritual strength.
I had gone through divorce over10 years ago and something I
was not able to go through, andit was one of the most
challenging times gettingdivorced and being a single mom
(22:15):
and one and four year old beingcompletely on my own, going back
to work, all these things andwithout that outlet of working
out, i don't know where I wouldbe today.
You know, having that outlet, being able to look back and see
how the Lord put it in my pathfor a purpose, people I got to
(22:38):
connect with And this is beforeI was a believer, mind you, and
then I became a believer andthen just seeing how your
physical, your mental and yourspiritual, it's all connected,
it's all.
Again, we have a triune God.
So are we like?
mind, body, spirit and how itall works together And mind is
(22:59):
the physical aspect for me isreally what amplifies the
spiritual as well.
Jessica Rosario (23:05):
I love that.
Wow, i mean this has been sogreat and just so many nuggets,
you know, in the process of ourhealth journey And I'm sure
there's so much more.
I mean we can keep talkingabout this for days.
Right, if you were to talk tosomeone right now that's
listening to this podcast andyou know she's struggling with
(23:26):
all of the things She'sstruggling with her health, with
her mind, says she's strugglingeven in her fate.
What is something that youwould tell her right now?
Carrie Leonardini (23:35):
To go read
Luke, chapter 12, verse 22,.
like how much more does Godlove you than He already takes
care of the birds of the air?
right, there's nothing we cando to separate us from the love
of God, and that if she has adesire to truly walk in abundant
health, the Lord gave her thatdesire.
Therefore, he will show her, step by step, how to do it.
(23:57):
It's not for her to take on thewhole staircase.
That's not how God works.
We have to do it step by stepand to surrender our control of
that, because the Lord knowswhat's best.
And so don't do it in silence, don't suffer in silence.
Reach out for help, call up agirlfriend, call somebody you
know, reach out to Jessica I,because it's not something meant
(24:18):
to do alone.
We're not meant to walk thislife alone.
So I have someone else I'mactually talking to right now
That feels like that strugglebus.
She's done all the things, tried all the things, she's been
fit before, but now she's notAgain.
It's just that simple shift inyour mindset.
Is this what you feel called todo?
And guess what?
Say this is what I'm involvedin, i'm doing it period.
And then you will start gettingthose holy downloads of that.
(24:39):
Next thing to do, one step at atime.
Jessica Rosario (24:43):
So great.
It's just, it's like anything.
I mean women.
We're more about therelationship building And,
whether it's in your healthjourney, whether it's in
parenting, i went through aseason where I was an empty
nester for a bit earlier than Iexpected right, and that, right
there, i needed to be connectedwith people that were holding on
(25:04):
right, cause there was somedays that I just I just wanted
it to be held right And and Ithink that's so important to be
able to to have the right peoplein your circle to support you
in that process.
So, whether it's health,whether it's entrepreneurship,
whether it's children or all ofthe changes that we experience,
we are in this to buildcommunity.
And I know, carrie, you have afree community, i have a free
(25:27):
community.
So find someone that you knowthat is like-minded, and join
forces with other like-mindedindividuals to support you
through that journey.
So, absolutely love this,carrie.
So so, carrie, tell mesomething How do you maximize
your day?
Carrie Leonardini (25:45):
I have a
morning routine in place.
It's the same routine everydarn day because that is what
sets me up for success.
So I get up, i have some water,i use the bathroom, i come back
to my bed, i have my Bible, ihave my blue letter, bibleorg to
study, i have a journal and Isit down and I just ask the Lord
, what does he want me to knowtoday?
(26:06):
And I'm reading through 1Corinthians right now and taking
whatever scripture just grabsme and I write it out And then I
just start free writingwhatever the Holy Spirit just
told me, without thinking, and Iread it back over, i pray, get
up, make sure the kids are good,go outside, go for my walk, get
back, take the kids to school.
And that's how I do my day.
I always get my nourishing ofmy mind, my body and my spirit
(26:29):
first thing in the morning.
The kids know it's my time andthat's truly what allows me to
set it up.
And I have an accountabilitypartner for my business and we
do a text every day where we saywhat we're doing.
We have an acronym we createdcalled FINE, which is future
income.
We're talking about futureincome that we're working on.
I need, which is our self careand is for now.
(26:50):
What are you doing now inregards to your business income?
Do you have fly to your serviceteam And then E is for everyday
tasks.
So we're getting something inpersonal business, our spirit,
and it allows me truly tomaximize my day and stay on
course.
Jessica Rosario (27:05):
So cool, so
cool.
I love accountability partnersbecause I think that's not only
do we owe it to ourselves, right, that self accountability piece
that I think is so important, but being able to connect with
someone else that is not gonnajudge me, that is only gonna
push me, and that is gonna speakwith me with love.
And sometimes, what do they sayat tough love?
(27:26):
right, we sometimes need tohear it.
So I love that you're able tosurround yourself with those
type of people in your communityas well.
Carrie Leonardini (27:36):
Yes.
Jessica Rosario (27:37):
So, carrie,
tell me what is something new
that you have coming up?
I heard you talk about yourgroup program.
What's new and exciting?
Carrie Leonardini (27:46):
Well, i'm
super psyched cause this is
something actually that was onmy vision board and the Lord
gave me a number 208.
I'm like you want me to serve208 women this year.
Okay, i've been wanting totruly have a true group
experience, more of a sisterhood, cohorts, whatever you like to
call it really to bring womentogether, for them to walk
(28:07):
together through this journey ofbuilding a healthier body, mind
and spirit.
And it's finally come tofruition.
So that is what's coming aboutand it's through, it's the
practical steps of biblicalstewardship of your physical
body.
I'm really working on themindset shift piece as we
implement the practical thingsdaily.
(28:29):
So you're making that shift toreally get your identity back
rooted in Christ versus in ourformed identity.
We pick that through society andall the things, while you're
still practically working onyour physical health, and so
that is gonna be launching thefirst week in June, where we
have two ladies who jumped in atfounding member, so we have 10
spots I'm doing as foundingmember, so it's about a $500
(28:51):
discount off the price And it'sa three month journey together
with the option to do anadditional three months of
refinement at a deeplydiscounted rate for founding
members.
So that is something we'redoing and just super excited for
these women joining in becausethey are truly ready.
This program is not for thosewho need it.
This is for those who are readyfor it, know that they have to
(29:13):
do some work and it's work onthe hard work, because that's
the hardest work, is the hardwork.
Particle step is the simple.
It's the hard work.
So we do it together because, again, my goal is to have you
transform from the inside outAnd I equip you with that, but
you have to still do the work.
Jessica Rosario (29:30):
Love that.
And Carrie, where can myaudience find you if they wanted
more information?
Carrie Leonardini (29:34):
Yeah, totally
.
They can send me a message overon Facebook.
That's the best place to reachme.
I'm on Instagram, but not asmuch Facebook.
They can also jump and find meover at the strong and fit women
