From the local to the national our first half focuses on austerity- in Kalamazoo Public Schools, in the federal response to recent storm activity in the area, to how the "big beautiful bill" is going to rob from Michigan's working class and give to the rich.
The second half of our show focuses on Palestinian solidarity and the genocide in Gaza. Students around the country are still standing against the massacre while our government lays out a McCarthyist strategy to clamp down on dissent. While the carnage continues in the Gaza strip we saw two Israeli embassy workers assassinated in DC. We talk about the "Imperial boomerang" and the rise of 'social despair' shootings.
