Many of us start running skeptically but keep running moved by a new found belief in ourselves and others. We develop a spiritual connection to the sport and are inspired by each other. But what’s it like to be a highly sensitive person in a community that thrives on deeply emotional experiences?
That’s unexpectedly what my guest, Jamie DePaola, and I explore in today’s episode. Jamie is a fellow empath, and is also a clairvoyant, and ultra marathon runner. From the moment I saw her, I felt like we’d known each other for my entire life! Some people even say we even look alike with similar mannerisms.
